00Anthropic just broke the developer hiring market and no one's talking about it. And Claude Code Review just launched just the other day and it's not just another AI tool. Claude is shipping out features. Anthropic team is going crazy. This is like a multi-agent system that dispatches a literal team of AI agents to hunt for bugs in your code while you sleep. So this has a lot to do with the open claw big buzz that has come out and you could tell that Anthropic is keeping up with the hype, shipping features to kind of emulate somewhat of the agentic capabilities of what open claw has going on. So, let me break this all down for you. This is massive news that came out and honestly, I'm blown away with they got shipping. So, when you open a pull

47request, instead of waiting for Bob from your senior dev team to review the code sometime next week, Claude Code Review immediately deploys multiple AI agents. Each agent has like a specific job. One agent scans for the security vulnerabilities, another will hunt for performance issues and then maybe a third agent looks for logic errors. A fourth will check the code style and best practices. The cool part is that the they all work simultaneously. They're not one after another. They're all working together. Similar to like sub agents. All at the same time scanning your code in parallel. So, the craziest part after all this and the news dropped is that these agents finished their scans and then they communicate with each other to rank the

34bugs they found by severity. So, almost like a orchestrator that reports the sub agents report to the main agent to kind of create this feedback loop. Critical security flaws get flagged first. Performance issues that could crash your app under load get priority too. Style issues get pushed to the bottom. Finally, they leave you one clean summary comment on your pull requests, plus inline notes exactly where each issue lives in your code. So, the whole process takes about 30 seconds. 30 seconds to get what used to take a senior developer hours to do properly. So, this is why it matters for us builders. Code output per engineer is up 200% in the last year because of AI coding tools. I'm seeing this in my own

20work with Claude and the agents I run through Open Claw. Developers are shipping code faster than ever before. But, code reviews became the bottleneck. When you generate a feature in 20 minutes with Claude, then it sits in your pull requests queue for days waiting for a human to review, that just literally became irrelevant. I want to talk about the multi-agent architecture that actually works because this is where it gets really interesting. You're seeing this pop up all over the place. Entropic didn't just train one big model to do code reviews. They built specialized agents for this. Think of it like having a team of expert developers, each with their own specialty, all working on your code at once. The security agent was trained specifically on common vulnerabilities, SQL injection, XSS attacks, authentication

07falls, and it knows exactly what to look for because that's all it does. The performance agent understands memory leaks, database query optimization, algorithm efficiency. It's not trying to catch typos. It's laser-focused on making your app run fast. The logic agent catches the subtle bugs that break functionality, off-by-one errors, and race conditions, edge cases you probably didn't think about. Each agent runs independently. They're not just waiting for each other. They're sharing these resources. They're just tearing through your code from different angles with these specialized skills. Here's where the paradigm shifts. After they finish, there's a coordinator agent that takes all of their findings and makes the decisions. Should we flag this

52performance issue as a critical one or just a suggestion? Does the security vulnerability actually matter given the context of your app? Are there conflicting recommendations we need to resolve? This is insane. The coordinator agent is what creates the final summary comment. So, it's not just dumping a list of every tiny issue each agent found. It's giving you prioritized actionable feedback. The inline comments are contextual. Instead of saying this function is slow, it tells you exactly why it's slow and suggests a specific optimization for that particular piece of code. So, I haven't tried Claude code review yet because I'm not a in Claude enterprise level, but this architecture is exactly what I've been building with my agent team on Open Claw right behind me here. I have Atlas as my chief of

37staff. We got the Rizza scraping trends, writing scripts, Inspect a Deck handles all the social media stuff, and each agent has a specific job. And they coordinate through that on my mission control dashboard. The difference is Anthropic built this specifically for code review, and they have the infrastructure to run these agents very quickly. So, what takes my local setup a few minutes, they're doing in 30 seconds. Now, here's why this panicked the developer hiring market. Job postings for mid-level developers dropped 15% in just 3 days. That's crazy. We're seeing so many changes in the AI space every day, which is why you need to subscribe to the channel because I got videos dropping every single hour keeping you up-to-date on AI news. And

22Anthropic is changing the game. They're really shipping features much quicker than they used to. Like I said, trying to keep up with Open Claw and all the other repositories coming out that have more of this agentic feel to them. So, this isn't because companies don't need developers anymore. It's just they realized they don't need as many of them. So, one senior developer can now review code from five junior developers using Claude code review. Why hire two more senior devs for code review? You just 5x your code review capacity with the software. The traditional software development team structure is breaking down right before our eyes. You used to need one senior dev for every three junior devs just to keep up with code reviews. Now that ratio is more like one senior dev for every eight to 10 junior

07devs. Companies are realizing that they can hire more junior devs who focus on shipping features and use AI for the grunt work of catching bugs and ensuring the code is up to par. This is exactly what happened with the design when Figma automated design systems took over. Companies started hiring more product designers and fewer pixel pushing designers. The leverage shifted, but here's what's really interesting about all this is this doesn't just affect big tech companies. If you're a solo dev building a SaaS or you're working on your startup, this will change your entire workflow. So I'm building three SaaS products right now. We got Easy Flip which allows users to snap a photo with their phone and get instant listings generated for their eBay business. We got Magic Hand which is tailored towards real estate agents,

53again saving them time, being able to drop photos that might need some editing, and have them click a button and the photos come out beautiful. And also they could take their photos and they can have the option of turning them into video. And then we have SnapTastic which is a photo restoration platform where people can restore old photos. So my biggest time sync isn't just like writing the code or doing any of the code review, it's debugging and making sure the code is solid before I ship updates, before we get major users. One bad deploy can break everything for the customers, which is why it's important to have like a staging environment. Now all three of my products are complete and finished unless I want to ship a new major update or, you know, something that I want to swap out that's a more

38efficient model that's cheaper. Um but everything is up and working. Now it's just about marketing, right? So, how I would use like Claude code review, I could theoretically like ship features twice as fast because I'm spending way less time on the manual code review and doing the testing. The AI agents catch the stupid mistakes before they even hit production. So, for the Shipping School community, this is a huge one. Most of our members are non-technical entrepreneurs learning to build their very first apps. Code review was this intimidating barrier. Like how do you know if your code is good, especially if you have no coding experience? So, how do you catch the bugs before the users do? So, now you actually have a team of AI experts reviewing your code every time you make changes. It's literally

23like having a senior developer in your back pocket reviewing all your code. So, to like zoom out and look at this from a bigger picture is Claude code ecosystem because Anthropic is clearly building something bigger here is changing every single day. They already have Claude code for general coding assistance. And if you haven't tried Claude code, you need to. It's my preferred IDE. I use it within cursor and we rock with Opus 46 all day long. So, that's what I use for writing features and debugging. It's very conversational, too. More personable. You can ask it to explain code, like optimize your features, and help you architect any new features you're thinking of. So, they have Claude code review for automated code quality. That's what we're talking about, but

08multi-agent bug hunting is another big one, too. And they just announced integration with Apple Xcode 263, which is insane. So, if you're building iOS apps, Claude agents are now native in your development environment. You don't need a copy-paste code. It's just there scanning and helping you as you type. So, I'm hearing rumors about Claude code deploy coming later this year. Automated deployment pipelines where AI agents handle the testing, staging, production deployments based on code review results is starting to feel like what do we exactly do here? It's crazy, guys. So, they're building an end-to-end AI development workflow from like writing your code to reviewing it into deploying it. Human developers become the architects and product managers. AI

55handles the execution. So, when you are looking from the outside in and maybe you haven't gotten started with, you know, vibe coding or getting into launching your product, don't feel like you need to learn how to code to get going. Because at this point, even people who are senior devs are stepping back and now more of a a reviewer and a manager of what these LLMs are doing. So, the same thing that I'm doing like with my YouTube channel content pipeline, I architect basically the strategy and approve the final output. Atlas scrapes the trends, which is the orchestrator agent that coordinates everything and keeps all of the agents in check, making sure they're getting their work done. That's all ran on Opus 4 6. So, we got the Rizzo, which is another agent that writes all of the cop and Inspector Deck creates most of the social media posts. So, I'm not doing

40the grunt work anymore. So, like if you're thinking of this sounds scary for future developers, I get it, but my take is that this doesn't replace developers, it amplifies them. The developers who adapt and learn to work with AI agents will be unstoppable. It's like you just got a superpower upgrade. They'll ship products 10 times as fast as other developers who resist this change. So, with developers who ignore AI and keep doing everything manually will literally get left behind. Not because they're bad developers, it's just because they're not leveraging these tools that are available to them. It's like being a graphic designer who refuses to use Photoshop and insists on doing everything by hand. This is just insane and it's not just happening in the software development space. It's happening everywhere. You might be

25talented, but you can't compete on speed and scale. So, for solo builders like you and me and other entrepreneurs, this levels the playing field. You don't need to hire a team of senior developers to build quality software anymore. You can learn the basics, let AI handle the advanced stuff, and focus on product market fit, and maybe your distribution strategy. And that's exactly what we teach in Shipping School, how to use these tools like Claude Code, Open Claw, and Claude Code Review to build and ship your products fast. You learn just enough development to be dangerous. Then you let AI handle the heavy lifting. So, the goal isn't to become an expert programmer, not at all. The goal is to ship products fast, go from zero to one as fast as possible, that solve real-world problems and actually

11generate revenue. AI tools like Claude Code Review will help you do that without getting bogged down in the technical details. And I'm seeing this shift happen in real-time. Members in Shipping School are shipping their first apps in weeks, not months, not years. They're not writing perfect code, they're writing the code that works, and letting AI handle the rest, and iterating based on user feedback. That's the cool part is if you're using Claude Code, you're probably using either Sonnet 4 6 or Opus, that's going to be a much more producer of code and quality code than you will ever be, especially if you're just starting out. Speed beats perfection every time when it comes to this industry. You want to be a doer, not just a thinker. You want to be able

56to start messy and start before you're ready. That way you get that experience and get that shipping muscle built up. So, Claude Code Review is available for Claude team and enterprise users right now. So, if you are on the free plan or Claude Pro, you can't access this yet, but knowing Anthropic's pattern, this will probably roll out to individual developers with just a few weeks or months. The enterprise pricing makes sense because that is targeted at development teams right now. So, if you've got a couple million dollars, go ahead. Companies that have multiple developers, complex codebases, and formal code review processes. But I expect we'll see more of like a simplified version for solo developers like you and me. Maybe not the full like multi-agent system, but at least some kind of basic automated bug hunting and

42code quality checks. So, if you want to experiment to with similar functionality right now, you can actually build something like using Claude's API or OAuth token and get your open Claude set up. Something similar. Might not be as fast, but it will automate a lot of redundant tasks. So, that's essentially what Aether might did is they're mimicking the open Claude hype. They just did it at scale with specialized models. So, you could have one agent scan for obvious bugs, another check for security issues, and then maybe a third provide some optimization suggestions. Then have like a coordinator coordinator agent like I do, Atlas, that summarizes the result results, and it won't be as fast or like comprehensive detailed as Claude code review, but it is a similar

28concept. Like the bigger picture here is that we're moving toward automated software quality assurance. Not just for code review, but for testing, deployment, monitoring, everything. Human developers will focus on product strategy, user experience, and business logic. AI will handle all of the technical implementation and quality control. This isn't 5 years away. It's happening now. Claude code review is just the beginning. If you're just building software or you want to learn how to build with AI, now is the time to jump in, get your hands dirty, and I am so thankful I did this time last year after years of spending time on the sidelines. The tools are getting better every single month. The barriers to entry are disappearing. Inside of our community, I help navigate

13this transition. We don't just teach you to learn how to use these tools. We actually help you ship your idea. We teach you to build products using AI as your co-pilot. You learn the Next.js starter kit that we provide that helps you to ship the web app within a day, and you work with Claude, or you you could work with GPT as your main AI agent to be able to help you get these products off the ground. So, you learn how to ship fast, you learn how to iterate based on real feedback from other community members. We do three live boot camps a week with going up to five a week to help you actually take the next step in your business. So, at the end of the day, the goal isn't to become the world's best programmer, or AI assistant, it's to build something people actually want, and what they will

59actually pay for. So, AI tools like Claude code review can help you do that faster with higher quality than ever before. The future of software development isn't human creativity plus AI. The future of software development is human creativity plus AI execution. Claude code review just made that future a lot closer to reality. So, if you want to start building, and start shipping your own AI apps, join us in Shipping School before the price goes up. We've got 30 members that have joined just in the last 2 days. We do three live calls a week. I'll walk you through the building process. You get the starter kit. You get the hands-on coaching, and a community of other builders that can help you along your journey. So, the link's in the description. I'll put it down below. And if you guys haven't subscribed already, please do, and we'll

44see in the next one. Be blessed.
