00The OpenClock community just hit 36 documented real-world use cases for people that are integrating AI into their businesses. And I'm talking AI agents running 24/7. I'm talking crypto trading bots, content pipelines, customer service automations, and stuff that would have taken teams of developers 6 months to do. So, I'm going to break it all down what's happening in the Open Claw ecosystem right now, and tell you exactly what I'm building with my Wu-Tang themed agent crew, and then talk about how you could start building this stuff yourself right now. First, let's back up a little bit and talk about what people are actually doing with Open Claw. There's a GitHub repo called Awesome Open Claw use cases that was just updated on March 5th, and it's

45got 36 real implementations that people have shared. We're not talking about toy examples here. These are businesses running on AI agents. So, someone built a trading bot that monitors the crypto markets 24/7, and it executes trades based on technical analysis. Another person automated their entire e-commerce customer service with agents that handle refunds, shipping questions, and product recommendations without any human intervention. There's a real estate agent who built an entire Open Claw ecosystem that qualifies leads, schedules showings, and follows up with prospects automatically. The Medium article, 10 Wild Things People Actually Build with Open Claw, covers some of those craziest implementations. And

31honestly, the trading bot is one that I'm kind of gravitating towards. It sounds the most interesting. So, one entrepreneur built an agent that monitors Reddit for business opportunities. It then researches those opportunities automatically. It drafts business plans, creates a landing page. That is insane. Imagine waking up to a finished MVP every morning based on trending news. We're at that point. Another person created a content agency that's entirely AI driven. The agents research the topics, articles, they create social media posts, and even handle client communication. We are living in the Twilight Zone. This is really cool. It's seeing all these integrations of what people are building and actual use cases with Open Claw. Someone created also an N8N Claw

16version, which lets you run Open Claw agents inside of N8N workflows. So, you can have visual automation workflows that actually trigger AI agents when specific conditions are met. So, if you're a visual learner, that might be something you might want to look into. And that's pretty powerful stuff. So, over on Reddit in the Open Claw or subreddit, it is has a lot of people saying that the ultimate combo is Open Claw plus GitHub plus Codex, which Codex is a great model for coding. I use Opus 46 for a lot of the coordination and execution, and I want to have a frontier model as the brain. So, if you're trying Codex out, that might be working for you. It does use a lot less tokens. So, contrary to popular belief, that's just my opinion. They're building agents in

02this side of this subreddit that can read documentation, they can understand full code bases, and actually contribute to open source projects. I saw one post where some agent was like submitting pull requests to fix bugs inside of Python libraries. But here's the thing that gets me excited. I mean, all of this gets me excited, but in particular, all of this community activity validates what I've been building over the past 30 days. I'm running my own AI agent crew, and it's handling way more of my business than I ever expected. I first just started with one automation. I told Open Claw, "I'm tired of managing the numbers every single night after our resale business is done with our live shows." I told it to go to this address, pull three numbers, and update a spreadsheet, and give me the average cost of goods, average cost per unit,

48average profit per hour, and who did the show. Now, I'm able to analyze my business from a bird's-eye view, and not have to manage the shows, the person, how much the average cost of goods were, and you know, all of the little nitty-gritty details. And now, it's all automated for me. Wow, that is saving me like two to three hours per week, which for me, that's a lot. I know it doesn't seem like a lot to most people, but to be able to get two to three hours of my day back or my week back to be able to spend it with my family or go to the park when I want to. That's huge for me. So, I'm going to talk about my setup a little more in depth. I call it the Wu-Tang crew because I'm a huge Wu-Tang fan. We have the RZA, we have Inspectah Deck, we have the GZA. We have a lot of my favorite people that are in there, and they're all handling different

33tasks. So, apparently, so the AI agents, like once you get them up and running properly, um took me a while. Took me a 30 days to really perfect the system. Our main coordinator agent is called Atlas. This is what Opus 46 runs off. This is the coordination agent that executes all the commands to the other agents. So, think of Atlas as the chief of staff. Every morning at 6:00 a.m., Atlas kicks off the entire content pipeline, checks what's trending in AI, looks at my content calendar, and coordinates with other agents to make sure that everything gets done. Then there's the RZA. The RZA is the content machine. He scrapes the AI news, finds trending topics. We use Hacker News, Reddit, we use X uh through the Grok API, and we also use It's called Tube Lab. We connect it to the back end of

19Tube Lab. They offer an API where we could scrape more outlier scores, and really focus on what people are really interested in. So, the RZA doesn't just regurgitate news. He looks for stories that connect to what I'm actually building. So, all of the content always has that personal angle from what we're actually building. That makes my content differ from just generic AI slop factory. The RZA now generates two long-form video scripts per day. I get to kind of choose and pick what's going on, what I want, what I don't want. And this is un combination with like my personal take and what I think about it. So, the video two is always like an Open Claw and me building and what we're building inside of our community. He pulls the workspace context and references the real work that I'm doing, which keeps all of the content authentic. I will say and preface this

05with we have supermemory.ai as a backup for the memory storage. We also push everything to our database, which is hosted on Neon. So, I have a much more persistent memory storage. Things don't get lost in the sauce. Inspectah Deck handles the Twitter presence as well as podcast outreach. So, every day, Inspectah Deck generates posts about what I'm building, responds to comments, and creates threads that drive traffic back to the YouTube channel or to the community. He's got templates for hooks and call to actions, so the posts actually convert instead of just getting likes. I've got other agents in development. Ghostface is going to handle most of the podcast interaction. Method Man will manage the email and the marketing. Raekwon is for customer support and Shipping School. The GZA will write the newsletter and

50the blog as well. And the whole crew runs through my mission control dashboard, which is based on a Next.js app that I built that gives me real-time view of everything happening in my business. I can now see the scripts that are generated, when the posts go live, how many new Shipping School members have signed up, revenue numbers, and everything. All of this runs on Open Claw in my Mac mini. So, no cloud dependencies, no monthly API bills eating to my profit margins. The agents just run locally and handle their tasks auto- automatically. Here's the business result that matters. So, since I got this crew fully operational, and it did take several weeks, I've been able to focus on other high-value stuff while they handle the competitive work. Shipping School just hit 32 members, which pushed me in about $600 of monthly

35recurring revenue. That might not sound like much, but it's more of a proof of concept. I've always wanted to build a community and build along other community members, and also help people integrate AI into their workflow and business. And it's growing fast because just within three days, we're at 32 members. We have over 800 subscribers in the last two days on this channel, and all the agents are handling all that. So, I could focus on teaching and and everything else can be more automated. The content pipeline is really insane now. The RZA writes video scripts every day. I wake up to fresh content, outlier scores, trending news. My YouTube channel's growing faster than ever because I'm posting consistently to you, trying to give you breaking news and updates on what I'm doing and what I'm building. The Twitter automation is

21driving the real traffic. Inspectah Deck posts multiple times a day with hooks that actually work, and I'm seeing more people discover the YouTube channel and joining Super Shipping School through Twitter than ever before. The real thing is that it just all comes down to saving time. I have four kids. I have a wife with a neck injury. I'm an entrepreneur. I work from home. I've built businesses for the last six years, and time is my most valuable resource. As well, it should be for you. And I want to spend my time being with people, building with relationships, not spending hours a night scraping Reddit looking for trending content news to make. I want to be able to be at dinner when dinner starts and eat breakfast when the kids wake up. So, that's where it's valuable for me. And I used to spend hours every day like writing actual outlines for

06scripts and creating shorts and brainstorming social media posts and managing the community that I had for reselling. It just took up too much time. Definitely burned out several times through the last six years. So, now that happens all automatically while I sleep. I wake up to the morning briefing. It's detailed. I know exactly what to attack first thing in the morning. I wake up basically to the business that's been running itself all night on autopilot. The community momentum around Open Claw is also a proof of concept, and it's just getting started. You could see Anthropic basically copying everything that Open Claw has it has going on right now. Anthropic's shipping features, Meta is shipping features. We got a lot of competition in the space for more of an agentic workflow. And we're getting there. So, when you have 36 documented

51use cases and people sharing this stuff openly, it creates a feedback loop where everyone gets better faster. Someone figures out how to automate customer service, then they share their approach, and then 10 other people build on top of that idea, which is the whole point of this channel. This is I'm not going to give you fluff. I'm not going to give you all talk about 10 minutes about why I think this is that. It's just going to be me building in public, showing you exactly what I'm doing on this computer right behind me, building these automations, building these workflows, as well as breaking AI news. So, that's what's happening and that's what we're seeing. It's the early stages of AI workforce that everyone's been talking about, but instead of big companies building proprietary systems, it's individuals like you and me and small teams using open Claw to automate their

37entire business functions. That's amazing. The barrier to entry keeps dropped. Six months ago, you needed to be a serious developer to build agents that could handle complex workflows. And when I first got started about 12 months ago, learning how to use Cloud Code in the terminal was super intimidating. Now that we have documentation and examples of communities that have created these workflows, basically anyone can get started if you have no experience. You could start building functional AI employees for your business and for your workflows whenever you're trying to build in your business. If you want to learn to build stuff like this for yourself, join me in Shipping School. That's where I teach you hands-on how to go from an idea to a shipped AI product. We are hosting three boot camps per week

24with five boot camps per week on the way where we actually hold your hand and step-by-step and work with you on building your idea. So, right now three boot camps, but five in the future. And tomorrow is beginners hour for people who are just getting started. Friday is ship it and roast it where you show us what you built and I help you improve it. You get a Next.js starter kit that has authentication, database, payments, OpenAI. You have all the integrations to build your web app within a day. And we help you and walk you through that. So, I walk you through also setting up open Claw. We have a full course on Cloud Code for code generation if you like working in the terminal and building the same kind of automated systems I'm running for my own business. It's not just a course you watch alone and get depressed and, you know, be sad. It's

12literally working together with other people that are trying to automate similar things like yourself. You get your ideas actually shipped. We go from zero to one as fast as possible. The whole goal is getting it done fast. Doers. Not just thinking about it, but actually doing. So, maybe you want to automate your marketing like I did. Maybe you want to build a SaaS product with AI agents handling customer support. Maybe you want to create a content business that runs itself. Whatever it is, we're building it together. So, I truly believe we're in this incredible moment in time where individual builders can actually create businesses that would actually be required to have an entire teams just a year ago. Now you could do it by yourself. The open Claw community proves it every day with the stuff that they're shipping and working. The question is

57whether you're going to watch this transformation happen or be a part of it. If you want to be a part of it, join Shipping School down below. Link in description. Get in there before the price goes up. And if you're not subscribed already, what are you waiting for? We got videos coming out every single hour. We'll see you in the next one. Bye-bye.
