00OpenCloud just announced a $1.4 million startup funding program where you get to build your app idea on top of Open Claw. And I'm going to break all of this down and exactly how it all works and who should apply and why I think this is one of the biggest opportunities in AI right now. So, the deal is if you've been following the channel, you know I run my entire business on Open. I have 12 AI agents running 24/7. They write the video scripts, they post to X, they do all the content. My whole content pipeline is essentially automated. And I've been saying this for the last month that Open Claw is not just a cool demo, it's actual real infrastructure that real people are building on top of. So, now Open Claw is basically saying the same thing with money behind it. They're
46putting the money where their mouth is and they launched this program where if you build a startup on the Open Claw platform, you can apply for funding up to a $1.4 million. Public comments are still open April 6th, so you have about 3 weeks to get your application together. And I'm going to tell you why I think this is a big deal. And I want to give you some real context behind this because I've been tracking what people are actually building with Open Claw. We have 32 real use cases in our database that shows up on shippingschool.com if you want to see what people are actually building and making money with Open Claw. Not hypothetical use cases, this is real businesses with direct source to their links. So, real products, real people, real making money. I'm going to give you
31some examples. Someone built an Open Claw wrapper, basically a simplified version that makes it easier for non-technical people to set up their own agents. The product made 3 $37,459 from an Open Claw wrapper. They didn't invent anything new. They just took Open Claw and made it easier to use and sold access. That's it. Super simple. Another person built a three AI agent content system in 4 hours. It basically takes scraping capabilities and scrapes Reddit, Twitter, LinkedIn, creates posts, and publishes them. I have something similar linked down below that is basically my entire content engine with 10 AI agents automating your
16content 24/7. You could check that out in the link below. So, another person also built a full business automation stack with email triage, competitor intelligence gathering, and overnight coding where AI agents can basically fix bugs while you sleep. Another person replaced four apps with one digital twin running on WhatsApp. A doctor also replaced his virtual assistant with an Open Claw setup that's handling patient scheduling, follow-ups, and the entire system. Here's the one that really gets me. Someone built an e-commerce brand automating it with Open Claw and then made a thousand dollars in the first two weeks. From scratch, all built by himself, non-technical. So, with AI
01agents, they are basically doing the most of the heavy lifting. So, when Open Claw says they want to fund your startup and start building on their platform, they're not being theoretical. They can see what people are already doing. They can see the revenue being generated and they want to pour the gas on that fire. Real quick, before we keep going, if you're watching this and you want to actually build with some of these tools, not just watch videos about them, then you're going to want to check out our community down below, Shipping School. We have a full Cloud Code course, a full Open Claw course, and four live bootcamps every single week where we actually help you get set up from scratch. [music] Like actually set this thing up, not just watch a tutorial and figure it out by yourself. And we also provide
46one-on-one coaching, so you could book a call with me. We can share screens and I can help you get Cloud Code or Open Claw running on your machine. That's it, no fluff. I built this community because watching YouTube's only gets you so far. We launched it just 3 days ago and we have over 55 members. You need people around you who are actually building, people who hold you accountable, and coaches who can help you when you get stuck. I'll put the link in the description down below. Get in now before the price goes up. So, let me tell you who I think should seriously consider this because I don't think this is for everybody. You know, if you're just getting started with Open Claw and you're still figuring out how to set up your first agent, this probably isn't for you yet, but things move so fast in this space, I wouldn't count you out.
32And that's okay. You know, get a foundation going first and then figure out what you want to build. Learn the platform. So, if you've been building with Open Claw for a while, meaning like 30 days and over, you have an idea for a product or a services that uses Open Claw as the backbone. And if you've been thinking about turning your skill or your automation into a real business, then this is your moment. I'm serious. You got an idea, how are you going to automate it? There's money behind it now. So, how often does the actual platform you're building on offer to fund your startup? So, I'm going to give you some ideas because I think, you know, I've been just having hard night sleeping, just not thinking about it. It's like it's such a crazy opportunity, I can't even go to sleep. So, what I've been thinking more of is like, what if
17you built on Open Claw and built a skill that does exactly like what my agent Ghostface does? Does Intel. It scrapes the internet for niche-specific topics. You know, finds use cases and feeds everything to a Kanban board on my mission control dashboard. That's intelligence gathering gathering as a service essentially. Packages that up as a skill on ClawHub and sell it, build a business around it. There we go. Or think about like what Vince is doing in our community. He's like prototyping a machinist parts in the Bay Area and he's building an Open Claw integration that basically takes CSV files from Fusion 360 and pulls tool data and cutting parameters. The machining industry is full of cranky old tradesmen who are resistant to tech, his words not mine,
03but the opportunity is massive. So, like what if you turn that into a full product? Connect offline CNC inventory and the internet through Open Claw, that's a real business right here. And Dustin, another one of the members in real estate, Maryland specifically, dealing with messy title deals, mainly for wholesale. You know, wholesaling houses, fix and flips, things like that. But also titles that are stuck, liens, probate cases, death intestate. That's what he's working on. He wants an AI agent that's an expert title researcher. Not just scraping everything, but knowing what to look for. That's a specialized product in itself that can serve an entire title company across the whole country. So, you see what I'm saying, the use cases are everywhere and people are building these things right
48now. A lot of them are in our community. A lot of them are non-technical people who learned to vibe code and started building solutions to problems they actually have in their actual businesses. The key insight here, you know, is the best Open Claw startups aren't going to come from Silicon Valley engineers with computer science degrees. They're going to come from people like you watching this video and have domain expertise in something specific. So, maybe you are really good cook or you're a great mechanic or you're super into fitness and you know all the specific workouts to target specific muscle groups. I don't know, those are just examples. How can you box up that expertise and create a skill around it that you can then hand off to an AI agent? Only a skill that you have in your brain based on actual experience.
35You need to start thinking about doing that cuz there is tons of money behind. Like an example is like the truck driver who knows what truck companies actually need. Or the machinist who knows the specific pain points of CNC shops. The real estate investor who knows the title research process inside and out. Those are examples. Basically, you take that domain knowledge, you combine it with Open Claw's agent framework, and you have something that's pure a pure tech person could never build because they don't know the problem like you do. That's what makes this moment in time different from any other tech wave. You don't need to have specific background. You need to be a problem solver. And if you've been building with Cloud Code, if you've been vibe coding your solutions, you already have those
21skills to turn your idea into a real product. So, here's what I think this makes sense around the funding program even more interesting. Nvidia just had that keynote yesterday and Jensen Huang, the CEO of Nvidia, literally stood on stage and announced Nemo Claw, an enterprise agent platform inspired by Open Claw. So, Nvidia, the biggest company in the world, that happened and that's how real this is getting. So, you have to be the biggest AI hardware company in the world validating the Open Claw ecosystem. You have Fortune writing articles about Open Claw transforming China's AI sector. You have people building real revenue-generating products. And now you have a $1.4
06million funding available for builders. So, if you're not paying attention to this, I don't know what to tell you. Let me talk about the practical side for a minute and, you know, if I were applying for this funding, here's what I would do first. I would build something that solves a real problem. Like not a demo, not a toy, something that people would actually pay for. The second thing I would basically get users before I even applied, show that people want what you're building. The next thing is I would document everything, build in public, show your process. That's what we do here every single day on this channel. And honestly, that's what Shipping School is all about. 77 members right now in just 8 days. People like Faheem who built a food truck empire using AI for his landing page and is doing 3K a night selling birria tacos.
54But who doesn't like birria tacos? They're amazing. Like Colin, you know, he got his Chrome extension approved on the Chrome Web Store and it's already getting fitness influencers influencers to promote it. There's Nigel, who's a truck driver working 14-hour days, but that doesn't stop him. He's using Open Claw through WhatsApp while he's on the road building stuff. These are real people with real businesses and real constraints and they're building on this platform. Any one of them can potentially apply for this funding. And I want to be straight up and cut and dry with you. I haven't personally applied for this funding. I don't know all the fine details of this program and the public comment period is open for a few more weeks, which usually means the final terms might shift a little. So, do your own due diligence and research. Read the actual posting. It's going to
40be linked down below. Understand what they're looking for. But what I can tell you from experience is that Open Claw ecosystem is the real deal. I run it every single day for the past 40 days. My agent crew, we call them the Wu-Tang agents because each one has a specific role. Atlas is handling the main operations, runs off of Opus 4.6 cuz we want the best output possible. The RZA runs the content pipeline. Inspectah Deck does all the X stuff. Method Man does the clipping. Ghostface gathers intelligence. GZA does the security audits. And that's all on a Mac Mini. So, I'm currently at nearly $3,000 of monthly recurring revenue in just 7 days. I can't do it by myself. That's all because of Open Claw. So, YouTube, we're just about to cross 4,000 subscribers. That's literally in just
277-8 days. So, and while it might not seem crazy, this is totally doable for you. You know, it's not a lot. It's real though and that's what matters to me. All of this was powered by Open Claw running agents 24/7. So, when I see the funding program pop up that says build on Open Claw, we'll invest in you, I did get a bit excited. That's why I wanted to make a video because I know firsthand what's possible. So, I'm going to give you the timeline real quick. Public comments are open now. They close on April 6 specifically. So, if you had feedback on the program structure, you can always contribute. After that, I'd expect their applications to open sometime in April or May. So, start building now. Don't wait for the application to open. Start now so you can hit the ground running. Break a few things. Get a few users and document
14your journey along the way. And if you need help with that, that's literally why I started the community shipping school for more hands-on learning. Don't think you need a technical background to join the group. We have 77 members coming from all aspects of life building building and building. That's what it's here for. Four live calls every week. Jump in. Learn together. Build. We have beginners hour on Wednesday. A building session on Tuesday morning. We have that. We have Mondays are Open Claw specific. Friday is ship and roast. We roast what you've been building with honest feedback. And it's been amazing sharing everyone's journey. So, I'm not going to sit here and tell you this is easy. Don't think so. It's not a get-rich-quick scheme. You still need to actually work. There's a saying that I
59suddenly became more productive, but I find myself working more. And that's exactly where I'm at. I'm more productive, but I'm working more than I ever have, but it's more efficient. You know, it's it's possible to be busy and not effective. And that's what most people are doing. Working with AI allows you to be effective with your time and to produce much more output. So, building a startup, any kind of startup, is very difficult. Building on any new platform is insanely hard, but the timing is right. The ecosystem is growing. Nvidia is paying attention. There's literally funding available. And if you have a community of people building alongside you, the question is are you going to take the shot or you going to sit on the sidelines and watch other people do it. It's okay. I was
44doing that this time last year. I was just sitting on the sidelines. Oh, that's cool. Oh, they built that. That's amazing. They made a million dollars. Oh, they built that and made 100 grand in 2 hours. That's cool. And I'm not in it for the money. I'm just saying that these people are you know, building stuff. They're taking action and the value is coming in. So, that should prove your point. I hope that this was helpful. I hope it lit some fire under you. And if you're thinking about applying or if you already have an Open Claw product, drop a comment down below. I want to hear your project. What are you building? How's it working? How does it serve a a niche or a community? If you guys haven't subscribed already, please do cuz we release videos about four to six to eight times every single day. And you need to stay up up to date with this stuff. We'll see you in the next one. Have a blessed day. Bye-bye.
