00Six AI agents are running my entire business while I sleep, and I'm going to talk about the real numbers after 30 days. So, these six AI agents are running my entire content pipeline, and it's all happening right behind me on a Mac mini 24/7. This isn't just some future vision or theoretical setup. This is what is actually running now, today, as I'm recording this video. So, let me break it all down on what's actually happening behind the scenes with my setup because the members are real and the agents are working as we speak. So, let me talk about Shipping School hitting 31 members. I launched this thing at $9 a month as a test to kind of get the community going, to meet other like-minded people. And within 3 days, we have already filled the first few pricing tiers. We have 10 members at

45nine bucks each, and then we bumped it up to $19 for the next 10 spots, and then we filled up those just as fast, and now we're at 30 members total, 31 to be exact. And the next person who joins pays 29 a month, and we do a lot of boot camps. I have two courses in there, one for people who want to master Claude code, one for people who want to automate Open Claude. And here's the thing that makes this special is like I'm not running any ads, I'm not doing any cold calling or cold outreach, I'm not buying traffic. The funnel is all completely organic. People watch the YouTube videos about Open Claude, they get excited about building their own AI agents, they join Shipping School because they want to be with around other builders doing the same exact thing, and they want to learn how to do it themselves. So, yesterday we just had our first community boot camp going over

32Open Claude use cases and more of an introduction. We had eight members show up, and these aren't just random people throwing money at the community. These are actually real entrepreneurs with real problems, and they want to solve those problems. So, let me break down a few of kind of the things that we talk about in the call because the stories show why exactly this is working and how it's going to help. So, there is a community member named Rusty. He is a retired electrical engineer who's building a greenhouse thermostat system, but he wants to learn how to automate with OpenClaw so he can add AI features to his hardware and start selling apps along his physical products. Then there's Dustin who works in real estate and deals with incredibly messy title research. These are projects that happened in the state of Maryland and he

18wants to build an AI system that can dig through all the paperwork such as liens, title holds, you know, in the wholesaling space and extract that key information more automatically. And then we've got John who's been a teacher for over 30 years and runs a tobacco succession coaching business. He just bought a Mac mini specifically to run local AI agents and is already working with some prompts he's got from Felix. And George who's in the medical device sales and wants to build two things. A grant site scraper to fund opportunities and a Twitter lead generation system to find prospects in the medical field. These are real people with real businesses who see the potential of AI automation to help buy back their time and these are the things they want to build on their own. They're not just consuming content, they're actively

03building and that's what it's exactly designed to do in Shipping School to help pull the ideas out from the unseen and make them visible. Everyone has ideas, but 99% of ideas die with you in the graveyard. I know that's a hard picture to paint, but honestly, there's so many ideas out there that we never see and being around a community inside of a community that hold you accountable helps you take that next step along the thing you're trying to build. So I want to talk about the Wu Tang Agent Crew that we have going on that's running the entire business is we have six agents working around the clock and each one of them has a specific job. The RZA runs the daily content pipeline every morning at 6:00 a.m., scrapes all the trends, analyzes what's happening in the AI

48space, and then checks my personal context and writes scripts, content, copy, plus a blog, plus a newsletter, and that's all happening automatically while I'm still asleep. Inspected Deck handles the Twitter posting and Twitter outreach, generates up to five posts every single day, each one tailored to drive engagement with hooks, and a funnel people towards the YouTube channel or Shipping School. The posts aren't generic AI news and AI slop, they're connected to what I'm actually doing in a humanized voice based on over 600 videos that I've trained with other channels that I have in talking about what the audience actually cares about, which is AI news, AI stuff that we're building, AI items that we've shipped, SaaS products that we've built using Claude code, Open Claw. So, Inspected

33Deck finds the people I should interview, also with the podcast outreach, he researches their background, adds them to my outreach pop pipeline. Meth and Man clips the videos in the clip factory talking about the best parts from these long-form videos and turns them into shorts I get distributed across all the platforms. The Jizza runs the security audits every other day making sure everything is running clean and safe. And all of this is managed through Mission Control dashboard, which is just a Next.js dashboard I built that runs on localhost. From one interface, I can see everything and see what each agent is doing, if they're writing a script or if a cron job gets stuck, I'm able to actually see that in my mission control. I can see how the pipeline for the content and see if it's actually working. I can see if thumbnails get

20stuck and I'm just going to say and if you think Open Claw is like a solution you could just download and it works right away, it's like you're in for a long journey, my friend. I have been working on this project for over 30 days now and things still break to this day. So, get ready for troubleshooting and problem-solving, but the benefit is that if you put in the time and build a system that you can automate a few tasks out with, you are going to start to see some of your time get bought back with all the work that you invest into building out these automations. So, the agent statuses I could see I could see what everyone's doing. I can check the revenue numbers. A lot of these are connected with back-end API points, especially for YouTube tracking all the conversions, click-through rates, uh subscriber to view ratio. I

07really like the podcast outreach system because I don't have time to do research hundreds of people that are building in public to get them on our podcast. So, a lot of that gets me about 90% of the way there. Everything I need to run this business is right here on one screen behind. So, the cron jobs that kick off are they all happen like clockwork. It's 6:00 a.m. every morning and the content pipeline fires up. The AI generates the scripts and the copy and Specter Deck writes most of the social media posts and the newsletter gets drafted for Shipping School. 7:00 a.m. Ghostface runs the podcast scout and runs ads and new targets to the Kanban board behind me. And at 7:00 p.m. we get an evening briefing that compares what actually shipped versus what was planned, gives me an honest assessment of the day, and

52then sets the priorities for tomorrow. So, this isn't just like some ordinary automation for the sake of automating things. It's a real business system that's generating real revenue and serving real audience. It's providing value to people that want to share their story and actually want to build a business around AI or at least learn how to use AI to become a better person. The agents handle the repetitive work so I can focus on high-value and high-leverage opportunities, building relationships with other members and other founders, creating better content for you, improving the products as we see fit. So, the funnel is working exactly like it's designed, following the ACP framework, audience community product. If you don't know what that means, look it up. That is the key in

37today's age of AI slot. We want to be able to provide value to members to actually grow them as people. So, they watch a few videos, they get excited about the possibilities, they see what I'm actually building, this stuff from real plain as day. We have up to five classes per week starting in the next few weeks going over build sessions and actually walking step-by-step with members on troubleshooting and building the things they want to build. So, we're not just talking about it, we're doing it. And when they join Shipping School, that's because they want to build alongside us as well. So, the members prove what is working. I went from zero to 31 paying members in less than 3 days, and the pricing tiers are filling up naturally as word spreads. The

23retention is solid because people are getting actual real value from the courses that are already in there. If you can't make the Zoom calls, everything is also pre-recorded. So, these people are wanting to build actual products, and they feel fulfilled when they do so. And you need help doing it. Here's what makes this different from every other AI course or community, and I'm not just selling some future possibility is like I'm showing you exactly what I'm running right now. I have three SaaS products that I'm currently marketing, getting customers, and solving problems. And the revenue is real. These members aren't building real products, and I could teach you how to build your own version because I'm living it every single day. I've been through the ups and downs, and being able to take what would normally have

09you learn in months doing it by yourself, why not speed that up if you could just invest in, you know, what you're learning and what you're trying to build and get some of that time back, you know? And that's where these communities can be helpful, but not all of them are equal. So, I want to talk a little bit more about the Mac mini setup that's sitting right behind me on the desk, and it's proof that you don't need like massive cloud infrastructure or millions in funding to build a profitable AI business with whatever you're trying to build, you just need that dusty old laptop in the corner of your room or in your closet and get started right away with your first automation, whether it's with open claw or building something out with Claude code. You just need the right tools, plain as day. And you need the right

54system and you need the willingness to actually ship something instead of just talking about it. There's so much talk in the space of people doing this, doing that, um but it's mostly just talk. It's like, where's the proof? So when I started this journey, I was paying hundreds of dollars a month for separate AI tools, chat GPT plus, I had Claude code pro, I had various API endpoints that I was paying for, hosting costs. Now I'm just running everything locally through open claw on hardware that cost them less 500 bucks. So basically I get an employee that works 24/7 for a one-time payment of $500. I do pay for the $200 a month max plan for Claude, so let's just call it $700 and you basically have an employee that works 24/7. It's generating revenue and it's

39not burning cash. The Wu-Tang agent crew runs 24/7 without me to manage, without me like having to manage them. And the cool part is like they don't call in sick, they don't need vacation time, they don't ask for raises, they just work, baby. And that's what it's supposed to be like when stepping into the AI space that makes this so appealing. Um because everything runs locally, I'm not dealing with API rate limits or usage caps or unexpected bill spikes. The real magic isn't just in the technology, it's in the system. And it's way the agents work together, like how the content pipeline feeds into the community, how the community feeds back into better products, a complete business flywheel powered by AI. This is what's possible when you stop thinking about AI as a toy and start thinking

26about it as an actual business infrastructure. These agents aren't just cool demos, they're actually doing real work as if an employee were doing it. They never sleep, they never complain, and they scale infinitely. So, the members joining Shipping School aren't just buying access to courses, they're buying access to this entire system and community. The starter kit that is offered and the live coaching calls three times a week, and the hands-on help to build your own agent teams, all of this is going to help you take that next step in what you're trying to do. We're not just talking about this stuff, we're building it together. The best part I would say is we're just getting started. We're just 3 days in, and 31 members is nothing compared to where this is heading. The organic growth is

11accelerating because the content quality is improving, and as the agents get smarter, the community is getting smarter as well, because real builders are attracting other real builders. This is proof that the future of business isn't just AI-assisted projects, it's AI-native, built from the ground up with agents as the core team members, not just tools you use occasionally. So, if you want to be part of this journey and you're looking for like-minded people, and if you want to build your own AI-powered business instead of just watching other people do it, like I myself, I did the same thing. This time last year, I was just on the sidelines. Wow, that's amazing. The time is to get off the sidelines and start going. Start shipping. You're in the game right now. Join us in Shipping School. I'll drop the link in the description. Like I

56said, three calls a a week per for now and five per week coming up in the next few weeks as we have other experienced teachers building and shipping features that are going to help hold your hand through the process. So, get your ideas shipped, you get that Next.js starter kit for web apps to help you get your project off the ground within a day, you get to learn Open Claw and Claude and all the tools that I'm using on a daily basis. But, the most important thing is that you get my hands-on help turning your idea into real product that serves real customers. Don't just consume content about AI, build something with it already. The tools are ready, the market is ready, and I'm here to help you make it happen. And this is why I'm producing so many videos on the channel

41is that not only just AI news that are that's happening, I'm also documenting my journey. I'm showing you the real of the real. That's why it's called Build in Public. I'm going to be sharing all of these automations, all of the journey, all of the revenue of what I'm doing as well as AI breaking news as well. So, if you guys haven't subscribed already to the channel, please do so because we got another video coming out in about 15 minutes. We'll see you in the next one. Bye-bye.
