00In this video, I'm going to be talking about Hermes' agent and how people are automating entire workflows with this agent and completely changing their entire business. Specifically, this guy who basically automated his whole ad agency with Hermes' agent. I have it linked down below. You should check it out. You know, I don't mean like some generic ad agency, something that's actually generally useful that's making him sales. So, there is an actual user story on the official Hermes docs where somebody built basically a UGC ad studio on top of Hermes. The workflow is really simple. It's something that you could follow today. You paste in a product URL, and then Hermes scrapes that landing page of that product. And then Hermes pulls winning ad hooks from Meta
45Ads Library and TikTok Creative Center in that exact niche. So, basically, it writes the creative brief. The claim from the builder is that the whole thing takes around 4 minutes. That's just insane. So, that is the part that people really need to pay attention to. You can automate more than just an ad creative with Hermes' agent. I have it doing cold outreach for my product called The Magic Hand. And there's many use cases that you could use Hermes. And why Hermes versus OpenClaw? I really think Hermes is just easier to set up. And for people that are non-technical, that's going to be winning a lot more people over than going through the pain that it takes to set up OpenClaw. I think they both work together just on different things. One has strengths, one has weaknesses. So,
31you just need to choose which one that's going to work for your workflow. So, basically, this guy, you know, because this is the exact kind of workflow like that I'm interested in, you know, this turns agents from just like a fun toy, you know, into an actual business weapon. Like, could you imagine if you implemented this type of workflow for your business? Something that works on autopilot. How much time and money is that going to save you in the long run? You know, most people are basically still using AI like, you know, like a chatbot. And we're just so past that right now. Like, there's so many use cases that you could be doing and automating with Hermes agent or Open Claw that people aren't even thinking about. You know, basically, okay, if if you open ChatGPT, like what most people do, they'll ask for like five hooks, you
16know, and they're going to be so generic and so bland and so plain. And then they copy one, right? You're going to copy one, you're going to use it in your marketing material. They rewrite it, maybe, and then they go manually look at the competitor ads, then they paste screenshots into another chat, and then they ask for a brief, and that's not an agent workflow. That's not one that's going to be very effective. That is just a human doing all the work, copy-pasting, and going back and forth. I know you've been there. While AI just sits there next to you as like your consult. Why not have AI do all of this for you? With Hermes agent, you can have that happen. So, what Hermes is showing here is completely different as far as the workflow. It is taking a whole messy loop and letting the agent run it over and over again. That continual feedback
01loop that agent that Hermes agent has, it gets better over time. You know, it researches the product, it finds the marketing angles, it looks at the ads that are already working, and then it turns that into a creative brief. That is the job. That is the workflow. That's not just a prompt. There's more to it. Real quick, before we keep going, if you're watching this and you want to actually build with some of these tools, not just watch videos about them, then you're going to want to check out our community down below, Shipping School. We have a full Claude code course, a full Open Claw course, and four live bootcamps every single week, where we actually help you get set up from scratch. Like, actually set this thing up, not just watch a tutorial and figure it out by yourself. And we also provide
46one-on-one coaching, so you could book a call with me. We could share screens, and I can help you get Claude code or open Claude running on your machine. That's it, no fluff. I built this community because watching YouTube's only gets you so far. We launched it just 3 days ago, and we have over 55 members. You need people around you who are actually building, people who hold you accountable, and coaches who can help you when you get stuck. I'll put the link in the description down below. Get in now before the price goes up. And that's why this matters. The official Hermes user stories page has this under marketing. It says a builder used Higgsfield Marketing Studio powered by Hermes Agent. The description says you paste in a product URL, Hermes scrapes the landing page, it pulls winning hooks
32from the Meta Ads Library and the TikTok Creative Center in the same niche, and then it writes the brief itself. That's crazy. This is not some imaginary founder named Sarah, blah, whatever. This is a real source from the Hermes docs. You could check it out. It's linked back to an X post from the original builder. So, I want to talk about why this is a huge deal. Like, it's crazy. You know, it all starts with the product URL, you know, and I know that sounds small. Like, okay, just a product URL, but this is where this is the launching point. The biggest problem with most AI marketing tools is the context that you give it. You know, they ask you to describe your product, they ask for your audience, they ask for your offer, your tone, and then they ask for your competitor. At that point, you're basically doing the work yourself. The real agent should be able to do all that
18for you. Look at the actual product page and pull the useful stuff out. What is being sold? Who is this for? What pain does it solve? What proof is on the page? And then also what claims are being made about the product itself. That is the research part, and the research is where most beginners get lazy. They want to skip straight to making a viral ad. That's the fun part, but the money's made in the boring stuff. Why don't have your agent do it? You know, ads don't work because the words are pretty. Ads work because the angle matches the buyer you're targeting. And the second part is even more interesting. Hermes is pulling from the actual Meta Ads Library and TikTok Creative Center. This means the agent is not just pulling and making up hooks out of thin air. It is looking at the places where the real ads are already running
03and they're performing. This is what good marketers actually do manually. You go into Meta Ads Library, you search in the niche, and then you look for patterns. You check what angles keep showing up and then you look at the opening frames. You look at the offer, you look at the creative structure. Then you go to TikTok Creative Center and see what's actually getting traction there. This is not complicated work. This is something that could be built out in a day, but it is time-consuming. And because it is time-consuming, most people don't do it. They just ask AI for hooks and hope they work. That's not going to get you far in the long run, right? That is why Hermes workflows are so interesting. It turns the boring part into an agent task. And crazy that this is where agents are going to make people tons of money in the future. Not replacing the founder, not replacing an
49entire whole agency, it's just replacing the boring workflows. You know, 30-to-60-minute research loops that happen before every deliverable. If you run ads for clients, you already know this. The client does not really pay you because it can type words into a document, they pay you because you could find the angle and get performing ads. They pay you because you could understand their offer. They pay you because you could turn messy marketing signals into campaigns that someone actually can shoot. So, if your agent can only get you 70% of the way there in 4 minutes, that is a huge leverage point. And if you are a solo builder, that is even more dangerous. Because now you don't need to hire a media buyer just to get your first decent creative brief, you can just use an agent to do
35the first pass and then you can clean it up yourself. That is the key here. You still need judgment, you still need taste, you still need to know what is real and what is nonsense, but the blank page is now gone. And for a lot of people, the blank page is what kills the project, you know? It's hard to be creative. So, let's connect this to Open Claw because you see, what should I do? Open Claw or Hermes? What's going to work best for me? Because this channel is built around Open Claw and I don't think Hermes replaces it necessarily. I do think Hermes is becoming a serious comparison to the Open Claw hype, but Open Claw still the home base for me because it is built around a single operator engine. Skills, channel, memory, cron jobs, approvals, and the actual eight daily use. So, that is the
20architecture that I care about, but Hermes is a very clearly pushing into the same territory. It's actually hitting more of a virality point than Open Claw ever has. If you just go to Google search and look at the trends, Hermes is taking over, which I know why. It's easier to set up. And the cool part with the Open Claw that I've set up is it has skills that are fitting into my business, you know? They work for my business, they know me, they understand the things that I'm trying to build, you know? It has memory that I've set up and spent weeks setting up. It has messaging, it has cron jobs, and it has real user stories. And now we're seeing people use it for revenue workflows, and that matters a ton because the AI agent race is not going to be won by the prettiest chat interface anyways. It is going to be won by the system that helps
06normal people make money, save time, or run their life without babysitting the computer. A UGC ad brief workflow hits perfectly here. You could build the same thing out in Open Claw, it just may take a little bit more time. You know, it's not a theoretical thing anymore. This is actually happening, y'all, and I just don't want you to miss the boat. This isn't just some benchmark we're talking about. It is a builder saying, "I put in a product URL and got a marketing brief in a few minutes." That is exactly the kind of thing that non-technical entrepreneurs need to understand. They don't care about token routing. They don't care about framework debate. They care about whether this thing can help them sell more products. So, if you are an Open Claw, what should you even do with this? I think you should start playing around with Hermes. I mean,
52honestly, don't feel bad. I mean, just cuz you set up and spend time using Open Claw, you should spend some time playing around with Hermes. You don't need to panic, you know, don't be a fanboy. It's like, come on, move on. Compare to the workflow. This is the honest answer. It's take one product, run the Hermes version, and then run an Open Claw version, and just see what you like better. Time, how long it's going to take you to set it up in Open Claw. Time, how long it takes you to set it up in Hermes. Maybe have the two talking and working together via ACP. Come on now. You ask both to research a landing page, right? Inspect the competitor ads, pull the hooks, and create a brief. Then, compare the output. Which one actually found better angles? I'm using GPT 5.5 in all my workflows now. I moved completely off of Opus 4.7, especially
37trying to use the CLI in my Open Claw. I still use Claude code inside of my Open Claw workspace folder just to kind of diagnose or repair things. That uses Opus 4.7, but GPT 5.5 has been amazing because you get such high usage limits to be able to run these automations. So, like I said, go back to comparing the two. Run one automation with Open Claw, run one with Hermes. Which one cited better sources? Which one hallucinated less? Which one was easier to set up? Which one respected approvals and did not do weird stuff with browser sessions? That is how you judge agents, not vibes, right? Not GitHub stars even. Those are like all made up. Come on. Not who has the louder voice in the community, either. Like, whoever's trending and going viral on X. That
23doesn't matter. You need to know what's going to work for your workflow. Give it the same task, both of them. Give them the same inputs and the same standards that you judge the workflow by. And for this exact use case, the standard should really be simple. Give it a brief, simple workflow. You know, you don't need to give it a pretty AI paragraph, a real like shootable brief, like if you're going to be doing ad campaigns. With the same hook, the first 3 seconds, the pain point, all the visual ideas, the product proof, the objection, and then the call to action. The angle that makes someone stop scrolling. That's what we're here for. We're trying to make the scroll stop when you're creating ads, and that is what matters. If the agent gives you a generic marketing fluff, like all ChatGPT does, it failed majorly. If he gives you five
09hooks that sound like every SaaS ad ever made, it failed again. If it ignores the product page, it just makes assumptions, it failed again. But if you look at the page, look at the marketing, and come back with something specific, that is when you're starting to make progress. And that is why the source matters. I'm not interested in making fake use cases. The Hermes docs say this came from a real builder story, and the page links to a real post, issues, and videos, and blogs, podcasts, and community sources. That is the standard. Real workflow, real source, real thing that actually someone built. So, if they're doing it, why can't you? And I think this is where the content on this channel needs to be, you know, more transparent as like what I'm talking about here. Like, if you're struggling to keep up with content,
54well, I'm about to save you about 40 days worth of work. I built something called Content Machine. [music] It's 10 AI agents that run on the open claw orchestration, and they handle everything. Scripts, [music] thumbnails, X posts, blogs, outreach, clips, newsletters, all of it. So, I went from 1,000 subscribers to 4,000 subscribers on YouTube in 7 days using this exact system. Every single morning, I wake [music] up, and the content's already done. I spend maybe 15, 20 minutes reviewing and approving them, and I move on with my day. It works for any niche, fitness, finance, real estate, marketing, whatever you are building, and it is 100% completely customizable to your use case. So, you get the
40mission control dashboard, all of the cron jobs, everything I've built over the last 40 days helping me gain more and more people to subscribe and join the community. So, you plug in your own thing, and it molds it to you, it learns how you talk, and it writes, so it doesn't sound like AI slop. $97 one time, it's not a subscription. I'll put the link down below, and you'll thank me later. I want to be able to just make these videos to be able to provide real use cases that you could do yourself. People are actually out there building these workflows. So, why can't you? You know, I don't just want to cover AI news. While it's informative, it's not really helpful for people that want to actually build. You know, I don't want to just cover model drops. I mean, that's great and all, and it gets views, but how does that help you as a builder?
25You know, I want to be able to show the workflows. I want to be able to show you the business use cases, and show you where a builder can actually use these workflows. And this Hermes Marketing Studio story is strong because it sits right on that line. It's not just a feature, it's a sales engine that you could copy-paste for your business. And for a lot of small businesses, ads are the bottleneck. They have a product, they have a landing page, and maybe they have a few videos, but they don't know what to say. They don't know what angle to test. They don't know how to spy on the market without wasting a whole afternoon. And an agent that can do the first pass, at least gets you 70% of the way there, is valuable. Holy smokes. Now, I'm not saying you should blindly trust the brief it gives you. Please don't. But the fastest way to waste
10money is to let AI write ad strategy with zero human review. The agent can pull patterns, it can summarize the angles, it can create options, but it does not know your actual margins. It does not know your fulfillment constraints, it does not know what claims you can legally make, it does not know what customers have actually said on your calls, and you still need to be the operator. That's the difference between using agents like a professional and using agents like a lottery ticket. We need to be testing. There's always going to be a human in the loop. A professional uses the agent to speed up the research and drafting. They can review it, they can adjust it, they can test it, they can even measure it, then they feed those results back into the system. And that's where it gets more crazy and useful. Imagine this loop running every week. Your agent checks your landing page, it checks the
56competitor ads, it checks the TikTok trends, and then it checks the last ad results, and it's a self-improving feedback. It writes five new briefs, flags what changed, sends it to you for approval, and then you shoot two videos. Then you launch them. The agent watches the numbers. Next week it updates the strategy. This is not a science fiction or made-up thing anymore. This is actually happening right now, and this is just stitching together tools that already exist. Nothing too complicated. And that is why Hermes is dangerous, not because it is one magical feature, but because people are using it to wire together full loops, like research to brief, brief to content, and then content to ads. And then it has this feedback loop that checks the ads that perform well and doubles down on those
41and disregards the ones that suck. Feedback is insane. And that is the business. So, my take is super simple is Hermes is a direct threat to Open users, but it's in the best way possible. It's not a replacement. I think they work great together, and they both have their different use cases. The pressure is good. I mean, this allows Open Cloze to build something that's maybe a little bit easier to set up. I mean, it's basically forcing Open Cloze to make it easier to use. And then it forces also Hermes to get more reliable as well. So, it forces builders to stop arguing and start testing real workflows. If you're building with AI agents right now, don't ask which tool is the coolest, ask which tool can actually finish the job for you. For this Hermes marketing workflow, the job is super clear. It could turn basically a product URL into an actual
27AI ad which performs well and has a feedback loop. So, that is how I would use this. Pick one product, give Hermes the URL, and then tell it to research the Meta Ads Library and TikTok Creative Center, and ask for three UGC briefs. Then take the best one and record it. Do the same with Open Claw and see how long that takes you. Compare the speed, quality, setup, pain, and trust, and that's the whole game. And if you're inside the Shipping School community, this is exactly the kind of workflow I would test live or talk about weekly and being able to set it up for people to actually use in their business. And it's not because Hermes is the new religion, it's because marketing research is one of the fastest places agents can actually make a real business difference. That is the part I care about. Agents can help you ship faster.
13Agents can help you sell more. Agents can take any annoying work off your plate without pretending human judgment does not matter. Hermes just gives you another real example of that. And Open Claw users should really pay attention. And if you're interested in joining a community, we do seven live calls a week and we also have unlimited one-on-one coaching calls. So, if you need help setting up an AI agent, join the community. I'll link it down below. And like I said, we'd love to work with you one-on-one. You could book a million one-on-one calls and we'll help you grow your business. We'll see you in the next one. Have a blessed day. Bye-bye.
