00In this video, I'm going to be walking you through some step-by-step processes on how I'm going to be using OpenClaw, aka Clawbot, to grow my SAS businesses to a million dollars in revenue. I want to keep this video short as I do have a Mac Mini coming in next week, but I want to go over the reasons why I have taken this approach and I have never been more excited in sharing with you on how I'm going to be growing these businesses fully autonomous, more agentic, and taking less time off of my plate so I can go do the things that I actually enjoy doing. Let me get into it. The first thing that I've learned right off the bat and what intrigued me about Open Claw is that you have full control on how it acts. its personality, how it thinks, and I want to get into some of like the nitty-gritty details on what I
46find intriguing on how I can personalize it and tailor it for my lifestyle. So, I have three businesses that are going on right now. One that does over seven figures in revenue and two other businesses that make more of a side income. So, Easy Flip makes about $500 monthly recurring revenue. I launched that three months ago. and with Magic Hand and AI photo editing for real estate agents makes a couple hundred. So, those are the businesses I'm trying to grow. And I want to get into why it's important to figure out what type of prompts that you inject into OpenClaw and why that's really important. This was actually came from a post on Twitter. Um, you don't even want to see
31how many bookmarks I have on Twitter about OpenClaw, but I think that this is really important. you have these crucial markdown files um for controlling the task and how it operates and from my understanding these are the key to you know the brain essentially to the brain which is the main controlling agent you know you're going to use opus 4.6 six, you're going to use codeex. Um, you're going to use the most strongest model for the brain, right? And then it's going to pass it off to other agents that don't necessarily eat up as much token cost, which is why running it locally is the end goal for me. I have a Mac Mini coming, but I do want to eventually buy a Mac Studio if they're still available. So getting into it um you know like the user markdown file,
18the sole markdown file, the identity markdown file, agents, tools, memory and heartbeat is crucial to set up correctly um before you even get going. And from my understanding, you know, people get this thing set up, you know, very default out of the box and they wonder why it's not so personable or why it's slow or laggy and then they just give up. So, I think like with anything, you know, especially when you're, you know, launching your SAS product or your vibe coding, it it's important to like lay that foundation first on how you want your agent to be, how you want your second brain to act, right? So, I found that that this was interesting. Like the most crucial part was setting up, you know, the sole markdown file, for example, is like the personality. Like, you're going to be talking with this
04thing every day, whether through Telegram or Discord or whatever. Um, you want it to have personality. You don't want it to be like another claude, you know, agent just very straight out of the box, you know, kind of boring. So, you want this to learn as much as you're willing to give it about you and the businesses that you're running, your maybe goals that you're trying to achieve and diets that you're trying to hit, things like that. You want to give it as much as you're willing to give it. So, the sole markdown file, um, character archetype, tone, communication style. This is how the AI should feel. professional, warm, sharp, playful, something entirely on their own characters that resonate, which is pretty cool. I I'm gonna go over this quickly. I'm not going to go over it completely, but I just found like these, you know, seven markdown files to be
49like almost like the building block to your second brain. Um, you know, identity, how you want the agents to act. I found heartbeat a pretty cool one. That's how often that it checks for tasks to be completed. I think out of the box it's 10 minutes, but you don't probably need to have it run every 10 minutes, maybe every hour. And um I just thought that that was really cool. You know, how you can have total control over this is is really mind-blowing. It can be really tailored to everyone's lifestyle. You're going to see me building it out completely on this channel. Sorry I've been away for so long, but we hired six employees in our other business over the last two months and they needed training and it took a lot out of me. So now that we have
35everyone trained up and I have a lot more time to focus on building and creating and shipping products with you, that's where you're going to see a lot on this channel. So the next one is the sole markdown file. Just going into it. If you just go to soul.md, this is uh very valuable when setting up your Cloudbot. Um, you know, a soul document defines who the AI is, not what it can do, but who it chooses to be, its values, its boundaries, its relationship with the humans it works alongside, why it matters. Humans write journals, manifestos, letters to their future selves. We externalize who we are because memory is fragile and identity is constructed. AI faces this more acutely. Sessions end, context windows clear. Without external memory, each conversation starts from zero. A soul document provides continuity.
21continuity, sorry, not of memory, but of self. So, that's really cool. The one thing that I really like about it is that it has a continual learning. You know, it's not only going to remember the things about you, but it's, you know, you can have it run a cron job where, you know, it can go fetch, you know, new releases of new large language models or it can learn new skills continuously, which is really cool and that's what I love, you know, a bit different than something like working out of claw code. you know, for that matter really feels like this is a glimpse into the future. Is it perfect? No. And I'm I'm sure you've seen your feeds flooded about it. I'm just really just documenting the journey from my point of view and just kind of like how I'm going to be building this out
07specifically more with Easy Flip. If you're new to the channel, this is the first SAS we launched back in August to my community. We have about 10 paying members now, five in the last month because we've been making a lot of reels on Facebook driving in hundreds of thousands of impressions off of these or on these reels leading to conversions on our landing page. Not insane amount of conversion or impressions on the landing page, but more than nothing. So, I kind of want to automate that process. I want to automate the content creation, the creation of the reels, posting to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and continue to bro grow this product out. It's a great product, except the hardest part is getting customers as you all know. So, this is basically taking a
53photo, transforming it, and creating an eBay listing with just one photo. The next thing is called the magic hand. This is different in the fact that you upload a photo and then you have two options where you can do manual edits and describe the edits that you're looking to achieve or you can just hit the magic hand button and it edits the photos for you. So, this is for busy busy real estate agents or real estate brokerages that handle a lot of volume. And I just thought that this really fits the marketplace as it is a big need and real estate photography editing in general can be very expensive. The next one is the last project I built called Snaptastic. This is basically just restoring old photos. I want to be able to set up Claudebot on all individual
39Twitter X, whatever you want to call it, Tik Tok, Facebook, and Instagram reels and have it start driving at least some type of traffic to these landing pages. So, you're going to be seeing this all on the channel, going through it, and I'm happy and excited to share with you all. I think you should share your journey whenever you, you know, are intrigued and obsessed with something. And I know that it can help you grow your business. And this is really, I truly believe a glimpse into the future on how AI will look. We're going to be less inside this terminal here and more inside of your Telegram, Discord, or iMessage talking back with your second brain. And soon enough, it may be even
25implanted in your brain. So guys, this is worldchanging, life-changing. We are just getting started as it's only been released for the last two weeks. Comment down below what is your experience with Claudebot Openbot. What are you doing with it? How are you scaling your businesses? How is it helping you in life? I truly believe that we should always try to be the best versions of ourselves and we can only do so much. But with the help of, you know, these agentic workflows can really help us buy back a lot of our time to free up the t time to go and spend time with family and do the things we're truly passionate about doing. And I'm excited to share the journey. So, you'll see more videos out of me and we'll see you in the next one, guys. Be blessed.
