00A real estate broker installed open claw that does 12 AI agents. A real estate broker build out his entire prospecting team using open claw. And when I say prospecting, I mean that part of real estate that basically takes up all of your time and makes the least amount of money. There's cold outreach, the research, the follow-ups, all of it. But now, it's automated. And I'm going to be breaking down his system in this video. It all runs in the background while he's out closing deals. And this is a use case that I think is going to resonate with so many people. And you know, you don't have to be in real estate to see a pattern here. This will work for any type of cold outreach. So, the backstory is there's a newsletter called chat CRE, and that covers AI in commercial real estate. And in their March 2026 edition,

46they featured a student housing broker named Adam Smith. Now, Adam isn't some tech guy who happens to dabble in real estate. And by the way, this is a real person. Check out the link down below if you want the source. And basically, he's a working broker. He has clients, he has deals to close, and he has a pipeline to manage. And like every broker in the world, he was spending way too much of his time on stuff that doesn't directly make money. You know what I'm talking about? The research, going through property records, looking at market data, checking comps, reading through zoning regulations, pulling together packages for potential clients, and then the outreach. So, finding the right contacts, writing up personalized emails, following up when people don't respond, tracking who said what and when. This is a pain. If you're in real

32estate, you know exactly what I'm talking about. All of that work is necessary, but it's not the part that actually closes the deals. The deal closing happens in the meeting, in the relationship, in the negotiation, but you can't get to the meeting without doing all the groundwork first, which is outreach. So, Adam basically started using open claw about a month ago. And here's what he built. His first automation was a daily briefing agent. Every morning, this thing pulls all of his emails, all of his internal messages, tags, everything by urgency level, and then it actually connects to his printer and prints out a actual physical daily brief every single morning automatically. So, when Adam walks into his office, he already has a printed sheet telling him exactly what needs attention today. And it's also ranked by how urgent it is. No scrolling

18through 50 emails trying to figure out what matters most. No missing that one important message buried under a bunch of newsletters. Just a clean printed brief. And this can be applied to all sales channels. Real quick, before we keep going, if you're watching this and you want to actually build with some of these tools, not just watch videos about them, then you're going to want to check out our community down below, Shipping School. We have a full Claude code course, a full open claw course, and four live boot camps every single week where we actually help you get set up from scratch. Like actually set this thing up, not just watch a tutorial and figure it out by yourself. And we also provide one-on-one coaching, so you could book a call with me, we could share screens, and I can help you get Claude code or open claw running on your

05machine. That's it, no fluff. I built this community because watching YouTube's only gets you so far. We launched it just 3 days ago, and we have over 55 members. You need people around you who are actually building, people who hold you accountable, and coaches who can help you when you get stuck. I'll put the link in the description down below. Get in now before the price goes up. But then, Adam went further. Like way deeper. He built a prospecting team of agents. This is where it gets more interesting. In commercial real estate, prospecting means finding property owners who might want to sell, but more than likely don't, finding investors who want to actually buy, and then finding tenants who want to lease the property. And the research involved is pretty crazy. You need to know

50property ownership records, tax assessments, lease expiration dates, market rents, vacancy rates, recent sales comps, and zoning information. The list goes much longer than that, but that's the ballpark range of what you need to know. Adam's open claw agents now handle a huge chunk of that. So, they research it all automatically, they scan public records, they pull up tax assessment data, they compile market reports, they identify properties that match specific criteria. Like, show me all the student housing buildings within a 5-mile radius of the campus that was built before 2010 and that have more than 50 units. A human doing that research manually might spend a couple hours getting it done, and this agent does it in minutes. And then there's the

36really cool part of all this is once the research is done, his agents help with the actual outreach. They draft personalized emails based on the research findings, not generic templates, personalized messages that reference specific details about the property, the market conditions, and why right now might be a good time to have a conversation. And they track all that follow-up, too. So, like who was contacted and when and when to respond, what to do in the next step, what should it be. Now, I want to be clear about something. Adam isn't letting his AI close the deals for him. He's not sending emails without reading them first. That would be a terrible idea in commercial real estate when relationships are the foundation. You know, what he's doing is using the agent to do all the prep work. So, you know,

21when he sits down with a property owner or an investor, he's the most prepared person in the room. He already knows the property details, he already knows the market comps, he already knows the owner's tax situation, and he has the talking points ready. That preparation is what separates a good broker from a great one. And this is a pattern I see over and over again with the best open claw use cases. The agent doesn't replace the human. The agent makes the human 10 times more effective. Because here's the reality of commercial real estate. The brokers who prospect the most get the most deals. It's that simple. It's a numbers game. You got to focus on volume. But most brokers can only make so many calls and send so many emails in a day because the research for each prospect takes so long. So, if you can cut the research time in two and go

07from maybe 2 hours to 10 minutes, suddenly you could prospect five times as much as other competitors out there, right? And more prospects equals more deals equals more commission. It's a simple math numbers game, right? Now, let me walk you through why this matters even if you're not in real estate because the principle is universal. Every service business has the same problem. The work that makes the money and the work that enables the money-making work. Lawyers have to do case research before they can argue in court. Accountants have to gather documents before they could do tax prep. Consultants have to do discovery before they could deliver recommendations. Financial advisors have to do research investments before they can advise clients. In every single one of these industries, the prep work takes up the most time. And in every single one of

53these industries, an open claw agent can handle a massive chunk of that prep work. So, if you're thinking about starting an agent as a service business and you're have some domain knowledge in these industries, now's the time to build that agent and serve it and sell it as an agent as a service. Because think about this, not everyone that's a real estate broker or a financial advisor wants to build their own system. That's where the opportunity comes in for you if you're building with AI. And if you think about what Adam's architecture looks like, this is a really simple build. You know, he's got the daily briefing agent that aggregates the information from multiple services and delivers it in a usable format. He also has a research agent that pulls from public databases and compile findings. He's got an outreach agent

38that drafts personalized communications, and he's got tracking agents that manage the follow-up pipeline. There's four types of agents all working together, and they're all running on open claw, all controlled from his phone. Now, I want to touch on something else that Adam did that I think is genius. He has his agents set up so that before anything goes out to a real person, he reviews it. Highly recommended, you got to do this. There's an approval setup built into the workflow. The agent does the research, drafts the emails, and then sends it to Adam on Telegram for the review process. He reads it, maybe tweaks a line or two, and then approves it to send. That way, he keeps a personal touch while eliminating about 90% of the work. And his clients never even know. They don't know he's using

23open claw, they just think Adam is incredibly well prepared and responsive, which he is. He's just using tools to make it happen. And the cost, you're probably wondering, is API tokens for Claude through open claw maybe 50 to 100 bucks a month depending on volume. Compare that to hiring a junior analyst to do the same research work, that's $40 to $60,000 a year. Or outsourcing to a virtual assistant overseas, that's still $1,000 to $2,000 a month, and neither option works at 3:00 in the morning when Adam gets an idea about a property he wants to research. His agent does, works 24/7. This is what I keep telling people in our Shipping School community. We have over 160 members now, and one of the biggest things I see holding people back is they think open claw is only for

08tech people. They think you need to be a developer to use it. You don't. Adam is a real estate broker. The doctor I talked about in a previous video is a medical professional. The accountant who found a tax loophole his CPA missed is a finance person. None of these people are software engineers. They're just professionals in their fields who saw that an AI agent can handle the boring repetitive parts of their job. And then they went for it. If you're struggling to keep up with content, what I'm about to save you about 40 days worth of work. [music] I built something called Content Machine. It's 10 AI agents that run on the open claw orchestration, and they handle everything. Scripts, [music] thumbnails, X posts, blogs, outreach, clips, newsletters, all of it. So, I went from 1,000 subscribers to 4,000

55subscribers on YouTube in 7 days using this exact system. Every single morning I wake up [music] and the content's already done. I spend maybe 15, 20 minutes reviewing and approving them and I move on with my day. It works for any niche, fitness, [music] finance, real estate, marketing, whatever you are building and it is 100% completely customizable to your [music] use case. So you get the Mission Control dashboard, all of the cron jobs, everything I've built over the last 40 days helping me gain more and more people to subscribe [music] and join the community. So you plug in your own thing and it molds it to you, it learns how you talk and it writes so it doesn't sound like AI slop. $97 one-time, it's not a subscription, I'll put the link down below and you'll thank me later. So

41here's what I want you to think about watch for watching this video. What's the prep work in your job? What's the research you have to do before you can actually do anything that actually makes the money? Because I promise you there is an Open Claw automation for at least part of it. You don't have to automate everything. Start with one thing. Maybe it's your daily email. Do like what Adam did. Maybe it's pulling market research. Maybe it's drafting first versions of client communications. Just pick one thing and build it. And if you're in commercial real estate specifically, pay attention to what's happening right now. The Chat CRE newsletters just launched for an AI for CRE attorneys workshop. There are people building real estate prospecting tools on Claw Mark. The whole industry is waking up to the fact

26that agents can handle the back office work that eats up most of their day. The brokers who adopt this now are going to have such an unfair advantage over the ones who wait. Because while one broker is spending 3 hours researching a property, the agent broker already sent the email, moved on to the next one. That's the difference. Speed wins when it comes to prospecting and the agents are fast and they never sleep. I actually think about this a lot because in my own experience running a business, when I was doing Whatnot reselling and so much of my time went into research, looking up comps, checking out what items sold for, figuring out what price items to price at. And if I had Open Claw back then to just do all this for me, I could have had an agent scanning completed listings and looking at other prop or looking at other potential

11inventory to bring into our business. That would have saved me hours a week and hours I could have spent doing other things. So look at your workflow, find the bottleneck, build the agent and if you need help doing it, that's why I built the community. We have 162 members and I just launched the community 16 days ago. We do six live build sessions a week and we really try to help members set up exactly these kinds of automations. So come build with us. You don't need to be technical at all. You don't need a computer science degree, you just need to know your industry and be willing to try something new. That's it. And I'm telling you right now, the people who start building these agent workflows today are going to look back in a year from now and be so happy they started when they did. I am super thankful I jumped into Cloud Code about

5811 months ago and started to just learn and build stuff. You know, because this stuff is only going to get better, the models are only going to get smarter and the opportunities are going to get bigger. So don't sit on the sidelines. And if you haven't subscribed to the channel already, please do, hit the notification bell because we release four to six videos every single day. Try to keep you up to date with Open Claw use cases, people making money with AI agents and AI news that drops every single second. So we'll see you in the next one and have a blessed day.
