00In this video, I'm going to be showing you everything I've been working on with OpenClaw for the past 40 days and I just launched it tonight. No one has ever seen this product. I know you've heard of it and this has everything. The agents, the dashboard, the setup, the voice system, all of it. Cron jobs, prompts, because I've been getting the same question over and over for the past few weeks and today I had five messages from members in the community, Twitter, and from you guys to see how I can build this content machine for you. Well, I just launched a product for it and let's go over the dashboard so you can see how it all looks. So, what you're seeing here is the exact Mission Control dashboard that I have spent the last 40 days crafting with agents automating and
45getting everything done, firing off on cron jobs every single day. It's been able to help me grow to $2,500 a month recurring revenue in 6 days, generating thousands of views every single hour, and growing this YouTube channel from 1,000 subscribers to just about 4,000 subscribers in just 6 days. And you know, when people start asking you more and more about something, I never wanted to really figure out how to release this, but you know what? Now is the time to launch this skill so you can just plug and play and not have to spend 30 days figuring this out. Now, obviously, you see a close-up of my face. I wanted to just give you a quick view of Mission Control and how this whole pipeline works and what's included. You could check out the link down below if you want more detail about the specific
31skill. And this is basically the videos that are generated every single day. They show up with thumbnails, scripts, descriptions, everything. And when you download them, all you have to do is plug in your Dropbox and when you download them, they not only download to your computer locally, they will upload to your Dropbox so you have them to instantly upload into YouTube. Everything has been automated. This is plug and play. This is content on autopilot. It also has a cron job that fires off every single for every 4 hours that will pick up the newest videos on your YouTube channel and cut those into clips. Goodbye Opus clips. Hopefully you don't have that subscription, but this is clips on autopilot with Mr. Beast style captions. It will pick out the best clips in your videos as well as
17posts. If you have an X account, if you have a LinkedIn account, a Facebook page, this will automatically take the stuff that you're currently doing in your project and create content in it. I have a strict rule in this skills markdown file that there is no AI slop ever. This has been reiterated and hammered down into everything, the memory markdown, everything, the soul, everything. The first thing is no AI slop. No m dashes, no quotations, no nothing. And it's going to sound exactly as if you've written it because we have a humanized voice markdown file. You just give it five pieces of content, zoom calls, coaching calls, YouTube videos. It's going to transcribe the script via Whisper and it's going to
02humanize every piece of your content going forward. Those posts happen on autopilot. We we go through the Post Bridge API. And now backing up, this costs about $100 a month to run. You'll need to get a few APIs from Post Bridge. You'll probably need the Grok API, which is like $25 of credits. That's going to last you probably a year. There is a few little costs involved, but to have content on autopilot, I think that's going to help you save a lot of time. You're going to get also blogs, you're going to get the newsletter, you're going to get to be able to just plug this into your current pipeline and have content ready. So, say you want to make a post, you could plug in your LinkedIn, your Facebook page, your Twitter profile and you'll have posts ready to go.
47Everything pops up really nice. We use some great styling with Tailwind, Next.js, and as well as shadcn version four components. Everything is looking nice and beautiful. I have a podcast outreach that happens every single day. You can set this up to plug and play for any type of outreach that you want. You want to market to people on LinkedIn, you want to market to people on Twitter, you want to market to people on YouTube, Facebook pages, you just plug it in and play. That's it. In your humanized voice. No AI slop, ever. That is a rule. So, you want a newsletter, you want an automated blog, this is all built in for you. It will kick off every day you wake up to content finished, done, all you got to do is hit approve. So, I wanted to give you a sneak peek as to what you
32get in this when you buy it. This is plug and play. You get a setup wizard, you get everything. Let me back up for just a minute. Real quick, before we keep going, if you're watching this and you want to actually build with some of these tools, >> [music] >> not just watch videos about them, then you're going to want to check out our community down below Shipping School. We have a full Cloud Code course, a full Open Claw course, and four live bootcamps every single week where we actually help you get set up from scratch. [music] Like, actually set this thing up, not just watch a tutorial and figure it out by yourself. And we also provide one-on-one coaching, so you could book a call with me, we could share screens, and I can help you get Cloud Code or Open Claw running on your machine. That's it, no fluff. I built this
17community because watching YouTube's only gets you so far. We launched it just three days ago and we have over 55 members. You need people around you who are actually building, people who hold you accountable, and coaches who can help you when you get stuck. I'll put the link in the description down below. Get in now before the price goes up. If you've been following this channel for some time now, you know I've been building in public for over a year. And one of the things that people keep asking me recently in my direct messages and in the YouTube comments and in the school community is how are you making all this content? Like how is one guy on a Mac mini putting out long form videos, shorts, blog posts, tweets, newsletters, thumbnails, outreach messages, and all of it every single day. And for a long
04time I answer was, you know, kind of just like, oh, you know, I'm working blah blah blah. But I have AI agents doing all this. I built the system for people like you that don't have a ton of time to set this up. This is 30 minutes or less, set up is done, you're good to go. But, you know, people wanted me to set this up for them and, you know, I just don't have a ton of time to go into people's computers or go visit them and set this up for you. So, we built out this skill for people to just to download and plug and play and it's done. They wanted the actual thing, all the files, the prompts, the dashboard, everything. So, we gave it to you. I spent 40 days building this out, breaking things along the way, painstakingly. I know I have more gray hair because of it. Fixing delivery bugs, rewriting prompts, perfecting the
49voice system, and tonight I just packaged the whole thing up and gave it to you in a nice gift-wrapped box. It's all hosted on Claw Mart. It's called the content machine. So, let me talk about what you actually get and break it all down. So, the content machine is a dashboard. It's a local Next.js app that runs on your machine, built with shadcn components, dark mode, smooth drawer pop-ups, and y'all it looks fresh out the kitchen clean. Like really clean, professional, minimalist, simple. I hate cluttered dashboards. So, the same UI library I use for my own mission control, everything is customizable by the way. So, first page is the videos, you just saw that. This is the command center, every video agent creates that the video create by the agent shows up
34there. You know, the title script, the description, statuses, all of it, organized. Clip factory, this This where the shorts live. So, the system is automatically extracting the highlights from my long-form videos. It crops them to 9/16 vertical and burns in the Mr. Beast style captions on all of it. Arial Black, all caps, you've seen the style. The post page, where is all your X posts go, you know, you can do other platforms as well. This keeps it more organized, ready to go. The trends page is cool because this is where the first cron job kicks off and puts all the trending news in your niche specifically. I have my niche being AI, yours is maybe real estate or cooking or whatever. You tailor your own niche to it, and it's basically a Kanban board layout where your Intel agent drops all the trending topics in your niche. So, you always
21know what to make content about. Here's the coolest part about the trends page, you click on a trend, and if you want to fire off that cron job at any time, you just click make video. It's going to create the video for you, the thumbnails, it's also going to cut up your video into long-form. You do still need to film the video. This is me, I'm a real person. That's the only difference. So, the time that you save from doing everything else, you'll have to film the video unless you have like an AI avatar like HeyGen or whatever. Whatever, do that, that's you. Whatever you want to do, you will still need to film the content, but everything else is automated. So, the outreach is where it gets more interesting. I'll come back to it in a minute, but basically you could set up whatever sales outreach you want, email, direct message, whatever, everything but door knocking. And the blogs page is pretty cool, too. This is
07formatted, ready to publish with SEO. We have an SEO skill woven into it, and it's going to have it be able to create SEO content to have you ranking within your category based on low competition on long-tail keywords. It goes over through all the SEO best practices and principles. So, this is six pages in total, all beautiful, all functional, which is pretty freaking cool. I wish I had this when I first started, would have saved me 40 days. So, I'm going to walk you through the agents. There are nine of them, not seven like I said earlier. There's nine. So, first up is the Intel agent. This is the one that wakes up first thing early 5:00 a.m., scans their niche for trending topics, breaking news, viral content. It feeds everything to the rest of the pipeline. So, you've got a script writer number
52one and number two, two separate agents because I wanted different styles. Number one handles the research-heavy scripts, one handles the storytelling scripts. They both use Opus 4.6. That's the LLM I would recommend that you use from the start if you want the best quality. The X post generator, this one takes your video content and turns it into posts for X. Hooks that are based off the Dickie Bush Ship 30 framework, and it pulls other best practices from other content creators' best hooks that increase engagement, that spark curiosity, that leave you wondering. This is all baked in from the get-go, but you can customize it as you go. The thumbnail generator is the one I'm most proud of. This one connects to Kaiber.ai and Nano Banana 2. You could swap out
38the model if you want. That's the best one that I think that is the cheapest as well. It creates three different thumbnail styles per video using your face, your brand logos, not some stock person like Tom from MySpace. So, blog writer, this is the cool one where it takes your video scripts and turns them into SEO optimized blog posts. Same voice, same energy, just formatted for reading. Clip factory, I already showed you, but the agent that's behind this is doing the heavy lifting. It finds the best moments on your YouTube channel, clips them up, formats them into vertical, burns those captions, and everything's done. You can connect as many social medias as you want, Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook page, LinkedIn, Twitter. Am I forgetting one? Twitch. I
23mean, whatever Post Bridge allows, right? All of them. So, basically, the newsletter writer takes everything from the day and puts together newsletters. Same voice, same style, in your voice. And then the outreach agent, ladies and gentlemen, this is the one that's a general purpose machine. It's basically a podcast guest outreach for me, but you can use it for product sales, affiliate recruitment, collabs, networking, whatever you need. If you're running a business right now and you're tired of content, people pay thousands of dollars for the same exact system. They pay, you know, editors, marketing agents, outreach agents, VAs in Vietnam. Still, it adds up. This is a one-time fee and you get the whole thing. So, basically, whatever you need, this gets it all going. Oh, and the utility agents, like
09thumbnails and clips, run on Sonnet 4.6, so it will help you keep costs down. Writing agents get Opus 4.6 because you want the best words possible. Here is the part that makes this different from any other AI content tool out there. The voice profiling. Have you noticed AI is full of AI slop and it's terrible and annoying. And you know when it's AI slop when the moment you read it. This has been 40 days perfected to not use slop. So, when I set this up, you feed three to five of your existing YouTube videos, Zoom calls, heck, just record yourself talking for 20 minutes and upload that voice file. It needs to know your voice, your cadence, the way you talk, the common things you say, and so, but, yes, though, be blessed, whatever your words
54are. It needs to know. Otherwise, it's going to sound terrible. So, basically, it runs them through the Whisper API, transcribes everything, builds a voice profile, your voice profile, and your phrases, your cadence, your energy. So, when these agents write for you, they write like you, not like a freaking robot. So, and this is the this is the sauce. This is it right here. This is what I spent 40 days perfecting because I don't want your content to sound like everyone else's content. I wouldn't release this if it was just a generic then everyone would be speaking like ChatGPT. You're absolutely right. We're tired of that. I want it to sound like you sat down and wrote it yourself and we know it's you. There we go. On top of that, there's the humanized guide, 50 plus band words, no delve, no leverage,
40no landscape, no comprehensive language. It if it sounds like AI wrote it, the system catches it plain and simple. You also get hook frameworks built right into the agent prompts. We got the Dickie Bush ship 30 for structure. We got some viral moments from other content creators that have scroll stopping moments and content that are woven into all of the prompts and the structure. So, your agents aren't just writing content, they're writing content that's actually performing now on X, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook. You can also go a step further and hook up what is called the Tube Labs skill and it is $29 a month, but it is so worth it. This agent will then now
25have a bit more power to look for outlier scores on YouTube and recreate thumbnails that are performing versus not and also look at titles that are performing versus not. That can be woven into it as well. So, the thumbnails are also awesome. You get three styles per video generated automatically. Your face on the right, bold text on the left, your brand colors. These aren't generic, they actually look like your channel, your branding, your coloring. Now, let me talk about the setup because I know that's what someone's thinking. They're like, this sounds complicated. It's not. I spent the last 30 minutes telling this AI agent to make it as simple as possible. Just like you're folding laundry or unloading stuff from camping. Just make it easy. This goes there, this goes there, it's done. So, you download the zip file from Dropbox, you unzip it,
10you run the setup.sh file and that's it. The setup wizard walks you through everything in about 30 minutes, you will have everything built out. It basically asks you for your niche, your API keys, your brand info, your YouTube channel ID, a photo of your face for thumbnails, and then it takes all of that, customizes all nine agent prompts with your information automatically. You can even name your agents whatever you want. You know mine are after the Wu-Tang Clan. You can have fun with it, whatever you want to do. You can call them whatever, make it yours. So, does this actually work? Huh, there's no way I'm able to produce seven, eight, nine, 10 long-form videos a day by myself. Absolutely no way. So, here's the real numbers. This is the same system that I've been running on my channel for the last 6 days. We just hit $2,500 of
56monthly recurring revenue. YouTube ads, school members, and now the the skill. So, I have about 3,700 YouTube subscribers from 1,100 and 71 members inside of Shipping School, and we're getting thousands of views per hour on these videos. I'm not saying you'll get the same exact results. It really depends on your niche, your consistency, and your content, but the system just works. And this is living proof, and that's why we're building in public, guys. I'm not sure I'm not hiding anything. This is it. This is what you get. So, the price is $97 one time, no annual subscription, no nothing. You just pay for it, you get it, and the time that you're going to save is a month and a half worth of work that I put into this. You buy it once, you own it, you keep 100% of the content, and you get to keep the agents. So, it's on
42ClawMart now. If you don't know what ClawMart is, it's similar to ClawHub. It's basically a marketplace for AI skills and AI agent systems. Felix is on there. Whatever the guy, you know, who built it, uh, made over $200,000 selling his AI skill on that platform, and it's like a content system, but it doesn't come with the humanized voice, it doesn't come with these nine agents. It's a bit different. This market is real, and 90% of the listing price goes to the creator. ClawMart takes 10%. That's fine. Link's in the description. If you want to grab it, and you're tired of creating content by yourself and doing everything and you want to help setting it up, you know, and you want to connect with me and other builders, you can join us inside of Shipping School. 71 members also trying to do the same thing, build their own kind of content
28pipeline, build their own startup, build their own AI agent that works by itself, and we're growing every single day. We do four live calls every single week and we help each other build, we share what's working, it's the real deal with real people, and I'm not going to lie, this was a big build for me, 40 plus days, I think I've aged 10 years in the last 40 days, a lot of late nights, but packaging this up and putting it out there knowing that it can actually help someone and someone else can take this system and run with it, that feels good and very fulfilling. That's what building in public is all about. We'll see you guys in the next one. I hope you have a blessed night. Bye-bye.
