00In this video I'm going to be talking about people who are actually making money with Open Claw and walking through some of their processes. I'm talking about people that have already made over $37,000 building products on top of Open Claw. So, these are real people, real numbers, real stories, and I just found out this week, so I wanted to bring it to this video and bring some awareness as to people who are actually making real money cuz I know there's a lot of hype surrounding Open Claw and a lot of these agentic workflows, but I think when it comes down to it you're probably interested on like, well, how can I get paid? How can I actually take what's happening with Open Claw and implement it into my business? So, let's explain further and set the stage real quick. So, if you've been following the channel, you know I run my entire content business through Open Claw and I

47have 12 agents running 24/7 on the Mac Mini behind me all the time. Kicks off in the morning, ends at 12:00 at night. I have a full content business all fully operational. The writer writes the scripts, the inspector handles the exports, Ghost Face does a lot of the intel gathering, we got U God doing the thumbnails, and we have some security measures in place that kick off every day. And that's the cool part, but I was scrolling through Reddit this week and I want to talk about how it really compares to people who are business owners and to people who are actually making money with this thing. You know, the Microsoft subreddit super valuable and someone just posted the revenue numbers from building a certain product on top of Open Claw. Think of Open Claw as like the orchestration layer for managing all of your AI automations. The

33numbers are wild. Let's talk about something called Simple Claw. Simple Claw is a project $37,459. That's what the person made from what they call an Open Claw wrapper. And they're not the only one, but this is just one case scenario that I wanted to talk about. There's also Setup Claw at 23,000, there is something called Claw Wrapper at 14,000. These are not massive companies. These are solo builders. That's what makes it special, people like you and me. Some of them with no coding background at all, but they figured out something really important. People will pay you to avoid pain. That's it. That's the whole business model, plain and simple, straight up, very straightforward. See, Open Claw is

19incredibly powerful. You can just run agents, automate your entire life, build businesses on it. Yay! But the setup, that's the tricky part. The configuration, who knows? Getting everything connected, have fun with that. That takes time. That takes knowledge, and most people don't want to spend even just a few hours in a terminal figuring out by themselves. I know this because I was that same person. I didn't even know what a bash command was when I first started this time last year. So, what these builders did is they took the pain point out of it, they took the friction out of it, and they built a product around. Real quick, before we keep going, if you're watching this and you want to actually build with some of these tools, not just watch videos about them, then you're going to want to check out our community

04down below, Shipping School. We have a full Cloud Code course, a full Open Claw course, and four live boot camps every single week, where we actually help you get set up from scratch. Like actually set this thing up, not just watch a tutorial and figure it out by yourself. And we also provide one-on-one coaching, so you could book a call with me, we could share screens, and I can help you get Cloud Code or Open Claw running on your machine. That's it, no fluff. I built this community because watching YouTube's only gets you so far. We launched it just 3 days ago, and we have over 55 members. You need people around you who are actually building, people who hold you accountable, and coaches who can help you when you get stuck. I'll put the link in the description down below. Get in now before the price

50goes up. Let me break down the three types of products that are actually working in making money. Number one is the setup service. This is the simplest one. You take Open Claw, you package it with a nice interface, maybe a one-click installer, some pre-configured templates, and then you charge people $9 to $29 a month. That's convenience. The person behind Simple Claw literally just made the installation process easier. That's $37,000 from removing friction. Which is pretty cool. The second one is the pre-built agent pack. So, you know how I have my Wu Tang pipeline with all these specialized agents. That took about 40 days to build. Imagine if a package setup like that, you know, I sold it. I'm not going

35to, but just imagine that. That's kind of what I'm trying to explain here is I'm saving you 40 days worth of work. And to most people, you know, they're like, "Okay, I'll build it out. That's fine." But other people are going to be like, "I want this plug and play ready to go." So, a real content creator agent pack would be like the vision. A real estate agent pack would be something that you could think about. A fitness coach agent pack, another simple one. People are doing exactly this. They're taking the personal Open Claw setups, you know, you know, the Soul Markdown file, the cron job configurations, the prompts, the skill files, and then basically selling them as templates. So, no code required on top of the buyer's side. The third one, and this one is the one that kind of got me more excited about the future, is the vertical solution. This is where you can take

21Open Claw and build it into a full product for a specific industry. You know, if you imagine an Open Claw setup specifically for real estate agents. I was thinking that earlier, and I don't know if you've seen that article and that news story that came out where the guy literally used ChatGPT to sell his house. Think about the commissions that eat into your profits when selling a house or into your equity. You know, that's a lot of money. And this guy sold his house for $500 using AI. So imagine where that industry is headed, but imagine getting on top of it now and getting in that industry now and building basically a real estate agent that sells your house for you for pennies on the dollar. So that's where I kind of think about it, you know, an agent that can list on the MLS and generate listing and does the market research and manages the client

07follow-ups. Cuz when it all comes down to it, and I'm not bagging on real estate agents, but if you were to pick up your phone right now and dial seven to 10 Zillow numbers, nine out of the 10 of those people are not going to answer the phone. So think about a real estate agent that works non-stop to get your property sold. Hmm, there's an idea right there for you. So think of this applied to like e-commerce. You know, e-commerce sellers that monitor inventory and adjust pricing and handles like customer service. Think of it like that way. You you know, you're not selling Open Claw, you're selling basically a desired outcome. The thing that blew my mind about all of this is the post on Reddit had over 1,200 upvotes and almost 300 comments. You know what the number one comment was? Someone asking how to get started.

52The demand is right there. So let me talk about why I think this matters for you specifically. If you're watching this channel, you're probably interested in some kind of AI automation. Maybe you've already got Open Claw running. Awesome. But maybe you're thinking about starting a business. Either way, this is an opportunity that matters for most people and everyone's sleeping. So we've got 71 members inside of Shipping School right now and that's just within 6 days. Thank you to Open Claw and a bunch of them are building exactly these kinds of products. For example, Colin built a Chrome extension and got it approved on the Chrome Web Store. Faheem built landing pages for his food trailer and sold out events making $3,000 a night. Dustin is building an AI title research

37for estate deals. These are real people building real things and you're no different. I'm sure you want to build something, otherwise you wouldn't be watching this video right now. The pattern I keep seeing is this. The people who succeed are not building something completely new from scratch. They're taking something that already works, like OpenClaw, and then they're wrapping it in a solution for a specific person with a specific problem. When I first started this whole journey, I was a minimum wage restaurant worker for 15 years, basically doing what I could. I was in survival mode. And I had no coding background. And it wasn't up until 6 years ago when I got my feet wet into entrepreneurship. It took our house burning down and getting laid off by my job, but I had to take the leap of faith to start our own business. Now we run a

23successful seven-figure live reselling business, and just up until a year ago, I took the leap of faith on getting involved with AI. Look Looking to build products, looking to build a startup, and looking to get better skills. And fast forward a year later, we are now generating revenue in several different ways using AI. I had no coding background, no tech experience, but I learned that money isn't in the technology itself. The money is solving problems. The bigger the problem, the more the bigger the paycheck that you could potentially earn. There's so many problems that we can easily focus on and automate to help people save time and frustration. Technology is just like the tool that you use to solve these problems, and when you work with AI, you

08can solve these problems at a much faster rate. Not saying you need to go out and get a software development degree or a degree in computer science. You really just need to start and get your feet wet and do the work. Break a few things. Learn how to use these tools. And also, real quick, in the link down below, shippingschool.com, there is a use cases tab where it actually updates every single day on people who are actually building with OpenClaw. You can go through here. There's automations, content creation, developer, e-commerce, education, finance, real use cases. So, you can actually click on here and view the original source. It can be helpful for people to maybe get some ideas on what other people are building. And I thought it would be relevant to this video to show you that we have this updating

54every single day. You could bookmark it and you can see people actually building real businesses, making real money with OpenPhone. So, like I said, that's linked down below. Check it out, bookmark it, and you can see what people are building. So, if you're sitting watching this video thinking, "Well, I'm not a developer. I can't build an OpenPhone product." I'm going to stop you right there because that is a terrible mindset to have. It's okay to have it because I had that before as well. You got to reframe things, reposition things in your mind. The person who made $37,000, they didn't write some complex application. They made the setup easier for OpenPhone. That's it. You don't need to be a programmer. You need to understand what people are struggling with and then fix that problem. I'm going to give you the actual blueprint

39if you wanted to do this. I think step one is picking a niche you understand. Maybe you're already in that niche and you already know the pain points of that avatar, or maybe you're already struggling with some of these problems yourself. Try to automate and fix that problem to help save you some time. Don't try to build for everyone. Build for one type of person, and maybe that person is just yourself. Maybe you're having problems keeping track of your diet, track your calories. Maybe you're having problems managing your bills. Build an automation around it to help save you some time. Build for the one person in mind. The second thing is set up OpenPhone for yourself and document every single pain point you hit. Those pain points you are be experiencing, many others are as well. That's what makes the open source product so amazing when it comes to OpenPhone. They're getting features shipped out every other

25day. You've seen the update videos. The third thing is I would build the simplest possible solution. We're talking like a minimum viable product, something that you can get at least good clarity on as far as like the heat hero feature of your product. Like, what is the what is the selling point of your product that you're trying to build? You know, a script or like a template pack or some type of like setup guide with automation. The fourth thing, you know, put it out there. Reddit, Twitter, Product Hunt, whatever. Talk about it. Be vocal. I don't care if you're not used to social media, you're going to have to start because I truly believe founder-led content is going to be huge this year. People want to do business with people who they know, like, and trust. If they don't know who you are, it's going to be harder and harder to market. That's what's going to give you that competitive moat when it comes to building your business. So, my honest

11take on all of this is I think that we're in a window right now where this is basically wide open. The playing field has never been lower. The barrier to entry has never been lower. Open Claw is growing incredibly fast. The community is going crazy in the Discord. There's a mega thread on Reddit with over 800 upvotes showing 30-plus real automations that people are running. I also have that in Shipping School as well with real use cases of real people making money in the finance sector, real estate sector, e-commerce sector. Check that out if you're interested, go under the use cases tab. But, there aren't many products quite yet that are actually built around Open Claw. You know, the market is very hungry. You obviously the demand is super high, but the supply is just getting started. And I'm not going to lie, you know, it takes

56work and I think nowadays people are just trying to avoid as much of work as possible. And that's what I just made a Twitter post about is like, you still need to use your brain. And I think like AI is making us lazier. Yeah, you might seem like you're more productive, but you're still going to need to use the thing between your ears. You still need to want to have to learn and understand concepts and principles and how these things work and and so you can understand how you're building things. You don't need to like understand how to write every line of code, but you should understand the main concept of what the code does and the point of a database and authentication and how payments work, you know, front end, back end. There are a few things you do need to actually learn if you want to build. You know, $37,000 from a simple product and

42it doesn't even sound like much. It's just more of like that proof of concept. Solving a simple problem just like that just brought in immense value into the economy. That's, you know, can be life-changing money for most people. You know, at least it gets you you hungry for more. And it all started with someone just making basically an open claw wrapper and just making open claw a bit easier. So, if you want to learn how to build stuff like this and you want to learn how to actually ship products and make money with AI, that's why we decided to launch the community with over 71 members in 6 days. We got multiple people building different things all around the world, all interested in the how to use Claude code and open claw to get better as people. I do have an open claw course in there as well as a Claude code course in there. We also do four live calls a week to

28help you take the next step along this journey. So, if you're interested, check it out. I'll link it below as well as if you haven't subscribed already, please do because we're releasing four to six videos every single day and I want you to hit the notification icon so you get notified the next time we drop a video. Hope you guys have a blessed rest of the day. We'll see you in 1 hour. Bye-bye.
