00In this video, I'm going to be talking about an open claw use case where this lady managed to create nine AI agents that manages her whole personal life and her entire business. And when I say entire life, I mean everything. Her email, her calendar, her sales pipeline, her kids school reminders, and her content creation. Basically everything. Before she even picks up her phone in the morning, her agents have already read her email, checked her calendar, and queued up the entire day. And this isn't some kind of tech influencer showing this off. This is Claire Vo. She is the founder of Chat PRD, co-host of the How I AI podcast with Lenny, and she published the most detailed open claw guide I've seen since this ecosystem has
46been established. In Lenny's newsletter, which is one of the biggest tech newsletters in the world, so when someone at this level goes all in on open claw and documents every single step, you pay attention. Because this isn't theoretical. This is real. She's been running these agents for months now, and it's changed how she operates in ways she didn't expect. So, I'm going to start with Polly. That's the name of her primary open claw agent. Every morning at 6:00 a.m. before Claire has looked at her phone, Polly, her AI agent, has already done a full sweep. It's read her email inbox, checked her calendar for the day, identified what meetings she has, what deadlines are coming up, what needs her attention in general. And by the time Claire sits down with the coffee that she has in the
31morning, Polly has already queued up everything ready to go. Basically a clean daily brief. Prioritize, organize, and ready for her to go. So, if you think of how most of us start our mornings, you grab your phone, you open your email, you see 47 unread messages, you start scrolling, 20 minutes later, you haven't even started your day, and you already feel like you're left behind. Claire doesn't have that problem. Polly already sorted through the noise, flagged the important stuff, and everything else can wait. But it goes way beyond just email and calendar. That's the very basics of email and starting an AI agent to be able to manage that stuff. I think we all want that type of system in the future. Real quick, before we keep going, if you're watching this and you want to actually build with some of these tools, not just
16watch videos about them, then you're going to want to check out our community down below, Shipping School. We [music] have a full Claude code course, a full open claw course, and four live bootcamps every single week, where we actually help you get set up from scratch. Like actually set this thing up, not just watch a tutorial and figure it out by yourself. And we also provide one-on-one coaching, so you could book a call with me, we could share screens, and I can help you get Claude code or open claw running on your machine. That's it, no fluff. I built this community because watching YouTube's only gets you so far. We launched it just 3 days ago, and we have over 55 members. You need people around you who are actually building, people who hold you accountable, and coaches who can help you when you get stuck. I'll put
01the link in the description down below. Get in now before the price goes up. But she has another agent that handles the family reminders. So, if you have kids, we have four kids, this is something that you'd probably want to look to implement in the future. So, for her system, this one really resonated with me because we homeschool our kids, and it's very chaotic at times. You know, but if you have kids just in general when you don't homeschool them, it's still chaotic. So, let's just take this for example. You know, things like spirit day at her school for her kids, or permission slips, or picture day, doctor appointments even, snack duty. It's basically a never-ending stream of things you have to remember for your kids and your kids schooling. Claire handles all of that through her AI agents. It reminded her husband about spirit day. It tracks all the school
46events. It makes sure nothing falls through the cracks, and it does this without her having to manually enter anything. The agent reads the school emails. It extracts those dates and events, and then manages the reminders through her calendar. Then there's the sales agent, which gets more into the business aspect of all this. This is the one for her business, Chat PRD. When a prospect contacts them, the sales agent already is working within minutes. It drafts a personalized email, not a template, a real personalized response based on who the prospect is and what they asked about. And it can get that email into the prospect's inbox within 3 minutes of the first contact. 3 minutes. So, if you think about how many sales you've lost because you took a day to respond, and I'm talking about real
32estate agents specifically, or a week even for that case, speed to lead is everything. And Claire has an AI agent that responds faster than any human could. Now, here's what I think is really important about Claire's story. She was honest about the journey. She didn't just show up with nine perfectly running agents on day one. She said she was interested, but also a little scared at first. The idea of giving AI access to her computer, her email, her calendar, that's pretty terrifying if you think about it. And she's experienced real problems. Her agent completely messed up her personal calendar once. She posted about it publicly. That takes guts, because most of us only show you the wins. I mean, my whole system crashed yesterday doing the 4.5 update. It happened. But here's the thing that she said about getting
17through that. The more she played around with open claw, the more convinced she became that it's one of the most powerful AI tools for personal use, and a sign of where all these tools are going. She didn't give up after the calendar accident. She learned from it. She set better guardrails and kept building. And that's the lesson right there. You're going to make mistakes with AI agents. I've made plenty of them. My agents have done some wild stuff in the past. But every mistake teaches you something. Every mistake makes the system better. So, if you quit after the first problem, you'll never get to the point where nine agents are running your whole life. This is a non-stop thing. So, let me talk about her setup specifically, because the way she architected it is a really smart plan here. She runs everything on a dedicated machine, not her personal laptop. Not her work computer. A separate box that's isolated. And this
02is the key advice from Claire. Do not install open claw on a machine that you actively use for other things. The agent has access to the files on your machine. If something goes wrong, you don't want it anywhere near your personalized data or your work files. Get a Mac mini, get a second-hand laptop on eBay, or get a cloud VPS even. Something dedicated and isolated. She uses Telegram as her primary interface. All nine agents live in the Telegram chats. She can message any of them from her phone, give instructions, check on status, get updates. It's just like texting someone on your team. Except this team never sleeps, never takes a day off, and costs basically nothing to run. Her agents use cron jobs and heartbeats to run on schedule. The heartbeat checks in every 30 minutes. The cron jobs handle the specific scheduled tasks. Daily email
47sweep happens at 9:00 a.m. Weekly report every Monday. Sales follow-up checks every hour during business hours. And here's what the cool part is. The agents can install their own new skills. Claire teaches an agent something once, and it handles the rest. If it needs a new capability, it can find and install the skill for it. Now, I'm going to talk about something Claire emphasized that I think is really underappreciated here, the personality configuration. She said the soul markdown and the identity markdown files, these are the personality files in open claw, dramatically change how your agents behave. It's not just cosmetic. An agent with clear principles and a defined role makes it genuinely different and different decisions than from a generic chatbot. So, when she told her sales agent to be warm, personalized, and
33respond quickly, it internalized that. The emails it drafts sounded like a real person who cares, not just a robot. This is why I have a voice profiler in my content machine that I've built, because I want it to sound like me. I want it to look like me. I want it to, when I write an email, I want it to look like I wrote it. So, that's why I took hundreds of videos of a previous YouTube channel and had it transcribe all of the material to be able to create a voice profile for my AI agent that writes the copy for these videos, for example. And that just connects to something that I have in common with her's type of style and setup. That's super important, otherwise you're going to get generic outputs from AI. If you're struggling to keep up with content, well, I'm about to save you about 40 days worth of work. I [music] built something called Content Machine. It's 10 AI agents that run on the open
20claw orchestration, and they handle everything. Scripts, thumbnails, X posts, blogs, outreach, clips, newsletters, all of it. So, I went from 1,000 subscribers to 4,000 subscribers on YouTube in 7 days using this exact system. Every single morning I wake up, and the content's already done. I spend maybe 15, 20 minutes reviewing and approving them, and I move on with my day. It works for any niche, fitness, finance, real estate, marketing, whatever you are building, and it is 100% completely customizable to your use case. So, you get the mission control dashboard, all of the cron jobs, everything I've built over the last 40 days helping me gain more and more
05people to subscribe [music] and join the community. So, you plug in your own thing, and it molds it to you, it learns how you talk, and it writes [music] so it doesn't sound like AI slop. $97 one time. It's not a subscription. I'll put the link down below, and you'll thank me later. For example, let's talk a little bit about the Nvidia CEO, Jensen Huang. He said in what he said about open claw, he called it probably the most single important release of software ever. Claire opens her guide with that quote. And whether you agree with that exact statement or not, the fact that the CEO of Nvidia is saying that about an open source AI agent framework should tell you something about where this industry is headed. Claire has also documented some key concepts that I think every open claw user needs to understand. The local gateway is your inbox. It receives instructions from any channel, Telegram,
51WhatsApp, Slack, the terminal, it doesn't matter. Behind the gateway are your agents. Each one has its own identity, tools, and workspace. They work on scheduled cron jobs and heartbeats. That's what they work on. And then they can use self-installed skills and APIs and run on your machine that you own and operate. One thing that struck me about Claire's guide is how practical it is. She doesn't just tell you it's amazing. She shows you how exactly how to set it up step-by-step from installation to configuration to building your first AI agent to scaling up to nine. And she is not a developer by training. She's a product person, an entrepreneur, which means if she can do this, you totally can, too. So, let me get to the real numbers on what this saves. Claire was chatting with it 24/7
36with her nine agents, managing her two businesses, running a podcast, raising kids. Before Open Claw, all of that operational overhead fell on her. After Open Claw, the agents handle the repeatable stuff, the email triage, the calendar management, the follow-ups, the reminders, the drafts. Conservative estimate, she's probably getting about 15 to 20 hours back per week. That's basically a part-time employee. Except it costs a fraction of minimum wage and it works 24/7. Here's the thing that I think that matters most for most people watching this video. Claire's story proves that Open Claw isn't just for developers. It's not just for tech people. It's for entrepreneurs, business owners, parents, anyone who has repeatable tasks that eat up their time. The barrier to entry is getting lower every day and the returns are getting
21higher. I kept saying this, but it's worth repeating. We're in a window right now where this technology is available and most people aren't using it. That window won't be open forever. The people who figure out AI agents now, who build the muscle memory right now, who learn through the trial and error now, they're going to have the massive advantage in the next two years, five years, 10 years, even. Now, the other thing Claire's story illustrates is the snowball effect. She started with one agent, Polly, doing the email and calendar. Once that was working, she trusted it and it added a second agent, then a third. Each new agent is easier than the last because you already understand the system. You already know how to write good identity files. You already know how to set up the cron jobs. Now she's at nine and counting. And that's the path I recommend for
06everyone. Don't try to build nine AI agents well in one day. Start with one. Get it working, trust it, then expand. Every agent you add adds multiple complexities that could end up breaking things. Claire went from one to nine in about two months and now she's running a whole operation. The coverage in Lenny's newsletter is also huge for the Open Claw community. Lenny has one of the biggest audiences in tech. Hundreds of thousands of product managers and founders and tech leaders and read his newsletter. And now they're all knowing about Open Claw, that's going to bring a wave of new users, new builders, new use cases we haven't even thought of yet. If you want to be ahead of that wave and if you want to be a person who already knows this stuff when everyone else is just discovering it, come join us inside of Shipping School. We just hit our 206th member and I just launched the
51community 22 days ago. We have people that are building with Open Claw now. We have people who have just discovered Open Claw, want to get it installed. We do now nine live calls a week covering from the very basics of Open Claw and how to get it installed to more of a technical deep dive on people who are already using Open Claw and how they're managing their workflows. So, if that sounds like good you want to be part of something like that and you want to be held accountable and take the next step in your AI journey, I'll put the link to it down below. And if you haven't subscribed already, please do because we release four to six videos a day and hit the notification bell. We cover all things Open Claw, AI news, and anything Cloud Code related. We'll see in the next one. Have a blessed day. Bye-bye.
