About this video

Steal my prompts and build with me for free: https://www.ideabrowser.com/b/ai-powered-digital-marketing-concierge-for-fsbo-sellers-1148?utm_source=youtube&utm_medium=video&utm_content=youtube-description In this build-along, I race from a raw idea to a working landing page and the start of a real MVP using two tools: Idea Browser and Google AI Studio. I pick the “On Demand Tech Support for Seniors” idea, pull its product requirements document (PRD) out of the Idea Browser build kit, and treat that PRD as the blueprint for everything that follows. Along the way I lean on Stitch 2.0 to shape a clean, on-brand landing page, then export into Google AI Studio to build the dashboard, wire up buttons, and stand up a Firebase backend with real authentication. By the end I reach a functioning landing page, a working booking flow, and roughly 70% of the full product, with Stripe payments and Zoom integration queued up as the next pieces. The core lesson: ship fast, keep momentum, and iterate once the idea lives in the real world. Timestamps 00:00 – Intro 00:22 – Idea Browser and the senior tech-support pick 00:51 – Loading the PRD into Google AI Studio 01:29 – Stitch 2.0 landing page reveal 02:49 – AI Studio build versus the Stitch design 03:07 – Copying Stitch code into AI Studio 05:04 – PRD filled out, dashboard build begins 06:20 – Fixing buttons and the booking flow 07:42 – Functioning landing page and MVP milestone 08:22 – Firebase backend setup and booking integration 09:20 – Setting up Stripe billing, and deploying full web app walkthrough 34:00 – Recap and the 70% milestone Key Points I go from idea to a live landing page using only Idea Browser plus Google AI Studio. The Idea Browser product requirements document acts as the blueprint that guides the whole build. Stitch 2.0 gives me tighter design control and an on-brand landing page in about five minutes. Firebase plugs straight into my Google account for auth and a backend database, which keeps setup simple. Shipping fast beats polishing early; momentum and iteration drive the entire approach. Numbered Section Summaries The Zero-to-One Goal I open with one mission: move an idea into the real world as fast as possible using Idea Browser and Google AI Studio. The whole video measures success by how few prompts it takes to reach a working landing page and a working feature. Choosing the Idea in Idea Browser I pick “On Demand Tech Support for Seniors,” a popular Idea Browser concept that rides the growing need for senior tech help in the AI age. The standout asset is the build kit, and the piece I care about most is the product requirements document. The PRD as Blueprint I pull the product requirements document and treat it as the vision for the project. Feeding this detailed prompt into Google AI Studio sets the foundation, and I keep referring back to it as the roadmap for each step. Designing in Stitch 2.0 I shape the landing page, dashboard, and overall flow in Stitch 2.0 in about five minutes, matching my brand colors and messaging. Stitch gives me more control over the look, so the page feels intentional, and I recommend starting the design here first. Building in Google AI Studio I export from Stitch into Google AI Studio, paste in my code and the PRD, and let it build the landing page and the caregiver dashboard. I also share honest feedback that the AI Studio start screen feels busy for newcomers, so clicking “Build” is the key move to get going. Wiring Up Buttons, Booking, and Polish I push AI Studio to fix the dead buttons, build the booking flow, center the text, and clean up stray underscores in the hero so the page looks aesthetically pleasing. Around 23 minutes in, I reach a functioning landing page with a working MVP taking shape. Backend, Auth, and Payments I enable Firebase on the free tier for the backend database, add a FAQ section, and watch real authentication, security rules, and booking integration come together. I then map out Stripe for the $49 one-time fix and the deploy path through a Google Cloud project, landing at roughly 70% complete with Zoom and the support features still ahead. 0:00The whole goal of this video is to go from zero to one as fast as possible. We're going to be using two tools. One is Idea Browser for finding the actual idea and helping with the landing page, product requirements document, and helping us kind of figure out what idea we want to go with with what is currently in demand. That is very important. As well as using Google AI Studio to build out the entire framework. Things from the landing page to getting buttons to work, to getting the database set up. So, let's go from zero to one in just a few prompts. Let's get Okay, so first things first, if you haven't heard of Idea Browser, it is a platform where you can turn your ideas into actual products. So, maybe you have an idea in your mind and you don't know if anyone wants it or if there's any demand behind it. That's where you can plug in your idea through Idea Browser.

46They have several key features. They also have idea of the day and over a thousand ideas in their database of actually validated and verified ideas. So, the first one that caught my eye is something that we're going to see more and more of is real estate agents are kind of going extinct, especially with AI. That's what this idea kind of validates. It's a marketing platform for home sellers who skip the real estate agent completely, all handled through AI. So, you can see there's a demand for this. And recently, there was a two weeks ago, a guy sold his house, saved $20,000 by having ChatGPT basically do all the marketing copy, list it on the MLS, and actually in turn sell the home and saving that 6% commission. So, you're going to see more of this. That's why I'm going with this idea. I'm going

32to walk you through the ideation process, what things are important, and we're going to use Google Studio to build this whole idea out. So, here it is. It's cool cuz you get to see, you know, obviously if it's in demand, kind of the search traffic, pulling data people that are just wanting to opt not using a real estate agent and having AI pretty much do it themselves. Home seller.com really just takes care of the marketing. We'll probably come up with a better name than that, but you can see there's demand. People are wanting this. Now, let's get to the first step, which would be going to this builder kit right here. There's a few things that we want to be using here that are going to be super important. The first one is the product requirements document, and I'll show you

18where that is right here. Has a lot of stuff. Add creatives, brand packaging, landing page, everything with your marketing as well, templates. There's basically prompts in those templates that will help you build a good foundation for what you're trying to build out. Has a feature spec, MVP road map. The one that we really want to use here to start this whole thing off is this product requirements document. So, we're just going to click build, and then you can see here there is a lengthy prompt. You are a senior project manager and technical specification expert. Create a comprehensive PRD that clearly defines what to build, why to build it, and how success will be measured. So, essentially you give that to Google AI Studio with this idea, and you start building it out. So, very cool, very cool. So, what I'm going to do cuz I'm

04going to go ahead and copy this, and then I'm going to go to Google AI Studio. There's a build section within Google AI Studio. There's a playground here, and then we want to be in the build section here where we're actually going to be connecting the database, authentication, and we can actually set up payments and publish a buy button with Stripe through Google AI Studio. So, the first thing I'm going to give it is that prompt, and then actually what I've been getting in the habit of doing is just going back because it really has no context of what you're trying to build. We're going to go and we're going to select this first section here and copy that in as well. Essentially, we can go back to this build kit. I'm also going to copy this landing page prompt as well. So, now that we're back in Google AI Studio, it has a little bit

49more context of what we're trying to build along with the PRD. We're just going to hit build and let that cook in the background while we tackle this landing page. Going to the feature spec as well within Idea Browser, again another really nice prompt that we could just cut and paste into Google AI Studio. The more context, the better. We'll let it finish up its first go round, and then we'll enter that in. And like I said, the whole goal of the video is to help you get something that's actually visible and that you could share with your friends or family or partner that you have actually something built because the hardest part to vibe coding and building anything is we just waste too much time on the name of our company, the logo, the design. Just getting your feature to actually work, like the hero feature, the MVP, is the

35most important part of your product. You can always change the design, the name, the logo later. That's why we're using these tools to basically essentially get your app built within an hour, within 30 minutes using these tools. You can see it's coming to life here. Okay, it has the whole PRD built out. Let's just do a quick overview what this says. It says, "Here's your comprehensive product requirements document based on your business context and requirements. Home Show, platform homeseller.com. We could always change that later. Product vision, Home Show is an AI-powered digital marketing concierge that empowers for sale by owners, sellers, to generate professional multi-channel marketing campaigns in minutes, allowing them to save that 6% commission without the 40-hour marketing headache. So,

20okay. So, this is a huge not only time save, but money save for the user. And I'm going to go ahead and put in that feature spec and let it do its thing. Okay, this is really cool. We gave it that feature spec. It came back 59 seconds later. Again, we're using Gemini 3.1 Pro preview. This is important to note. You're going to want to make sure you're using that model by default. Let's see cuz I think by default, if you're just signing in with Google AI Studio for the first time, it's going to be on Gemini 3 Flash preview. You're going to want to do Pro preview, a little bit more reasoning behind it, a bigger, stronger LLM to be using. And that's just my personal preference. And you can see here, 59 seconds later, feature overview. AI property marketing generator, smart intake and asset

07engine. So, it has the MVP mapped out. The problem statement is for sale by owners, sellers spend upwards of 40 hours acting as their own marketing department. They struggle to write compelling copy. They must manually format photos and text for desperate platforms, leading to exhaustion and prolonged delays on the market. So, we're helping them optimize, and they don't need to be a marketing genius to sell their home. So, the success criteria is 90% completion rate of the intake wizard, and then they hand it off to us, and we handle all of that for them. So, not only a time savings, but an insane huge money savings if we can get their house sold. So, use cases, users updating or users uploading extremely large 4K or unsupported image formats, properties with highly unique

53features, users inputting restricted, discriminatory language in the intake form. Those are edge cases. Okay. So, awesome. So, it came back relatively quick. Okay. So, I'm going to go back to the Idea Browser because they have a really cool section called brand packaging. This allows you to get a little bit more sophisticated with the color schemes, the logo, and again, you can edit all of this, but it's better than just having the AI generically default something for you. So, it comes with a really nice prompt here. All right. Now, I'm going to walk through the brand color guide. It really picked some nice colors to help convert our landing page and kind of give our some identity to our actual brand. So, I do

38want to go over this landing page. I think the design is very nice out of the box. There are a few things that we could do to make it a bit better, but this is just from one prompt. So, it's really nice to visualize your idea to something that's actually being produced with just one prompt. You can go in and edit everything you'd like in here, but look at it. Skip the 6% commission, keep the marketing pro. So, this is that hero section. Everything's looking good, simple. Your hero section shouldn't be confusing, by the way. The more words, the more confusing. You want to keep it very simple, and maybe it makes sense to you, but it needs to make sense to your avatar. It needs to make sense to the person you're targeting. So, that's another thing is like kind of

23fine-tuning that hero section. So, people get it. What does your product do in simple terms? Don't overcomplicate it. Everything you need to sell your home yourself. Zillow listings, Facebook ads, print flyers, flyers, and more. So, AI-powered professional results for $99 a month. Meet your AI marketing concierge. Save up to 24,000 in agent fees. Your path to sold. Upload photos, and then you're going to answer three questions. Tell our AI about your home's unique features and upgrades, and then get your kit. Instantly receive your professional listing and ad materials. The AI handles the optimized listings for Zillow, Redfin, and the MLS. Social media is automated, ready to post graphics and captions from Facebook for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, and

08ready to print materials, and smart lead tracking. So, they'll have a dashboard. Simple price. Okay, now let's get this connected to the actual back end of our product. Code to clipboard, copy, Google AI Studio, build, and paste. And we'll see this come together. Very nice. There's also this repository by Vault Agent called awesome design.md. Copy a design markdown file into your project. Tell your AI agent, "Build me a page that looks like this," and get a pixel-perfect UI that actually matches. So, this is something that we could drop into Google AI Studio. Very cool. All right, we copied that code in, and it says, "Preparing the final integration." That's from for the landing page. And as far as like going back to Idea Browser,

53and there's more to it than just building from zero to one really fast. Now, you're like, how do I market this product? It has a full marketing plan with eight different prompts that can help you that you can plug into Google AI Studio. Say you wanted to create content around your app or an email funnel systems, your sales funnel, things like that because there's more to it than just creating the landing page and creating the product then it's like, how do you get people to use it? That's the next step and this builds a great foundation for you to get your first customers. You know, you can't just let the website sit there and do nothing. Obviously you're going to optimize it for SEO, which it has a prompt for that. You can copy this prompt into Google AI Studio to help it more optimize get more optimized for SEO. So it's going to create a comprehensive SEO strat content

39strategy that drives organic traffic and establishes domain authority. And as well as going back to the product, we hit the feature spec and the product requirements document and we did brand packaging and landing page. You could look into ad creatives if you're going to run ads. Though I wouldn't recommend running ads right off the bat. You want to test first with organic ads and then double down on that organic ads that performed well. So if you're running organic ads through TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and you had ones that pop off, those are the ones you're going to want to put ad spend behind. Unless you have $100,000 lying around and you want to just spend money to test what ads perform, go ahead. That's fine with me, too. So also too in the business section, it has a go-to market launch

24calendar. Go to market strategy. All this can be plugged in through Google AI Studio as well to help you. You know, you can have your own admin dashboard to track data. Very helpful. As far as research, it will do competitive analysis on someone else doing this idea because I'm sure that someone else is doing it and you don't necessarily want to like copy exactly what they're doing, but you want to see what they're doing and how they're getting the results. So let's check back. Okay, we got it here. Let's open it up. Want to see this thing. All right. Here we go. Let's see. So obviously this is just after one prompt and now it's all hooked up to actually Google AI Studio. The next thing would be actually hooking up the database so we can actually log in and

09see what it's like to actually use this. Let's see if the buttons don't work, we'll have to go back and do that. The application successfully builds and lint without any errors. You can now view the live preview. I'm going to give it that design skill and just see what happens. I'll just give it the link. I want to use this design skill to freshen up the design. Can you take a look at it? Here's the GitHub repo. Is there anything that we could be doing to make it convert better or look better or maybe more aesthetically pleasing with more motion design? And then we'll tackle the buttons later. Obviously we want the buttons to work. All right, it took about 5 minutes for that design markdown file to run, but it did say it successfully integrated Framer Motion throughout the rest of the landing page to create a more dynamic, engaging and aesthetically pleasing experience. So

55let's check this out and see what it's all about. Let's see. Oh yeah, now we're cooking. Did you guys see that? Just those little things matter. Everyone's vibe coding landing pages. We need to stick out just a little bit. So that's beautiful. Let's see. A little bit of motion. Oh yeah. Look at that. Look at that. Oh yeah. Beautiful, beautiful. I'm loving it. Right on. Beautiful. Awesome. Now let's attack the basics. Getting the buttons working. Also too, a key here is always ask your agent after you've set the foundation, ask your agent, what do you think the next steps are? I know that some of the buttons don't work so we're going to do that right now. Check that all the buttons are working and leading to the proper pages. Then I want to know the next steps to getting our app working. All right, so I've checked

40the code and currently the buttons like get started, start your 30-day trial and choose plan are visual placeholders because we've only built the initial landing page so far. They don't have a destination page linked yet. To get our app fully working and make these buttons functional, here are the next steps we should take. So set up navigation routing, user authentication, build the user dashboard, the core AI flow, listing creation in the database. So the nice thing with Google AI Studio is that it's going to do this all for us. So it says, would you like me to start with step one and step two? I can set up the routing, create the login page and wire up everything from there. Yes. Let's do each step one by one to completion. When you're done with each step, let me know

25and then continue to the next step. So what I like here is that you can essentially go to Idea Browser and pick an idea, any idea. Maybe you have an idea or you could search their database for an idea and go from nothing to something within an hour using Idea Browser and Google AI Studio. That is very powerful. There are a few things that you'd want to do to have your product stand out. You obviously can't go from zero to one and just keep it straight out the box. You are going to want to probably pick a design strategy to make your product stick out. You're going to need to customize it a little bit, but the key here is to avoid that procrastination of I don't have my brand coloring yet. I don't have my logo. I don't have my LLC. There's no excuses now. You need to focus on the hero

10feature of what your product solves. What is the transformation? Dial that in and everything else should be built on afterwards. Everyone gets caught up in the parts of your product that really don't matter and that's why Idea Browser is awesome because it helps you kind of think through your idea and things you should be focusing on. There's no excuse to not be building with these tools in 2026. That's why we're making these videos. So it's going through its thing. It's going to go do that. Okay, step one is complete. Installed React Router to handle navigation, move the landing page content to its own component. So if you click on any of these buttons now, it will take you to the new placeholder off page. Step two. Step two, I will set up Firebase authentication so users can actually sign up and log in using their Google accounts. Yes, let's proceed with

56step two. That was fast. That took about 30 seconds and it's setting up Firebase automatically through my Gmail and Firebase is free. This is going to handle all of the back end stuff. So authentication for users. So when people sign up, creates a table in the database. So when they log in, they are verified and they can get to their dashboard. We keep track of also if they paid or not or if they're a um on the free trial, things like that. So you always need a database with whatever you're building. Really is just three things that make an app work. Authentication, database and payments. You need those three things on lockdown to make your app work and it's not as complicated as it sounds. You could use Firebase, Convex, Superbase, Neon, whatever you want to use for your

41database does not really matter as long as you can integrate it fairly easy. And that's the whole point of using Google AI Studio is because this is easy. We want to make it as low barrier to entry as possible for people to just get their idea off the ground and get it working. So now it's setting up Firebase. Okay, and setting up the database did take about three to four minutes and it did the setup completely. I didn't have to go to Firebase and actually do it myself. It did it within Google AI Studio. Pretty awesome. So step three is we will build out the core functionality of the user dashboard allowing users to manage their property listings. Says, shall I proceed with step three? Yes, let's move forward with step three. Okay, it just finished step three. I have successfully built out the core

27functionality for the user dashboard. Here's what I did. Firestone integration. So it connects to Firestore and listens for any properties belonging to the currently logged in user in real time. Awesome. Property grid UE, empty state UE, navigation and error handling. So if I log in now, I'll see the new dashboard and we'll check that out while we work on step four. For step four, we will build the AI listing wizard. This will create the listing page. This is the core feature where the users will actually upload the photos, answer a few questions and we will use Gemini AI to automatically generate the Zillow description, social media captions and marketing materials. Yes, proceed with step four. I'll let that do its thing. It will refresh. Now here is our page looking pretty good. So let's start our

1340 30-day free trial. Let's log in. Continue. Awesome. Very cool. New listing, create first listing. Awesome. Simple. So while it's creating the wizard, I don't think this will work. Not yet. So so far, each step has taken between three and five minutes and we are still under an hour of getting this thing built out. And yet, another 150 seconds went by and step four is complete. So it built out the AI listing wizard, multi-step flow. Step one is basic details like collecting the property address, bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage. Step two is the photos. Step three is the AI generation. So it integrates with Google SDK and it takes your basic details and the uploaded photos, it sends them to Gemini 3.1 Flash, generates a compelling real

59estate listing description. Beautiful. All right, step five. So for step five, we will build the public facing property detail page where potential buyers could view the published listing, see the photos, read data. Okay, cool, cool. Awesome. All right, let's proceed with step five. Okay, a couple minutes later I have successfully built the public facing property detail page, data model and security rules, property detail page UE layout, lead form and dashboard integration. Let's check it out. Now I'll let it do step six. Step six is the leads dashboard so property owner can actually see the messages submitted by potential buyers. Let's proceed with step six and then let's check out our page. Okay, new listing, 2 3 Fake

44Street, two bedroom, two bath. Let's do 5,000 square feet. Photos. See. Here we go. Got that photo there. Terrain listing, very cool. All right. So, it went through Gemini 3.1 flash. That was insanely fast. It took like 5 seconds. Welcome to 123 Fake Street, a stunning Tudor style resident residence that perfectly blends historic charm with modern spaciousness. Freaking awesome. This is great. Publish listing. Sweet. That is awesome. So, now step six is working on the leads dashboard. So, within the dashboard, they'll be able to see if anyone had contacted them for their property. So, step six, it completed the leads dashboard. Awesome.

30So, there's a new leads button next to the view public button in the dashboard. You can test it out. This completes the core steps we outlined for the Home Show application. You now have a fully functional AI-powered real estate listing platform with authentication, a database, image uploading, and Gemini AI integration. Okay, it says, "Is there anything else we would like to add?" Obviously, we want paid. So, it's going to walk us through the steps of Actually, it has a buy button on there, but we need to get paid. So, I'm thinking it would set up the Stripe integration. And also, too, there's a few other little things that how I kind of would think about this. Like, there's only a get started button. What about like a a login button? You know, like for people that have already signed up, you know, so a few few little little tweaks here. Let's go back. Yes, let me

16know what the next thing is to build this out completely. Also, next to the get started button, there should be a login button for returning customers. Okay, cool. Just few minutes later, it put the login button. And let's see, what's next to build out this completely? We have a very solid foundation to make this a great prototype to complete production-ready product. Here are the features I'd recommend. Edit and delete listings, social media marketing asset dashboards. The landing page promises this. Public marketplace directory, user profile settings. Awesome. Let's do one every one of those suggestions step by step. Let me know when you're done, when you complete each one. And then also, we need to think about setting up payments. How are people going to pay us for our

01product? Okay, cool. It completed feature one just within a minute or two. And it implemented the edit listing page, delete functionality, dashboard UI updates, a stick hover effect, property cards. Very cool. Let's Let's see what this looks like. I can log back in, continue with Google. This is awesome. Oh, Firebase error. Cool. We got our first error. Which is surprising we didn't hit an error sooner. So, basically, I just You can copy the console logs as well. Or just copy this error and see if it can troubleshoot. Before we move on to feature two, I just tried to log into the dashboard and I got this error. Can you figure it out? And I mentioned this earlier, it always goes back to asking your agent. Whenever you're trying to problem-solve something, ask your agent. It is also

47important to understand what broke and what needs fixing, but you don't need to get into the code base and actually know exactly what's going on. Ask your agent to fix it. Iterate as you go. Okay. So, it finished that error. Doesn't actually say what happened. Also, okay, the error you mentioned, I actually pushed a fix right before. Okay. Okay. Yes, let's continue to feature three. Try that out again. Awesome. Cool. Marketing, leads, view public. Sweet. And you can optimize this for SEO. If you go to Idea browser and give it that SEO prompt in marketing, if you take this SEO prompt right here and also give that to Google AI Studio, that will help optimize the site for SEO. So, your potential listings get found on

33Google naturally. Very cool. So, it's continuing to feature three. Doing the public marketplace and directory. What else did it do? Leads. Want to make sure everything works. It will also be a lot faster in production. So, if you're ever working either on locally or in the cloud and it's not in production yet, let's say you host on Vercel or Netlify, it's going to be a lot faster than this. So, the chat feature or the leads feature doesn't work. What about marketing? Okay, can generate assets. Awesome. Let's see if that works. Wow, that is awesome. Look at that. Instagram, Facebook, and a printed flyer. So, copy add and post to Facebook, Instagram. So, you could essentially hook in like a Post Bridge API or some other back-end API service to automatically post these on your

19social media, which would be very cool. And let's see what it's working on. Still going. Feature three. All right, just finished the marketplace. And now, the next steps are doing the user profile settings and image enhancements. So, let's Let's continue with feature four, which is the user profile settings. Awesome. And I just want to make a note here that you can always refer back to your Idea browser to go through things that maybe you want more control over. So, if you wanted to, you know, optimize your page for SEO or maybe create some kind of marketing material, what could be a lead magnet, what is the overall sales funnel, tweet size landing page if you want to make it more simple. There is a lot in here. I am just starting with the basics to build the foundation for you, but use

05Google AI Studio to help you with building out some of these features. You don't want to over-engineer it. A lot of people get stuck with over-engineering things, and maybe you have like eight cool features, but six of them don't work. You don't want to do that. So, I think starting simple, just like how we did with the PRD, the landing page, brand packaging, things like that, help build that vision for you to see it kind of come together. So, that's why we're just keeping it simple here. We want to Like I said, a a really good product has authentication, a database, and payments. That's a good product, and that's all you need to actually build a web app or a mobile app. And focusing on that hero feature is key, because if you start over-engineering other features, and you're going to get the people that go, "What it What does this exactly do?" You want to just focus on one thing.

50That's why Home Show, we'll just go with that name for now, is basically just allowing for sale by owners have more control over their marketing. And that's it. You know, we want to keep it simple. There's so many other ideas that I could envision with this. You know, with the use of Google's AI Studio, you can essentially hook in Nano Banana Pro, which is their AI editor and generator, and have people that use this product, you know, they go take pictures of their home and have those photos of the home be automatically edited, upscaled to 4K, and the lighting is improved, and takes off all the the the magnets on the refrigerator, or cleans up the kitchen that might not be perfect and ideal for real estate photography. That is like another add-on that you can add to this.

36We're not going to do that here, but that's just another great add-on feature. Because again, if it's a for sale by owner, you have to think not everyone is a professional photographer. So, I think photos are really the key to getting your home sold. So, that could be another add-on through Google AI Studio. Another one, too, is turning your photos into a video. Connecting with the back-end YouTube API can be helpful using something like VIO 3.1. So, you're taking static photos and actually adding motion to them, especially like exterior photos where it's doing almost like a drone-like shot. That could be also marketing material that can happen on autopilot for something like this. That's how I would go forward with this. Obviously, I'm not going to do that in this video, but that's how I'm thinking about, you know, not over-engineering it, but also making something that can be valuable

21for a for sale by owner that doesn't necessarily know how to take professional video or photos, or what exactly entails a good, you know, visual listing, right? Cuz they're creating their own listing essentially. Okay, so it just completed the user profile settings. So, now the users have a public profile page. They created a new page where users can update their public-facing contact information. Okay. And did that in the database, property details integration. Very cool. Okay. So, all these little features matter for usability. If they don't have a profile page, no one's going to know who's selling the house. So, the next thing is image enhancements. Using Gemini to automatically caption uploaded photos and intelligently select the best cover

06photo for a listing. Kind of like what I said, just on a very basic scale where it could like enhance the lighting, maybe remove things that shouldn't be in the photo, like dog bowls on the ground, clothes on the ground that the person missed. Things like that. But, we won't get into that building that feature out right now, but that's kind of the vision would be for it. So, let's move Let's move forward with feature number five, and let me know when you're done. Okay, it did the magic sort cover photo. It added magic sort cover photo button and the Gemini AI integration. When a user uploads multiple photos and clicks the magic sort button, the app sends uh the images to Gemini. Gemini acts as a real estate photography expert, analyzing the images to determine Oh my goodness, exactly. Exactly. That's pretty much a a

52base version of what I wanted. So, once Gemini identifies the best photo, the app the app automatically reorders the photo array. I also brought the full photo upload. Project status, we all we have successfully completed the features on our list. The application is now fully functional, allowing the users to create AI-enhanced listings, manage their public profiles, generate marketing materials. You mentioned earlier that you want to think about setting up payments. Um yeah, so um yes, walk me through how I would set up payments. Could we use Polar for payments, cuz that integrates with Stripe? Also, too, my idea with the photo part of it, the AI photo part of it, would be cool to automatically detect if the photos were shot in a dark room, or if there was a mess on the

39ground, it would automatically clean up the photo and properly light the photo and enhance it without changing the original too much. Could you add that to the prompt for the AI photo button? Because you got to realize that Google has an AI suite of for video, photo, the best ones. And why not integrate that into the product within Google AI Studio? Should be plug and play. All right, so it says that I have updated the AI photo feature. I added a new AI enhance button, little sparkle icon, that appears in the bottom right-hand corner of each uploaded photo. So, when you hover over it, when clicked, it sends the image to Gemini's image editing model with the exact prompt you requested to automatically detect and clean up clutter, fix dark lighting, and

24enhance the overall quality without changing the room's original structure. Amazing. And then setting up payments with Polar and Stripe. We can do Polar. Polar's just easier. You can use Stripe. I feel like a lot of people have a harder time going directly through Stripe. Polar is so easy, very simple. You would just give your agent that you're working with in Google AI Studio the documentation on how to set it up. You would basically, since this is going to be a subscription model, you would basically just create a product on a subscription model and then integrate that product ID inside your environment variables folder if you're whole hosting it on Vercel or on Netlify. Very very simple to do. Uh Google AI Studio can walk you through that as you see here. So, very cool. Ooh, yeah, look at that. Look at that. Look at that. Beautiful

12animation. Oh my. Look at that. All that built in under 1 hour. Browse homes. Oh my goodness. Let's see if this works. I don't think we have any homes listed technically. So, let's log back in. Let's see. Like I said, if you are hosting this in production, it should be a lot faster than what it is cuz we are using it through Google AI Studio. Yeah, so sign in was canceled. I need to sign back in. Okay, let's just restart the page then. Okay. So, let's see. We're logging back in. There we go. Okay, let's see if I have an old photo. Try not on that one. So, see how it's very cluttered and messy right here on this photo. Let's see Let's just see what happens. Let's just have fun. Okay, so it's been about 2 minutes. It's still running and it might It might take some time, but I'm pretty sure that we would

57need to really get this going by using the Nano Banana API key, which you would then hook up on the back end to call that API endpoint to then produce that result. That would probably be the best way to do it because I don't know exactly what model it's using. It's using one of Google's models, but I would use the Nano Banana 2 or the Nano Banana Pro model API key, hook that up, and then we would have that end result. I I mean, it removed one thing. So, to get better quality, you want to specify, and I'll just confirm here. So, it did remove a few things from the photo. I don't know what model you're using exactly, but wouldn't it make sense to call Nano Banana 2 or Nano Banana Pro endpoint via the API to have a cleaner

43process? When in doubt, just ask your agent. All right, so let's see what it said here. [laughter] Um so, it it already upgraded it. It did it for me. It did That's pretty amazing. I have upgraded the image enhancement feature to use the more powerful Nano Banana 2. Amazing. To access this higher quality model, we are going to need an API key, but still. And then the prompt is professionally enhance this real estate photo. Automatically detect and clean up any mess or clutter on the ground. That is awesome. Amazing. Nano Banana 2 is very fast, very efficient, and we can also upscale if we needed to. This is amazing. Very cool. So, basically, to have this be a absolute full stack application, we would then need to do the last thing, and put a buy button on it. You can't get paid without putting a buy button on it. So, that was where I

29would go to Polar or Stripe and make this thing have a buy button. I would launch on Vercel, and then I would start advertising this, you know, whether it's cold outreach or I um set up an agent to do cold outreach for me. Um start maybe creating content around this idea. You want to start with the free marketing strategies first before you put any marketing spend behind it. But very cool to go from apps from zero to app within an hour, pretty impressive using these tools, Idea Browser and Google AI Studio. The whole goal of the video was to help you visualize your idea. Basically, taking you from idea to an actual landing page, a working product, and putting a buy button on it as fast as possible. So, the way we build today with these tools

15on our hands is much easier than it was this time last year. Using something like Idea Browser to, you know, confirm that your idea is actually in demand, and using a tool like Google AI Studio to handle the building process. So, how amazing was that? We're going to have more videos like this dropping on the channel, kind of taking you step by step through the process. I hope you guys have a blessed day, and if you haven't subscribed already, what are you thinking? We drop four to six videos every single day. Hit the notification bell. We'll see you in the next one. Be blessed.
