00Stop trying to overcomplicate building your app. I just built an app out in 22 minutes using Google AI studio and idea browser. This app basically detects AI photos for real estate agents and in this video we're taking you step-by-step through the entire process. Let's jump right into it. So if you're unfamiliar with idea browser, there is a lot to go on here. They have an agent builder, they have an MCP, you could pull in contacts into your own LLM, they have an idea database of over a thousand ideas. So when you initially see it, you can be overwhelmed. And I'm going to break it down so simple for you that you don't need to overcomplicate it. So if you sign up for free, you get an idea of the day. It comes to your inbox a little
45before 8:00 a.m. Pacific time. Before you get your first cup of coffee, you can explore the first idea of the day. And here's what they have. Safety and moderation layer for AI companion apps. Pretty cool. This is something we might not build, but nonetheless, you get a free idea, you get to see if it's validated, you get to see who's it for, what is the product market fit, what is the go-to-market strategy, and how it would all come together. Maybe it's not something that is your cup of tea. Well, there is plenty of ideas on here. There is a find ideas drop-down. You can go to idea database. You can also check for market insights, trends, and idea generator. You can also pull in your own idea by the idea agent and actually see if it's an idea worth building. Very
30important. But we're going to be very simple. Like I said, I'm not going to overcomplicate it, and we're just going to look through the idea database and build something that is actually going to be fun building. There's actually another way to sort through all of these ideas. I don't expect you to go through all 1,700 ideas, but there's a sort by drop-down, and you can see there's highly rated, most viewed, most saved. And you can just click on if you're not technical, you can click on easiest to build and they have it ranked by difficulty. So, just thought I'd point that out there because it does seem intimidating when you're jumping into the terminal or your first IDE and you really don't know where to start. Let's keep it simple, right? Easiest to build. Let's explore here and see what we got cooking. Okay, I love this idea because
17I've built an app directly correlating to this AI photo detector for real estate agents. I wrote an app called the magic hand.io. It is an AI photo editor for real estate agents. But, there is a lot of compliance issues when it comes to AI enhanced photos. We do not want to lie. We want the home to be representative of what it actually looks like, right? And sometimes AI can make edits that don't really tell the truth as to what the house actually looks like. So, this is huge. You see it happening in California and New York. So, before you list .com scans listing photos for AI fingerprints. And this happens before they go live. You just drag and drop the photos that you get
03back if you're a real estate agent and you can detect if they have been enhanced by AI. The tool flags anything that's been generated or enhanced. It tells you exactly what needs disclosure and auto generates the legally required statements for your state. I love it. Simple, easy to build. I think this is something that can be really I mean, look. Look at the growth year over year. 7.9 million percent growth year over year. 11.1 in volume as far as the keyword AI detectors. I mean, yeah, this is crazy. So, here's kind of the context that you get. Here is the validation on some of the keywords that you get. Business fit, revenue potential, execution difficulty, obviously a three out of 10, very simple. And then it goes over like the
50what the lead magnet is to pull in your avatar, what it would basically cost for an AI photo checker, a basic subscription, $30 a month, and then an AI photo checker pro, which is advanced compliance reporting with multi-state integration, $50 a month. Says why now? Leverage the unprecedented growth in AI adoption alongside emerging legal demands to secure your position in the market. Your proof signals are that AI photo disclosure tool is poised for market success due to emerging regulations requiring disclosure of AI-enhanced real estate photos. I love it. What's the market gap? This is important to understand before you build your idea. The biggest market gap lies in the lack of specialized tools for state-specific AI photo compliance in
37real estate, driven by a surge in AI adoption and increasing legal mandates. Simple execution plan. I mean, you can see the detailed execution strategy right here. Like it's deep. It can be almost a bit overwhelming, but it goes over into a detailed execution plan. Zero to 10K on the budget range to build this. It's I'm going to show you you get started for free. I mean, come on. And it goes into like your MVP approach, what the model is. It's going to be a subscription-based model. The value proposition is automated compliance reports for AI-modified photos, and your fulfillment is online platform reports. Goes into a lead generation strategy. Goes into part three, which is phase two of the road map, which is the next 6 to 8 months. You want to achieve 5,000
22monthly subscribers. Your strategic focus is MLS partnerships. Development timeline is 3 to 6 months. I want to show you how to do this in 3 to 6 minutes. And it's really simple, but take 3 to 6 months if you want. And yeah. So, customer acquisition cost $20 to $25 is the success metrics. The churn rate is less than 15%. Pilot conversion is 25%. So, a lot of good information here to kind of have as a roadmap to build. So, I'm going to show you, okay, I found an idea. I like it. Now what the heck do I do? There is a drop down here where it says idea actions. You could download the data and hand that all to Google Ads Studio, but I think that that would be a bad idea because you're
08giving it way too much context. You want to focus on one step at a time, especially if you're just starting out, and I'll show you the first steps that I take, you know, when I find an idea. I like this idea. So, I basically just take this first paragraph cuz you want to give it little bits of context as you build. We This is a fresh blank slate in Google Ads Studio. I haven't even touched it. So, I'm going to use WhisperFlow, a voice-to-text transcription tool, to be able to communicate what we're trying to build to Google AI Studio. I really like this app. It is a AI photo detection tool for real estate agents. Here is some context along with a landing page prompt. Please build it out. So, I give it the context.
53We go back, and you're probably wondering, what is the landing page prompt? Well, there's a blue button right here in the top right corner. It says build this idea. There is an AI workspace where you can take all the research and pull that information into any LLM, or you could click on idea builder, and it pulls it right into Google AI Studio. There is about 20 prompts here from add creatives to marketing to business and research. We're just going to focus on three that are very important to lay the foundation. The first one is the landing page prompt. I'm going to copy it, and it says create a complete high-converting landing page for this business idea. And it goes into the exact detail on how to do it and what to do. I'm going to send that off. I also want to play around this brand packaging
39one as well to really dial in our logo, our typography, and color scheme. But also, Google just dropped variations, this new feature within Google AI Studio that will allow you to iterate on multiple variations of the same website, which is really helpful for getting inspiration. I'm not a designer, maybe you are, but it really helps kind of get the ideas flowing through my brain on how I want this to actually look. So, let's start this off with the initial prompt and kick it off. And then we'll get back into the brand packaging prompt. All right, so this is the first version and let me tell you that we've built multiple websites, right? You've probably seen the series we have going on. The first version is just to spark the idea. By no means this is going to
25be the final version, but I think it did a pretty good job for the first version. And now I'm going to show you how fun it is to play around with different styles of that version. So, and without overcomplicating it. So, it says I've completed the landing page for beforeyoulist.com, translating the blueprint into a fully functional production ready React web application. It's the summary of the implementation is visual identity and trust. Hero impact visualization, visualization, structured persuasion flow, conversion mechanics, and responsive architecture. The application is modularized into dedicated React components, making it incredibly easy to scale and connect to actual back-end detection APIs. So, very simple. And how long did that take by the way? I want I
10want to say that building in Google AI Studio is so fast. That took 133 seconds. In 2 minutes, we had nothing, and now we have a landing page. This is crazy. So, very cool. I always like to keep the landing page so simple. I am like the exact opposite of over-engineering. I just want a simple landing page. I want to know what the app does. What does it Who is it for? And how much it costs? That's it. With a demo video. Simple. Less than 1,000 characters. So, you can see here, there's a lot of reading and there's nothing worse than having your first-time customer read this whole thing. We want it simple. We'll attack that in a minute. The next thing I want to talk about is the brand packaging
57prompt. This is where we can give the LLM a little more freedom to give our page some style rather than just kind of this cookie-cutter format. So, I have a brand packaging prompt. Give our app some style. Make the design modern. Use Framer Motion if you have to. I want a lot of motion and parallax effects within this landing page. I also want the landing page to be less than 500 to 1,000 characters. I want such a simple call to action in the hero section. I want to know what our app does and who it's for and then how much it costs. That's it. So, if we can portray this somehow in the landing page, that would be ideal. And no little pill bubbles that are above each section. I feel like
42that's a vibe coded look and no vibe coded colors. Oh, and try to avoid using Google fonts. We're giving the landing page prompt or the brand packaging prompt, sorry, and we're going to let it cook. All right, this did a much better job. AI photo detector for real estate. I mean, way better. Upload photos, we detect AI and generate required state disclosure. This is perfect. Awesome. Looks like the parallax effect works. Okay. Let's see. Yeah, okay. Let's test this out. If you want to see how your landing page looks, you're just going to want to click the share button and then you can open up in full screen just to see if it actually loads the entire thing. And then we go public, copy link. We'll let that load a little. I
27personally like it, but there is that variations tool. There's an edit tool right here that you could probably miss it if you're not looking for it. There's an edit tool. So, you're going to click that and it brings up this little doc, the floating doc down here. We need to pay attention this. You have annotate where you can draw and change different headers, sub headers, photos, buttons, or you could click on designs. When you click on designs, you see variation. Now, it's going to generate several variations of the same website with the same copy in a different style. You can look through those and see if one is calling to us. But, like I said, I really like this one. I like simple. Ooh, kind of looks good. It overlays on
13the first hero section. I also want to create um a background video. You guys, if you've been following on this series, I've been loving Google Omni to create the background video to stop the scroll. I think we'll do that as well. I think I'll do it in every single landing page, honestly. So, I like the style um that it uh chose. But, if you wanted to go through different variations, you would basically just click through here and whatever that you liked, you can then hit generate, this generate button, and it will completely change your landing page. That's up to you. I like what we have. So, I noticed that the parallax effect fades into the hero section. It works for the first section, but then as
58you scroll down, the hero section appears behind the next section, if you know what I'm talking about. Look into this and fix it. And then I am going to go into Google Omni and see if we can create a video. Maybe maybe we don't find anything we like, but we're going to try it in Gemini. Google Omni is Google's version of video for like Nano Banana. So, you can create anything from everything is their tagline. So, there's a video section right here. And I'm just going to see what we can come up with. Can you generate me a video for an app I'm making that detects AI inside of photos? This is an app created for real estate agents when they get their photos back from the photo editor to see if the
45photo editors used AI to enhance the photos, and then our app identifies the AI and correctly identifies the disclosures per state according to the MLS. Turn that idea into a video. Let's see how well it does. So, that's cooking in the background. Got a few things cooking. All right, so it's working here on fixing the landing page. Okay, it said it had completed and finished. I just I like that parallax effect. Oh, no, still not working. Let's refresh again, maybe. Nope, still not fixed even though it said it did fix. After the landing page structure, there is still a overlapping. I still see the hero section show up as I scroll down the landing page. Okay, now. Third time's a charm, right? Let's see. Oh, yeah, let's
31go. That just looks clean. I love it. I love the effect, the scroll effect. It's just beautiful. So, let's see how it did. I can't make that type of video. Okay. Well, let's see what it can make. Can you make me a video where our application detects AI generated photos where basically someone scans a photo, they drop it into the computer, and then it detects AI, and then they're surprised. The person that is doing this is a real estate agent. Well, maybe a little bit different. Okay, here's what it came back with. I have no idea what it's going to look like, but let's see. >> Wow, I can't believe this house is fake. >> Wow. Well, we're going to use it. I don't care. >> [snorts] >> We're going to use it. Something is better than nothing. So, I'm going to
17take that, and we're going to click on code. We're going to take that video, and we're going to drop it into the source folder. I have dropped a video into the source folder. I want you to overlay the text in the hero section and have that video playing in the background. After that, after it applies that, we're going to work our way down to this product section. You see this? There's some important prompts that we need to be using. The first one is the PRD, second one is the feature spec. This is going to actually make our app work. So, the product requirements document is essentially just telling Google I asked to do. You are a senior product manager with technical specifications. Create a comprehensive PRD that defines what to build, why to build it, and how success will be measured. We're going to drop that in. Here is the product requirements
02document and the feature spec. Please build according to these prompts, fill them out, and then apply them to our project. So, there's the PRD. We could do both of these in one. I don't think it's overwhelming. They're very similar. So, for example, the feature spec is generate a comprehensive feature spec that will provide clear direction for development teams. So, that we're also going to put in there. These are very important. Don't skip these. Send that off. Okay, it says I created the PRD and feature specs based on the provided business context and implemented the core feature into the application. Okay, I noticed that video you said you implemented in the hero section. I don't see it at all. And can you fix that first and then we'll go on with the next steps of making this app actually work.
47Awesome. So, it overlaid the text. I think it looks great. Really just conveys what the app does. And And I love it. I think this is good. This is good. Yes, it's black and white, but that's fine. Remember, the first version of your product is never the finished version. This is just going from zero to finished MVP in under 30 minutes. Everything else, like picking your name, getting the domain, getting the logo, that's stuff you shouldn't start with at all. You should start with the hero feature of your product in getting it to work. So, nonetheless, I think this is really clean, really simple. I mean, you remember our first version? No one wants to read that. So, very cool. I think it looks great. And then, the next step is actually getting this to work. So, I put
32Now, what's the next step to make our app work? And just letting it cook. Okay, so here's how our app actually works. So, it has a full-stack architecture, meaning it actually works with real API endpoints. Converted the static front end to a robust Express Vite full-stack setup, keeping the API keys secure on the server. And it used Gemini Vision to be able to analyze the photo. So, when an agent uploads a photo, it is sent to the AI with a strict prompt to look for generative fill, like fake skies, virtual staging, and artificial landscaping. Dynamic real-time results, the scanner model now reads the file, calls our new API endpoint, and gives a brief explanation returned by the model. This is perfect.
18And we can now test it. So, let's give it a shot. All right, so let's see how good it is. I have a photo here from the MLS. Scanning for fingerprints. Let's go. No AI detected. I just pulled this from the MLS. I did actually end up turning this into a drone-style video, but okay. Let's see, let's scan another photo. Let's take another photo. See what else I have. This is just another photo from the MLS, just to make sure it works. Ooh, AI detected. Okay, so this was just a random photo. Analysis analysis Oh, generative fill in the sky. The sky exhibits a unnaturally vibrant blue hue, and the clouds appear somewhat uniform and potentially added.
05All right, so here's the required disclosure. Some images in this listing have been modified using AI to alter the sky and landscaping. Ooh, here we go, baby. It works. So, that's what it's like to build apps just like this in 2026. It's really quite insane. Like, within 30 minutes, like, 30 minutes ago we had nothing. We had nothing but an idea in our mind to be able to build this app out. It was simple. It was not overwhelming. Anybody could do it. You can go sign up for Google AI Studio. It's free. And you can start iterating and building your app right now. Comment down below, have you used Google AI Studio to build apps? I think last month they released, Logan Kilpatrick had said that they had launched a million apps in
511 month. So, now's the time to be a builder. Start building. Start getting your ideas. Start telling people about your ideas and start building. So, Idea Browser is linked down below. You can check it out as well. And we'll see you in the next video. Have a blessed day.
