00How you interact with your AI agents has just changed forever and I can't believe it took so long for actually someone to build the solution to this. So, if you're running Open Claw, you already know the deal. You've got your agents set up, your cron jobs are running, your Telegram or Discord is already hooked up. But, the thing is, every time you want to check on on your agents and change something or just have a quick chat, you got to sit at your computer, open the terminal, pull up the dashboard, and that's fine when you're at your desk. But, what do you do when you're at a Taco Bell? Well, here's what you do. When you're at the grocery store or you're out at McDonald's, wherever you are, and your agent pings you about something and you want to actually do something about it, that's the problem where this GitHub repo solves all of
45that. So, there's a brand new GitHub repo, you should check it, it's down below. It's called Clock Kit, and it's basically a full native mobile app for Open Claw, iOS and Android. You install it on your phone, pair it with your machine, and now you can do everything from your mobile device. You can chat with your agents, you can manage cron jobs, you can configure your models, monitor sessions, check logs, and pretty much all of that done from your phone. And, before we get too deep into this, I already know what you're thinking. You're like, "Bo, I can already do this. What are you talking about?" Yes, you can, but and I do that, too. But, Telegram is just the messaging layer. Like, you're sending messages back and forth, but with Clock Kit, you're actually managing the whole system. It's like the difference between you texting
31an employee versus walking into the office and actually seeing everything they're working on. So, you get a much deeper, fuller picture of what your agents are actually doing. The dashboards, the configs, the sessions, the logs, all of that, not just the chat win. So, I'm going to break down how this thing actually works because the architecture is pretty cool and I feel like we can learn a lot from it from our building perspective. So, Clock Kit was built by a developer who goes by P 697, and it's a full open source mon repo. That means the mobile app, the relay infrastructure, the bridge CLI, it's all in one repository. So, you can expect every line of code, you can build from it, you know, any source that you want, no mystery back end. So, no closed API, you can audit, so which is for security
18matters, that means a lot, especially with AI agents that have access to your files, your APIs, your business data. You want to know exactly what's happening between your phone and your machine. So, the way you connect your phone to your Open Claw machine is through something called pairing. You run a command on your computer, and it's literally just a Clock Kit pair, so in your terminal. That prints a QR code, you can then scan it with your phone, and you are basically done. Your phone is now connected to your Open Claw instance. And, after the first pairing, reconnection is automatic. You don't have to scan a QR code every single time, it just works. Real quick, before we keep going, if you're watching you want to actually build with some of these tools than just watch videos about
03them, then you're going to want to check out our community down below, Shipping School. We have a full Cloud Code course, a full Open Claw course, and four live bootcamps every single week where we actually help you get set up from scratch. Like, actually set this thing up, not just watch a tutorial and figure it out by yourself. And, we also provide one-on-one coaching, so you could book a call with me, we could share screens, and I can help you get Cloud Code or Open Claw running on your machine. That's it, no fluff. I built this community because watching YouTube's only gets you so far. We launched it just 3 days ago and we have over 55 members. You need people around you who are actually building, people who hold you accountable, and coaches who can help you when you get stuck. I'll put the link in the description
49down below. Get in now before the price goes up. Here's where it gets more interesting is there are two ways to connect. You got relay mode and direct mode. Relay mode uses Cloudflare workers as a middle layer. So, your phone talks to the relay, the relay talks to your machine, and that means you can control your agents from anywhere in the world. If you're at a coffee shop in Portland, a hotel in Tokyo, at Taco Bell, it doesn't matter. As long as you have internet and you're connected to your agent crew, you're good to go. Direct mode is the other option. This is for privacy-focused people, no relay at all. Your phone connects directly to your machine over your local network or through Tailscale. So, the traffic never touches any external server. It goes
34straight from your phone to your Open Claw instance. If you're running Tailscale, you already know how powerful this is. Your phone and your machine act like they're on the same network even when they're not. I run Tailscale on everything. So, for me, direct mode is probably the way to go, and I want to highlight this because it does matter. The security model here is solid, token-based authentication, TLS encryption on both relay and direct connections. The relay itself is self-hostable. So, if you don't trust someone else's Cloudflare worker, spin up your own. The repo gives you the templates and the docs to do exactly that. This is not the same as some closed platform where you're trusting some random startup with your API keys
21and agent credentials. So, what can you actually do once you're connected? I'm going to walk you through the features because there are a lot to cover. The first one is the full chat. You can talk to any of your agents from your phone just like you would in the terminal or through Telegram, but it's a native app experience. Fast, smooth, no Telegram lag, no worrying about message limits. The second thing is agent management. You can now see all your agents, their statuses, their configuration. You could then switch between agents, you know, if you're running a crew like I am, you've got different agents doing different things. With Clock Kit, you can actually jump between them without opening multiple terminal windows or SSH sessions. The third thing is cron job
07management. This is huge for me because my entire content pipeline runs on cron jobs. The Rizza runs at 5:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. for daily scripts. Inspect Deck runs all the X posts and all the content for X. Ghostface runs the intel at 5:00 a.m. So, if I need to pause a job or check when something last ran or trigger them manually, I can just do that from my phone. Before something like this, I had to SSH into my machine or walk over to my desk, which I'm fine, I'm at home most of the time, but it's not great if I'm not at home. The fourth thing is model configuration. If you can change which model an agent uses without touching your terminal, let's say you're running Sonnet for daily task, but you want to switch to Opus for something more important. Pull out your phone,
52switch the model, and you're done. No configure file editing needed, and you don't need to restart. The fifth thing is session monitoring. You can see active sessions now. Check logs, see what your agents have been up to. It's like having a dashboard for your agent crew, but it's in your pocket now. I can now look at what scripts the Rizza generated this morning, check if Ghostface found good intel, see if any cron jobs failed all while I'm sitting in my car outside of Taco Bell. Six, the file management. You can browse and manage files in your workspace, check on memory files, look at your agents, see what they've written, read daily notes, review scripts. This alone is worth the install because half the time I just want to see what my agents produce without booting up a full terminal session. So, let me talk about why this
37matters beyond just convenience because it's not just about checking on your phone while you're away from your desk and seeing what your agents are doing. The real shift here is that Open Claw is becoming a complete platform. If you think about it, 6 months ago, Open Claw was just a thought in someone's mind, right? You know, now you've got a native mobile app, enterprise security frameworks like Nemo Claw, skills marketplaces on ClawHub, Cloud relay infrastructure, computer use from Anthropic. You know, this is not a hobby project anymore. This is infrastructure, real infrastructure that real businesses are running on right now. And, Clock Kit is basically just a piece that makes it feel more normal for people because normal people live on their phones, 5 hours a day average, which is insane to me. They don't live in terminals, even
23though I like to. It's really fun for me, but most people don't want to do that. So, you know, when your mom can check on her AI agent from her iPhone, that's more for the consumer, right? That's when you know this thing has crossed over. We're jumping more to the consumer side of things. You know, we already saw that with Jessie Gennett's story. She's running five agents on five Mac minis for her family, for her home-schooled kids. You know, imagine her being able to manage all that from her phone. That's the future. I think about that for my own setup. You know, I'm running agents on the Mac mini, sits at the desk right here, and it runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. My agents are writing scripts, scouting content, posting social media stuff, checking emails, running security audits, and it's all happening automatically. But, sometimes I'm out, you know, I'm at the
08store with my wife Rochelle, I'm driving, or I'm on a Shipping School call, and I get a notification that something happened with one of my agents. Before something like Clock Kit, I could see a notification on Telegram, but I couldn't really manage anything. Now, I could pull up the full picture and actually do something about it. And, for anyone building a business on Open Claw, this is the kind of quality of life improvement that makes a huge difference. Because you shouldn't have to be chained to your desk to manage AI agents. You know, basically, that should be giving you a little more freedom than that. You know, you shouldn't be chained to your desk. That defeats the whole purpose. Let me talk about the technical side for just a second because the developer experience here is pretty impressive. The mobile app is built with Expo and React Native. It's one of the code bases for iOS and Android. It's smart because you only have to maintain
54one app. The relay workers are run on Cloudflare, which means they're fast and they're globally distributed. The bridge CLI is published on the NPM, so it's installing it in just one command. Node package manager install, and then you hit {dash} g at p697, and then forward {slash} Clockwork. That's it. One command and you've got the bridge ready to pair. Your The mono repo structure is smart and super clean as well. You've got the mobile app in apps {slash} mobile, the relay registry, and the relay worker in their own folders. The bridge CLI and bridge runtime are separate packages. Shared types and protocols are in their own package. It's well-organized code. You can tell this developer put some real thought into the architecture and the
40project in itself. If you're struggling to keep up with content, what I'm about to save you about 40 days worth of work. [music] I built something called content machine. It's 10 AI agents that run on the open claw orchestration, and they handle everything. Scripts, [music] thumbnails, X posts, blogs, outreach, clips, newsletters, all of it. So, I went from 1,000 subscribers to 4,000 subscribers on YouTube in 7 days using this exact system. Every single morning I wake [music] up, and the content's already done. I spend maybe 15, 20 minutes reviewing and approving them, and I move on with my day. It works for any niche, fitness, finance, real estate, marketing, whatever you are building, and it is 100% completely
26customizable to your use case. So, you get the mission control dashboard, all of the cron jobs, everything I've built over the last 40 days [music] helping me gain more and more people to subscribe and join the community. So, you plug in your own thing, and it molds it to you. It learns how you talk, and it writes, so it doesn't sound like AI slop. $97 one-time, it's not a subscription. I'll put the link down below, and you'll thank me later. So, if you're the type who wants to fork it and build your own version, everything is there ready to go. The architecture docs, the self-hosting guide, the configuration reference. You could theoretically build a custom open claw mobile experience for your specific use case. So, maybe you're building an AI service for clients, and you want to
11have them have their own branded mobile app to talk to their agents. Clockwork gives you the foundation to do that. Super smart if you're working B2B and you're trying to sell agents as a service. The repo has 114 stars already, and it just launched 3 days ago. That's less than a week old, and it's already on the App Store. So, you can download it right now with for your iPhone, scan a QR code, and get connected. Here's what I want you to take away from this. The open claw ecosystem is moving very fast, like really fast. That's why I'm doing these videos about all these repos growing insanely fast, so to keep you up to date. If you're a builder, you may want to plug and play with some of these repos, you know? A new repo, a new integration that makes the whole thing more powerful. Clockwork is one of those examples, but it's an important one
56because it solves actually a real-world problem. Like, how do you stay connected to your AI agents when you're not at the computer? This is exactly the kind of thing we talk about in our community, not just the flashy AI demos, but the real tools that make building with AI practical. You know, we've got over 170 members now that have joined in the last 17 days since we launched, and a lot of them are already running open claw setups on their own. Some are building businesses with it, some are automating their workflows, and having a mobile app to manage the whole thing from your phone, that's a huge step forward in this whole AI niche. So, if you want to try Clockwork for yourself, I'll drop the link below. You need to check it out. And I'll also put the App Store link in the description. It's open source, it's free. You just don't have to pay anything. Just pair it with your machine, start managing your agents from
42your phone. Once you do something like this, walking to your desk just to check on an AI agent is going to feel like a thing of the past. Your agents work 24/7, now you can manage them 24/7 as well. So, I like covering stories like this to bring more awareness to these builders, these developers that are building cool projects, because like you and me, we are building with open claw, we're building with cloud code, and something like this that can be plug and play can make the difference between working on building it ourselves, taking weeks to do, or just copying the repo and forking it and building on top of it. So, that's why I make these videos to keep you up to date. If you like this type of stuff, please make sure you subscribe and hit the notification bell, because we are dropping four to six videos every day, AI news, GitHub repo highlights, and all things open claw.
28So, I hope you guys have a blessed Sunday, and we'll see you in the next one. Bye-bye.
