00We're going to talk about a guy who shipped four apps using Open Claw in just 4 weeks and he has no technical background. He's not a developer and I'm going to break it all down. He said he knows his way around tech, but he's not really writing code from scratch. Didn't really know what he was doing and what he built is insane. A math tutoring platform, a trading bot, a full SAS dashboard, and a Solana crypto app. So, in 21 days, all using Open Claw. So, I found this post on AI for small businesses subreddit and it's linked down below. You could refer to it and it immediately caught my attention because he starts by saying this is not a flex post. He just wants to share what he's actually been building and what is possible because 3 weeks ago he didn't even know what Open Claw was, 3 weeks
46ago. So, this guy had never heard of Open Claw. He now has four products live with real users paying real money. I'm going to break down each one and how it pertains to you watching this video so you don't feel like you are being left behind. The first product is an AI math tutoring platform. This is a full Next.js application, not some single page site. This is actually a real app. Kids take a photo of their homework with their phone and then the AI walks them through it step-by-step. Not just giving in answers, actually teaching them how to solve the problems. He built Stripe payments right into it so parents can subscribe monthly, full user accounts so kids can track their progress over time. This is crazy. And here's what's really
31cool and it shows that he actually thought deeply about the product. He built an anti-cheat sheet system so kids can't skip steps. They actually have to work through the problems. If a kid tries to jump ahead without showing their work, the system catches it and makes them go back. Plus a parent dashboard so mom and dad can see how their kids are doing, what subjects they're struggling with, how much time they're spending on each topic. This thing is live right now and it was built in 3 weeks. This is crazy and it's taking in massive amounts of users. That's a real product with real revenue coming in and potentially solving a real problem that parents actually have, especially if you home school like I do. Homework is like non-stop, right? You know, getting your kids to do the work,
16being able to teach them how to use AI is going to be the future of how school and home schooling is that's what it's going to look like. It's going to help you save time if you are home schooling. Real quick, before we keep going, if you're watching this and you want to actually build with some of these tools, not just watch videos about them, then you're going to want to check out our community down below, Shipping School. We have a full Claude code course, a full Open Claw course, and four live bootcamps every single week where we actually help you get set up from scratch. Like actually set this thing up, not just watch a tutorial and figure it out by yourself. And we also provide one-on-one coaching so you could book a call with me, we could share screens, and I can help you get Claude code or Open Claw running on your machine.
03That's it, no fluff. I built this community because watching YouTube's only gets you so far. We launched it just 3 days ago and we have over 55 members. [music] You need people around you who are actually building, people who hold you accountable, and coaches who can help you when you get stuck. I'll put the link in the description down below. Get in now before the price goes up. The second product, and this is the most common thing that I get messages about, is a financial trading bot and this is really cool because this build may pertain or may relate to you. A trading bot um within a TradingView indicator. So, this one's crazy cuz he built a custom Pine Script indicator with EMA ribbons, the RSI divergence, TTM Squeeze. If you're into trading and
50you know what these are and you're serious about technical analysis and indicators that experienced traders rely on, each one of those would normally take weeks to learn how to code properly. Then he built a Node.js bot that receives those webhook alerts from TradingView and automatically executes the trades on Coinbase. Wow. So, the indicator spots the signal on the chart and then fires a webhook and then the bot executes the trade. It's all automated. No human intervention needed. This is running on a VPS 24/7 making trades while he sleeps, while he eats breakfast or going on a walk. That's crazy and he said something that really puts it into perspective for you if you're wanting to build something like this. The trading bot alone would have taken him months to figure out on
36his own, but with Open Claw they did it in days. For something that sophisticated, we're living in a whole new world now, guys. The third product, an AI marketing dashboard for small businesses. This is a full-on SAS product. It has an SEO scanner and actually crawls websites that gives you real actionable data based on your rankings, your broken links, your missing meta tags, all of it. Business Google profile optimization so local businesses like restaurants, dentists, and plumbers can improve their search prevent and show up when people are actually looking for them. This review management tool, you know, is built into it so you could basically track and respond to reviews across Google, Yelp, Facebook, and it's all built into it one
22in one place. Campaign tracking also so you could see what's working and what's not. He built in a proper landing page with pricing tiers, feature comparisons, and everything you'd expect from a real SAS. You know, this isn't a toy project or like just a portfolio piece. This is a product that businesses would pay 50 to $200 a month for, the kind of thing that marketing agencies charge thousands of dollars to build from scratch. The fourth product, and this one gets me excited, it's a Solana prediction market. It's crazy. This is a smart contract written in Anchor and Rust, deployed on Solana, not a testnet. It's a mainnet, real blockchain, real cryptocurrency, real money on the line. You can bet yes or no on outcomes and
09win Solana tokens. He built the front end in Next.js, submitted it to the Solana app store for review, and it already has its own Discord community with people using it. He said something that I keep coming back to every time I think about this story. He said, "I don't know Rust. Open Claw does." That line right there is what we should all be thinking about. Every time you come into an issue with what you're building, if you're using Claude, if you're using GPT-4, ask your agent. And that right there is the power of what we're talking about. You have super intelligence at your fingertips. Rust is widely considered one of the hardest programming languages to learn. Professional developers literally spend years getting proficient in it.
54Companies pay Rust developers $200,000 a year. And this guy just deployed a working smart contract to a live blockchain without knowing any of that at all. And on top of all those four products, he launched a fifth business, an Open Claw installation service where he deploys and configures Open Claw for other businesses who want this technology but can't set it up themselves. He realized while building his own projects that most people want AI agents working for their business but they do not know how to get started. So, he turned that into an offering. Now he charges businesses to set up their Open Claw instances, configure their agents, and get them running. So, he went from not knowing what Open Claw was to running five different ventures in 3 weeks. I want to talk about his workflow
40because this is the part that most people skip and it's the most important part of this entire story. He said Open Claw isn't a chatbot, it's a builder. His process was simple but disciplined. He would describe what he wanted in plain English, Open Claw would write the code, he'd test it, find the issues, and go back and forth with the Open Claw agent to fix them. Test again, iterate, and then get to shipping. He specifically said the back and forth is what makes this work. You can't just say build me an app, make my own mistakes, and make it make me a million dollars a year and walk away, even though it sounds nice, but we're far from that. And if you stay engaged and direct it properly, the speed can be insane. This is exactly
25what I've been saying on this channel for weeks now and inside the Shipping School community, this is what we teach every single day in our live calls. You have to be engaged in the process. You have to understand what's being built and even if you didn't write the code yourself, don't just be one-shotting things and not knowing how things come together. That's a recipe for building something you can't maintain, you can't debug, and you can't improve. The AI is the engine, but you're the driver. You still got to learn how to drive the thing. You need to know where you're going. You need to know when something looks wrong and you literally need to be able to say, "Hey, that's not right. Let's try a different approach." Here's what I love about this guy's story. He's not pretending to be someone. He's not putting developer in his bio right now.
11And you you neither should you, you know, where where developer is a term that is going away. He's not saying he's like a software engineer. He's saying, "I had ideas, I couldn't code, and Open Claw let me bring those ideas to life." That's it. That's the whole story and it's powerful because how many of you watching this right now are sitting on ideas thinking you need to learn code first or hire a developer, takes 6 months to figure it all out. That's not the case and that's why we're sharing these stories. And I've been there personally myself. When I first started building with AI, I didn't know what a bash command was. I didn't know idea what a repository on GitHub was. I was pulling my own hair out just trying to figure out how to get the basic things to work. And I remember sitting at my
56desk at 2:00 in the morning wondering if I I believed the ideas were worth building. And now we've got Easy Flip with paying customers. We've made a few hundred dollars with Magic Hand, and Snap Tastic is running through this whole content pipeline. You know, on a single Mac Mini with 13 AI agents working around the clock from basically coming from a guy who worked a minimum wage job at a restaurant for 15 years before becoming an entrepreneur in 2020. If you're struggling to keep up with content, I'm about to save you about 40 days worth of work. [music] I built something called Content Machine. It's 10 AI agents that run on the Open Claw orchestration, and they handle everything. Scripts, [music] thumbnails, X posts, blogs, outreach, clips,
42newsletters, all of it. So, I went from 1,000 subscribers to 4,000 subscribers on YouTube in 7 days using this exact system. Every single morning I wake up [music] and the content's already done. I spend maybe 15-20 minutes reviewing and approving them, and I move on with my day. It works for any niche, fitness, finance, real estate, marketing, whatever you are building, and it is 100% completely customizable to your use case. So, you get the mission control dashboard, all of the cron jobs, everything I've built over the last 40 days helping me gain more and more people to subscribe and join the community. So, you plug in your own thing, and it molds it to you, and it learns how you talk, and it writes so it doesn't sound like AI slop. $97 one
30time, it's not a subscription. I'll put the link down below, and you'll thank me later. You know, the barrier to building is completely gone. This is the lowest the playing field has been. And all I'm asking is if you have an idea right now, there's no reason why you can't do what this guy did or do what I'm doing. You don't need computer science degree. You don't need to go to coding school. You don't need to save up tens of thousands of dollars to hire a developer on Upwork. Don't do that. You need an idea. You need Open Claw, and you need the discipline to sit there and work through the problems when they come up because they will come up. Every single time this guy didn't just one shot one of these four products. He described it, he tested it, he found the bugs, fixed them, iterated, tested again, found more bugs, fixed those, too. And that's the process that we use to build. That's
16always been the process. The difference now is that you have a partner that can write the code at the speed of thought and knows every programming language on the planet. Let me also talk about the business model angle here because this is something I think a lot of people miss when they see stories like this. He didn't just build cool projects for fun. He didn't just build portfolio pieces to show off on Twitter. Every single one of those four products has real revenue. The tutoring platform has Stripe payments where parents pay monthly. The trading bot makes money from profitable trades automatically. The SaaS dashboard has pricing tiers that businesses can subscribe to. The Solana app takes a cut of every prediction. And the installation business charges for setup,
01configuration, and ongoing support. Five revenue streams in 3 weeks with Open Claw. Five different ways to make money from skills he didn't have a month ago. That's not just building, that's business building. Now, I'm saying everyone is going to ship four products in 3 weeks. That's not what I'm saying here, and I know maybe this is just an outlier, but it can show proof that you can at least get one app built in a month. Some people might ship one product in 3 weeks. You know, some people might take 6 weeks, some two. It just depends on your learning curve. You know, the timeline isn't the point, and it's not important. The point is that the ceiling of what's possible for non-technical people like you and me has completely changed. A year ago, if someone said that they built a Solana smart contract and deployed it on, you
47know, mainnet knowing without knowing Rust, you'd say they they were lying, and maybe they paid someone to do it on Upwork. Now, it's just a Reddit post sitting there with a bunch of people in the comments asking for a tutorial. And the comment section is lit up. This post was just as good as the post itself. People were asking detailed questions about the architecture, the workflow, the costs, API usage, and how much it burns through. What model did you use for it, and how did you use it to code with Rust? How do you handle errors when the bot fails? What happens if the smart contract has a vulnerability? He was just answering every single question straight up. No hype, no guru energy, blah. Right? Not trying to sell a course. It's just a guy sharing what he built, and that's what he built, and then he's giving back to the Open Claw
32community, and I love that. So, if you're watching this and you have an idea that you've been sitting on, this is your sign. I don't care if it's an app or a bot or Bonzai Buddy 2.0, whatever. It's Whatever it is, it's like you can build it. The tools are here right now, and Open Claw is free. It's open source. The models are getting cheaper and better every single day. Really, the only thing that's stopping you is you. Inside Shipping School, we have 108 members in the last 11 days, and stories like this are what we live for. We've got people at every level that you can imagine all around the world from complete beginners who just installed Open Claw. And we've also got Faheem who has a food trailer website that sold out events at $3,000 a night.
17We have Colin who just shipped a Chrome extension to the web store. We got Robbie building an AI content SaaS. These are real people shipping real products every single week. We do six live calls every single week, and we help walk you through the process. I'll put the link down below. Get in before the price goes up. So, four products in 3 weeks with zero coding experience, one Open Claw instance. That's the world we live in. The question isn't whether you can build something, the question is what you're going to do to build your first app. You got to get going. You got to get started because this opportunity and window is closing. So, subscribe to the channel. We release videos every hour, four to six per day, and we'd love to see you. Hit the notification bell,
02and we'll see you in the next one. Bye-bye.
