00Somebody gave an AI agent $10 and told it to go and build a business. No instructions after that. No check-ins, no directions, just build a business. 4 days later, the agent had made $3,500. Hmm, I know how that sounds. I would have rolled my eyes, too, but this is real use cases that people are building right now, today. But, I dug into this one and the mechanics are real. The sales are real and the way this agent named Felix pulled it off tells you something important about where AI agent tech is right now. So, I'm going to break down exactly what happened. Felix, you've probably heard of it. It's an Open Claw agent. The person who built it wanted to test a specific question. Not can an AI agent write content, not can AI answer emails. The question was, can

48an AI agent run an entire business from zero with no human involvement past the starting point? $10, a Stripe account, and Vercel, go. Felix started by picking a niche. Not randomly, it analyzed Reddit threads. It looked at what people were searching for, crossed that with what was selling in digital marketplaces, and landed on a specific pain point in the productivity space. I'm not going to give away the exact niche because that is not the whole point. The point is the agent did market research by itself using tools it had access through Open Claw. So, if you are building AI agents right now, you have the same technology at the tip of your fingertips. We got to get on this. We got to learn how to use AI agents not just for building out cool little things like reading emails and having a cool AI

33chatbot, but to actually make money. And that's where this Felix story kicks in and why I wanted to make a video about it to just show you and tell you that people are building real things with Open Claw and AI agentic workflows that are actually bringing in money. So, from there, Felix drafted the product and hit the ground running. A PDF guide was the first one. 30-something pages, specific, practical, directly aimed at the pain point that it identified. And the writing was not AI slop. In my system, when I do copy, and when I create landing pages, and when I create emails, when I write Twitter posts, I have a no AI slop guidelines that the agents are supposed to follow. As well, I has I have a voice profiling system where I

19have fed my agents hundreds of pieces of content from previous YouTube channels and emails and newsletters that I've written. So, it can not only produce quality writing, but it sounds like me. And that's the important thing here because people get into building out Open Claw agents and it's just going to produce very generic output if you don't humanize the voice of your AI agents to sound like you, and you put in strict rules of no AI slop because people can tell now when it sounds like AI or when they're reading an article and it looks like it was written by AI. So, you have to take the next step to curate your content and make it actually sound like you and feel like you wrote it. And that's what Felix did here. Real quick, before we keep going, if you're watching

04this and you want to actually build with some of these tools, not just watch videos about them, then you're going to want to check out our community down below, Shipping School. We have a full Claude code course, a full Open Claw course, and four live bootcamps every single week where we actually help you get set up from scratch. Like, actually set this thing up, not just watch a tutorial and figure it out by yourself. And we also provide one-on-one coaching so you could book a call with me, we could share screens, and I can help you get Claude code or Open Claw running on your machine. That's it, no fluff. I built this community because watching YouTube's only gets you so far. We launched it just 3 days ago and we have over 55 members. [music] You need people around you who are actually building,

49people who hold you accountable, and coaches who can help you when you get stuck. I'll put the link in the description down below. Get in now before the price goes up. It also pulled real examples and it structured information in a way that matched what buyers in that niche actually wanted and it formatted it cleanly in that PDF. That was the first thing this Felix AI agent built. And then after that, it built a landing page on Vercel. Just one page, but it had a clear headline and a very short description and a buy button, connected to Stripe and all of this through Open Claw skills that had access to deployment APIs and a Stripe SDK. Here is where it gets a little deeper. The product is live. Nobody knows it exists. Felix has to tell people about it. So, it started posting on Twitter, not blasting some link over and over. It

36actually found relevant conversations, it answered questions in the niche it built for, and it dropped useful tips. And it occasionally mentioned the product in context like a real person. This is Open Claw running a social presence through a connected Twitter skill. Sales started coming in on day one. Not huge, a few, but real money and real Stripe transactions by real customers. By day four, the total was over $3,500. Now, I'm going to be real with you for a second because I know what you might be thinking. This is not a blueprint for going and doing nothing while AI makes you rich. Felix worked because of the setup. The person who built Felix spent real time configuring the Open Claw environment, connecting the skills, and defining what tools Felix has access to, and setting the

22initial context. That is the work and you shouldn't skip that part. What Felix proves is something more specific and more useful than like a fantasy version, right? It proves that once the setup is done, an agent with the right tools and the right context can execute a full business cycle without you baby-sitting it. And that's the unlock here. That's why I'm making this video. We need to not We need to look at use cases and people that are actually making money with AI agents and try to apply it with what we're trying to build. Not saying go exactly copy word for word and do exactly what this person did. But, how can you take what Felix did and apply it to your own business? Think about how a normal launch goes, typically for a startup. You spend weeks building the thing, then you spend more weeks figuring out how to sell it, which is

08actually the hardest part. Building is the easy part. Finding customers is the hardest part. So, again, you go through that process. You're writing copy, you're setting up the page. Maybe you're posting on social media, not getting any likes or not getting any views. Maybe you're responding to questions. You're basically chasing distribution. Each one of those steps is where momentum dies. We get discouraged and we give up way too early. You know, you you just get tired. You get distracted and you move slow. Like I said, you get discouraged. Felix, which is an AI agent that works 24/7, did not slow down. It moved through every single one of those steps without any friction. There's no emotion involved. Not because AI is magic, but because the agent had clear tools, clear context, and no competing priorities. It just executed. The Open Claw setup that

53made this possible had a few key pieces I want to touch on. First, Felix had tool access that actually mattered. Not just language generation. It could actually do things. It could call APIs. It could actually deploy files, create Stripe payment links, post to Twitter, read the web. These are the tools that turn a chatbot into an actual business operator. The second thing is Felix had a goal it could decompose. Start with $10, generate some revenue, use digital products and social media. That is enough context for an agent like this to build a plan and execute it in sequence. The next one is the whole thing ran on a heartbeat loop. Open Claw's heartbeat system let Felix keep checking in on

40things, posting, monitoring sales, posting to Twitter without needing someone to prompt it every hour. It ran on its own schedule, which why is why I'm a big fan of cron jobs. My 17 agents in my pipeline right now are all on scheduled cron jobs. So, it's very relevant. I can resonate with this. But, the part that I keep thinking about is the marketing piece because that is usually where founders get stuck. Distribution is the hardest part. Felix is not overthinking this. It found where the people were and it showed up consistently, gave them useful stuff, and made the product visible without being too annoying about it. That is literally the playbook. If you're struggling to keep up with content, well, I'm about to save you about 40 days worth of work. [music] I built something called Content Machine. It's 10 AI agents that run on the Open Claw

25orchestration and they handle everything. Scripts, thumbnails, X [music] posts, blogs, outreach, clips, newsletters, all of it. So, I went from 1,000 subscribers to 4,000 subscribers on YouTube in 7 days using this exact system. Every single morning, I wake up [music] and the content's already done. I spend maybe 15, 20 minutes reviewing and approving them and I move on with my day. It works for any niche, fitness, finance, real estate, marketing, whatever you are building and it is 100% completely customizable to your [music] use case. So, you get the mission control dashboard, all of the cron jobs, everything I've built over the last 40 days helping me gain more and more people to subscribe and join the

11community. So, you plug in your own thing and it molds it to you. It learns how you talk and it writes so it doesn't sound like AI slop. $97 one time, it's not a subscription. I'll put the link down below and you'll thank me later. The difference is Felix ran it without ego, without imposter syndrome, without the voice in your head that says, "This tweet is dumb." Cuz we always get that. Now, here is how you can use this idea even if you're not trying to build a fully autonomous business, but I think most of the people that are watching this channel are. Take the Felix structure. Like, the goal. What is the goal? Take the tools. Use the heartbeat. Run it in a loop. Apply it to one specific problem in your current business. Maybe it is the like the launch sequence, right? Or maybe it's your content calendar. Maybe it's your customer onboarding. You give it an Open

56Claw agent and you give it tools it needs to execute that one thing and then you define the goal. You let heartbeat handle the timing. You stop being the bottleneck. I truly believe a lot of us when we get our hands on this technology and we get open claw installed, the first thing we do is we start over engineering. We start building out 30 agents that manage 30 different things and then we break stuff and then we give up. That's not the way we should be setting up or thinking about setting up AI agents. We need to be having a more simplistic approach and lean on the LLMs as much as you can. If you're using Opus, if you're using Sonnet, GPT-4, you want to lean on these LLMs. I'm always referring back to ask my agent, ask my agent, tell my agent to do it. You're just the operator. You're the vision

42caster. You are the manager. You don't need to learn how to write code, you don't need to learn how to read code. You just need to have a direction and a goal for your agent to go after and apply. That's it. And that should be the lesson in this is you know, the $3,500 result, you know, that Felix had after 4 days and the lesson in that is that the bottleneck in most businesses is like not the idea or the product, right? It's actually just the execution and open claw is the direct attack on that problem, right? Felix done did not replace like a founder and is not going to anytime soon, but Felix replaced the part of the job that was grinding the founder down, especially if you're solopreneur and that's the use case. That's why I think this matters. If you want to build your own agent setup that

27actually does things like this, jump in the Shipping School. We just got our 216th member and I just launched it 25 days ago, 24 days ago. I'll put the link down below. We really focus on community driven stuff like group calls, one-on-one coaching and helping you take the next step in your AI journey. So, we do nine calls a week, all different calls, different types of things. A lot of beginner focused open call calls as well. There is courses in there, but we really focused on one-on-one and human-to-human interaction. So, I'll put the link to that down below and let me know, what are you building? What AI agents are you building and making money with? I do have a use cases page on the shippingschool.com website. There's over 87 use cases on there. Go click on them. Go look at them. Look at what other

12people are building there with verified sources as well. So, you click it, go to the source, read the article. That should give you some confidence to build out your first AI agent and to get it running. You're not too late, but it's past the point of being too early. We're in that stage where people are building cool things every day and if you're on the sidelines, what are you waiting for? So, subscribe to the channel. We release two to four to six videos every single day and we cover AI news, open claw use cases. We'll see you in the next one. Have a blessed night.
