00China's just created an open claw copy and they went crazy on the marketing. They were talking to Bloomberg, CNBC, MIT Technology Review, all covering this. Entire companies forcing their employees to actually learn it. The wild part of this story is usage in China just passed the United States. So, China is now basically using open claw more than Americans. So, I'm going to back this up a little bit and why it matters to you. If you don't know what open claw is, it is an open source AI agent framework that I run my entire operation on. I've been talking about this on the channel for at least a week and I run 12 agents on the Mac mini sitting behind me. They basically run the entire content engine. They do security audits, they create the thumbnails, they do some marketing, they do cold email outreach.
46And they do this every single day. So, basically now entire countries are adopting this thing and China has taken the lead. Here's what exactly happened. CNBC reported this a week ago that China's biggest tech companies are racing to deploy open claw. Tencent, the company behind WeChat, just launched what they're calling a lobster special forces. That sounds weird, but I'm not making that up, you know, lobster special forces, whatever you want to call it. They built a full suite of AI products on top of open claw and plugged it into WeChat, which is, if you don't know, WeChat is basically China's everything app, you know, billion plus users. Then Zeppou basically launched their own version with 50 pre-installed skills and one-click installation. So,
33you don't even need to be technical anymore. You just click a button and you have AI agents running. So, this is the part that really got me is Bloomberg reported that some companies in China are literally organizing competitions, basically mandatory competitions. One product manager in Shenzhen said her company told employees they had to stay during Lunar New Year to break to compete in an open clock contest during the holiday. That's how serious we're taking this now. What does this matter to you? Because here's what's happening right now. The agentic AI market is projected to go from $9 where it's at now to 139 billion in the next 8 years.
20That's a 40% compound annual growth rate. So, this isn't a trend. This isn't just like fairy tale stuff. This is stuff that's happening right now and you see it in the data. This is a fundamental shift on how work is getting done. And the companies in China understand this already. They're not just playing with chatbots anymore. This isn't 2024. This is a whole new paradigm shift on how we use AI and specifically how we use AI in our businesses. So, they're developing agents, they're deploying agents, and they actually do things. They send emails, they schedule meetings, book reservations, research competitors, all with minimal human guidance. Wow. Real quick, before we keep going, if you're watching this and you want to actually build with some of
06these tools, not just watch videos about them, then you're going to want to check out our community down below, Shipping School. We have a full Cloud Code course, a full Open Claw course, and four live bootcamps every single week where we actually help you get set up from scratch. Like actually set this thing up, not just watch a tutorial and figure it out by yourself. And we also provide one-on-one coaching, so you could book a call with me, we could share screens, and I can help you get Cloud Code or Open Claw running on your machine. That's it, no fluff. I built this community because watching YouTube's only gets you so far. We launched it just 3 days ago and we have over 55 members. You need people around you who are actually building, people who hold you accountable, and coaches
51who can help you when you get stuck. I'll put the link in the description down below. Get in now before the price goes up. Now, here's my take on this and I want to be real with y'all because I've been running Open Claw Production for at least 40 days and my agent crew, we call them the Wu-Tang Crew, Atlas is the main coordination agent that runs on Opus 4.6, does a lot of the execution, but handles mainly the whole operation. The RZA runs the content pipeline, kicks off at 6:00 a.m., Inspectah Deck writes the X posts, Ghostface does the intel gathering, and Method Man does the clip creation. This is not a demo, this is the actual business running on AI agents. And the fact that CNBC is now writing articles about companies doing what I've been doing on the Mac mini for the last 40 days, that should tell you
36something. That tells you we're early, like very early. So, I'm going to break down what China's actually doing that's smart. The first thing is they're lowering the barrier to entry. Zipu AI made a one-click install, very similar to Simper Simple Claw that launched here in the US. That's a huge thing because the hardest part of getting Open Claw running for most people is the setup. It's annoying. You know, it can lose the keys, the gateway restarts, it's very frustrating at times. I spent an entire night rebuilding my setup from scratch recently, 12 agents, all the cron jobs, all the API connections, and it did take a few hours, but once it was running, it's been running 24/7 without me. The second thing is they're building on top of it. Tencent didn't just install Open Claw and call it a day. They built
23products around it, they integrated into WeChat, they made it accessible to normal people, not just developers, and that's the play. The third thing is is that the one that should make you pay attention is basically Chinese AI models are now the most used models on Open Claw. According to Open Router, the top three tools used by Open Claw users were all Chinese companies. That's insane. Combined usage double that of Google and Anthropic models. Why this is is because they're cheaper, way cheaper. And for a lot of tasks, they work just fine. Now, I personally use Claude Opus 4.6 for the main agents because I do need the highest quality possible. You know, when the Rizzler writes the video scripts and outlines, I need it to actually sound
09like me and not like a freaking robot. But for the simpler tasks like automation, data processing, web scraping, the Chinese models are giving you like 90% of the quality at like 10% of the cost. That's what's driving this adoption, not just Open Claw is cool, yay, it's fun. It's actually running these AI agents and it became insanely affordable for most people. What does this exactly mean for builders like you and me? For people who are building in public, and then for people who are trying to start businesses with AI. It means that the window's closing. Not the window of opportunity, but the window of being early. Right now, if you know how to automate your business with this stuff, you're ahead of literally everyone on Earth. You're ahead of most Fortune 500 companies in China that are just now trying to figure this out. So,
55we have members in Shipping School right now who are actually already running their own agent setups, going from no experience to running full-on automations. So, we've got Colin building a Chrome extension with AI. We got Faheem running a food trailer business selling events at 3K a night for using AI with his operations. We got Robbie building an AI content agent system for his SaaS. And these people are building real things, you know? And they started this before the CNBC headlines, before the Bloomberg articles, before entire countries started mandating this stuff. The other thing I want to point out is that this is very important, is the security. Bloomberg also reported that China's cybersecurity agency, CNCERT, which is warning everything about security risks
40with Open Claw, like the prompt injection, data leaks, and weak default settings. And they're right to be concerned. This is why I've always been serious about security on my setup. I run everything on the Mac mini, and I don't send sensitive data to like random cloud APIs. I have VirusTotal scanning every skill before I install it. I do this weekly security audit because when you're giving AI agents access to a lot of your business SOPs, you better make sure they're locked down. Most companies are really being quick to rush the adoption of open claw, especially in China. They're probably not doing any of that, and that's going to be a huge problem. Here's my advice if you're getting it going. If you haven't started with AI agents, now is the time. Not next year, not next month, not tomorrow, right now. Download open claw, it's
25free. Get it going. Because the fact that China is going all in on this tells you exactly where the world is headed. The question isn't whether AI agents will be everywhere, they already are. The question is whether you're going to be the person building them or the person getting replaced by them. That's plain and simple, you see it everywhere. Meta just laid off just today 16,000 employees because of AI. If you want to learn how to set something up similar to this, get your first AI automation going, or you want to learn how to use cloud code to build your future SaaS, check out the link down below. We have a community of 71 members that have joined in the last 77 days, and we're all building and shipping together. We actually have our next boot camp in 3 hours. And that's where we're going to
11work with people getting open claw installed, answering open claw questions, and taking people through the process and the next step of building what they're trying to build. So, I'll put that link down below, get in before the price goes up, and if you haven't subscribed already, please do because we're releasing four to six videos every single day, and hit the notification icon. We'll see you in the next one, y'all. Be blessed.
