00In this video I'm going to be going over 10 wild open claw project builds and breaking them all down one by one. And when I say wild, I mean some of these are running entire business operations while the person sleeps. This isn't just fun and games and hypothetical. These are actually people building six and seven figure businesses running it through open claw. These are real builds, real people. So there was an article on Medium that actually went viral, 847 reactions and it basically rounds up the craziest open claw implementations that people are sharing on GitHub, Reddit, and on X. And I read through the whole thing and I was like, we are living in amazing times to be a
45builder. Some of these builds are exactly what we're doing over here in Shipping School and I'm going to break them down and give you some of my honest takes on each one. The first one, someone automated their entire business to run while they sleep. And I'm not talking about simple email auto responders or simple little chatbots. I'm talking about the whole business. Customer emails, competitor monitoring, overnight coding. They basically set up agents that handle different parts of the business and it just runs. Now this hit close to home because that's basically what I'm building. We've got 12 agents on our Mac mini right now handling the content and the intel and thumbnail clip creation, all the content pipe. So when I read this I was like it's really similar to kind of what I have going on. It checks out. It's
31working. Number two, somebody actually told their AI to build a game and woke up to a functioning app with thousands of users. This isn't just made up. This is actually going on right now. Now that one I'm going to be honest, that sounds a little good to be true. You know, making a game is incredibly hard, but the article says it's well documented. And you know what? With how fast these tools are moving, I'm not going to say it's impossible, especially with how good Opus 4.6 is. And we've even shipped apps in a day before. So yeah, I do know it's possible. The third one is a crypto trading bot that runs 24/7 and sends Telegram updates about the arbitrage opportunities. I do like this one myself and this is something I've been holding
16off trying to build, but the concept is amazing. Now like I'm not a super big crypto guy personally, I just think the fact of utilizing these large language models to execute trades based on real data without having emotion involved can be a really good concept. The technical side of this is really cool. The agent is making decisions involving real money. That takes a level of trust in your setup that most people aren't ready for, but it does show what is possible when you dial in the agent configuration. The fourth one, and this one's my favorite, is the guy replaced six plus apps with one digital twin on his WhatsApp. So instead of having a separate calendar app, a separate to-do app, and a separate email checker, he basically just talks into his open claw agent through WhatsApp and then it handles basically everything. Which is
02pretty cool because that's essentially what we're doing with Telegram, one interface to rule them all. Real quick, before we keep going, if you're watching this and you want to actually build with some of these tools, not just watch videos about them, then you're going to want to check out our community down below, Shipping School. We have a full Claude code course, a full open claw course, and four live bootcamps every single week where we actually help you get set up from scratch. Like actually set this thing up, not just watch a tutorial and figure it out by yourself. And we also provide one-on-one coaching so you could book a call with me, we could share screens, and I can help you get Claude code or open claw running on your machine. That's it, no fluff. I built this community because watching YouTube's only gets you so far. We
47launched it just three days ago and we have over 55 members. You need people around you who are actually building, people who hold you accountable, and coaches who can help you when you get stuck. I'll put the link in the description down below. Get in now before the price goes up. Number five is content operation managing two and a half million plus followers with seven open claw skills. Seven skills, that's it. And they're running a massive content operation. Now in our case, we've got the Wu-Tang Clan on our content pipeline with 12 agents, but the principle is the same. You build out specialized skills, you chain them together, and you let them run. The number six coolest thing that I've seen over this last week is a doctor replaced
33their virtual assistant with a secure open claw setup. And this one is important because it shows that this isn't just for tech people. A medical professional looked at what they were paying for a VA and said, I can do this better with AI. And they did. HIPAA compliant and everything. The seventh one is someone built a full business with open claw. They made 20 sales on day one. Day one, 20 sales, that's pretty remarkable especially if you don't have an audience. Now we've seen this in our community too. People are shipping products and getting customers within the first week. That's the power of having AI that can help you build and market at the same time. The eighth one is an AI newsroom. This one actually came up in our last video too. A guy open sourced a complete AI newsroom
18pipeline. It basically scans five data sources, curates them with Gemini flash, super cheap model by the way, and it auto publishes it. So all for about $5 a month. I run something similar, my ghost face agent that does the intel gathering every morning at 5:00 a.m. Same concept, different implementation. The ninth one is someone built an AI calling app and it booked a dinner reservation. The agent actually called the restaurant on the phone and booked a table. Now that's the kind of stuff that makes you go, holy moly guacamole. I mean that's crazy, right? We're not just talking about text-based agents anymore. We're talking about agents that can interact with the real world through voice. Have you ever called a big business to reschedule a hotel reservation or just a
03restaurant reservation? Most of these big companies are now adopting these AI voice agents and they're really good. The tenth one is an e-commerce brand automated their operations and made a thousand dollars in two weeks using open claw. They automated product listings, customer service, and all their marketing, the whole stack. And that resonates with me because I come from the reselling world and I know how much time goes into listing products, responding to customer questions, and running promotions. So if you could even automate like half of that, you're ahead of 90% of most people. So here's what I want you to like take away from all this and why I'm even making this video is these aren't just demos people are making. These aren't proof of concepts.
48These are people who are shipping with open claw to production, actual systems that actual people are running right now in 2026. Real money, real businesses with real results to prove it. The thing is most of these people aren't professional programmers. Don't think you need to be to get into this space. They're entrepreneurs, they're creators, they're people who had an idea and used AI to make it happen. That's the whole point and that's the whole point of documenting my journey on the channel is showing that a non-technical person can apply and use AI skills with whatever business they're running to actually grow revenue and buy back some of their time. Like I said, I went from being a minimum wage restaurant worker from 2011 to about 2020. You know, we had that happen in 2020 where a lot of people got
34laid off. Our house burned down in the meantime and it really made me go all in on being an entrepreneur, taking ideas from the unseen, making them seen. We started a YouTube channel, started marketing our products to that audience, and ended up building a real good business, a seven a seven-figure reselling business. It did take six years, but at the same time, you know, I didn't come from anywhere special background knowledge or anything like that. It's kind of what I'm just trying to get my point across is that you don't need any specialized background to get going. You know, I built these 12 AI agents running on the Mac mini at first to buy back my time, not realizing how much of value it's going to bring into this type of whole automation, which I have the 12 AI agent system completely
19packaged up for you, link down below, if you're looking for a content engine to automate your entire content pipeline. So back to the article that talks about the spectacular failures as well and I respect that because it it's great to talk about the successes, but there are many people who fail at building projects. They say if you haven't shipped 20 projects to production, you're probably not going to hit that success wall. It builds it builds character. You got to build that shipping muscle and you know, don't just think the first project you launch is going to be a massive success. It takes several iterations of a product and an idea to get it going. And that's the real part of this. Not everything works perfectly. You know, I've had agents crash multiple times over and over again, I'm sure you too. And I've had
04scripts fail, I've had to restart from scratch just a few days ago and that's the process of building with AI. But they go back to saying if there's no pain involved, you're not gaining any knowledge or skills on how to correct these problems. You're going to go through that season of difficulty and pain a little bit. And it can be depressing. If you're sitting there thinking I want to build something like this, but I don't know where to start, that's exactly why we have the Shipping School community. We have 71 builders in seven days and we are there right now building, answering questions, getting involved in the community, four live bootcamps every single week. Get involved, build with other people that are also building. It can really help you take the next step forward. So I'll put the link down below and we'll see you guys in the next one. Be blessed.
