00One person just ran an entire marketing operation for a company that is valued at $380 billion. And they did nothing but use Claude code. We're going to get into that. That tweet went absolutely viral yesterday with almost 6,000 likes. And when I saw it was trending, I had to dive in because this isn't just some kind of feel-good story about AI. The proof is that we are living through the biggest shift in business operation ever seen before. So, I want to back up and break this down for you because if you're building and you like shipping products with AI, this is going to be 100% relevant to you and you need to understand what's happening. The tweet came from someone claiming they handled
45all of Anthropic's growth marketing as essentially a one-person team. That's insane. So, all of this ran behind Claude and they just hit a valuation that puts them in the same league as some of the biggest tech companies on the planet. $380 billion. That's crazy. That has a lot of weight saying it out loud, right? And according to this person, they managed the entire growth marketing operation using Claude code to automate everything. Content creation, campaign management, analytics, optimization, the entire pipeline. Now, I can't verify every detail of this claim, obviously, but here's [snorts] what I can tell you. This story resonates so hard because we're already seeing it happen
30everywhere. The tools exist right now to run massive operations with tiny teams. And I'm living proof of it. My output has increased 100x with getting these AI agents to do a lot of the small tasks for me. And maybe you're on that end as well, where you're seeing the absolute power of some of these AI tools. So, let me tell you what I'm running right now because it's basically a small version of what I'm talking about. It's an entire content pipeline that runs itself. Every morning at 6:00 a.m. my AI agents wake up and go to work. So, Atlas, the chief of staff agent, which is ran with Opus 4.6 as the coordination and execution agent, it does everything from managing the agents to verifying the work and making sure we have
15security audits, things like that. It's important to have your coordination agent and execution agent be one of the foundation frontier models, something like an Opus 4.6 or even a Sonnet 4.6. That way you get the best quality possible. If you're having bad results with Opus file right now, that's probably one of the reasons why. So, it writes the trending topics, it gets all of the data, it figures out the newsletter. Inspect a deck is another agent that handles a lot of the operations on X from the podcast outreach and scraping X through the Grok API. And it all shows up in my mission control dashboard every day at 7:00 a.m. So, by the time I get my coffee going, I have fresh video ideas, I have thumbnail ideation finished, I have newsletter
02copy, I have podcast outreach handled. We handle a lot of the back end, logo design, and thumbnail design through kai.ai. We use their API to use tools like Nano Banana Pro to be able to generate some of the thumbnails. So, it's basically a whole content engine in my mission control dashboard. So, I'm literally running a daily YouTube channel, an active X presence, and growing my YouTube business largely on autopilot. We have gained over 2,000 subscribers in 3 days. I have over 80 X followers in just 3 days. That's the most I've ever had, and it's not by accident. So, this isn't theory, this is the actual workflow that's happening right now. Here's the craziest part, all of this just runs locally on a local device. I
49have it on a Mac mini. You don't need to run into the hype and go get a Mac mini right now. You could run it on an old dusty laptop sitting in your closet. If you want more juice, I'd recommend maybe upgrading down the road, but more than likely you probably have a computer that's not being used right now. Reformat the hard drive, get open cloud going, and see how much you can automate. So, I'm not paying massive API bills to open AI or even Anthropic. I'm using everything through the Anthropic OAuth token, and I have a $200 a month plan, and that works great. from SQLite to Neon Postgres, and everything persists in the cloud. I actually have three backup memory storage techniques. We have the memory markdown file, but we also have cron jobs that fire off to the Neon database and super memory AI for
35extra backups. Because one of the most annoying things about running these automations and getting open cloud set up is that you may spend all day, you know, configuring your automation, and then the next day it's like, "Oh, who are you again? Sorry." It almost seems like these agents can have Alzheimer's at times, and it's very annoying when you spend 12 hours a day getting everything perfected, and then the next day it doesn't work or remember who you are. So, that's the truth of it, but it the actual AI processing that happens and how we can get this all configured and how the memory gets all configured, it's happening and it's dialed in. It has taken me over 30 days to get this dialed in, by the way. It didn't happen from day one. But, think about like what all this actually means for people like you and I that want to start our own
20businesses. You know, I'm competing with content creators who have entire teams, and I'm doing it with agents that cost me basically nothing to run once they're set up. So, now scale that up a bit. If I can run a content business this way, why couldn't someone run a growth marketing for a massive company at scale the same way? The principles are identical. You identify the repetitive tasks, you build the agents to handle them, and then you focus your human energy on strategy and optimization or those higher leverage tasks. The person in that viral tweet figured out this early and applied it at a massive scale. We're seeing this everywhere right now. So, while everyone else was hiring teams and building out departments, they were actually building AI agents. Here's the thing that's really kind of like a
05paradigm shift for me is we're not talking about some future technology that might exist someday. Claude Code is available right now. Today, you could sign up for a Claude Pro plan, $20 a month, and start building agents this afternoon. So, I've been using Claude for over 8 to 10 months now. I did start off with ChatGPT and then I started off with Bolt for building my first SaaS, but when it all came down to it, I needed to get into the terminal. I needed to get my hands dirty, and ever since I've been a Claude Code fan, I never turned back. So, it's not just functional, but it's actually good. It runs and writes well-structured code if you're using Opus 4. 6 and it's maintainable. So, when I need to add a new feature to my mission control
50dashboard here, it just can modify, you know, how one of my agent works, Claude Code can handle most of it. It can kind of almost self-correct itself and identify what problems and then fix them. So, the barrier isn't a technology anymore. The barrier is your mindset. I had such a stuck mind these last few years with my hesitancy to get involved in AI and it had me thinking, "I need to get started because it doesn't matter how much I know or what I've done is that I just need to start and start before I'm ready. And thank God I did because most people are still thinking about business the whole the old-fashioned way. They think growth means hiring more people. They think scaling means bigger teams and bigger overhead, but that's not what it means
35in today's age. You can run a six-figure business all by yourself. So, what if scaling means building better systems instead of bigger teams? This is why Anthropic story matters so much. It's not just about you, one person doing something impressive. It's proof of concept for a completely different way to build and run companies. Think about the implications here. If one person can handle growth marketing for a company worth hundreds of billions of dollars, what does this mean for smaller creators and smaller startups like you and I? What does it mean for solopreneurs? What does it mean for entrepreneurs with an idea but not knowing how to build it? This means everything. It means that the playing field just got level in a way we've never seen before. You don't need a marketing team if you can build agents
22to do the work better and faster. You don't need a content team if your AI can produce more content than humans anyways. You don't need an expensive contractor if you can automate the process that it can handle by itself. Now, I'm not saying human skills don't matter anymore. They absolutely do. We would not be here without them. But the skill that matters the most now is knowing how to work with AI effectively. The greatest skill of all in today's age, in my opinion, is learning how to learn new skills fast. Because if you don't, what you learn last year in AI can be totally irrelevant. That's just my opinion. But knowing how to identify what should be automated, how to build
07it, what to build, these are the auto mations that really matter. And learning how to iterate and improve them along the way as these technologies improve. This is exactly what I teach inside of school, in our community of non-technical entrepreneurs looking from the outside in. They have an idea, but they don't know where to start. So, it's not just theory about AI, but we actually build hands-on with now four workshops a week guiding you through the process. So, that's where why I literally work with you to build your AI-powered applications, get them shipped. We also help you with marketing strategy because that could be another hurdle that people don't have experience with. Not everyone wants to make content like I am here, but there are ways to market your app to get customers. So,
52here's what I've learned after building my own systems is the hardest part isn't the technical stuff anymore. Cloud Code handles most of that. The hardest part is figuring out your workflow, identifying the bottlenecks, and designing the systems that actually solve the real problems. That's where most people get stuck. They get excited about AI, they try to build something, but they don't know how to bridge the gap between the idea that you have in an actual working system. Inside of Shipping School, I give you the Next.js starter kit to get you off the ground fast, but more importantly, I work with you personally to figure out what you should build and how you should build it. So, the person who ran Anthropic's growth marketing didn't just wake up one day and have a perfect system. They built it piece by piece, probably making a lot of mistakes along the way. The
39difference is that they started building instead of just talking about it. So, let me ask you this, what could you automate in your business or in your personal life that would give you a massive advantage? When I start to build something, I try to figure out how is this going to save me more time? Or when I'm building a product, I'm wondering when I'm figuring out what avatar to go down, I want to know how am I going to save that person time? Time is the most valuable resource, and if you can help someone save some more time, it provides value in the marketplace. So, what is like the repetitive work that you are doing that an AI agent can handle better? Maybe it's content creation like mine, or maybe it's customer support, maybe it's just data analysis, maybe it's lead generation. I have no idea, maybe it's something completely different. But the point is the tools
25exist right now to build it. Cloud Code, Open Claw, whatever you choose, all these systems are available right now. The only question is whether you're going to use them or watch other people use them. Here's what I think about what is really exciting about this moment in time is that we're still super early. There's a viral tweet that got 6,000 likes because this stuff feels like it's magical to most people. But in 5 years, running a massive operation with mostly AI agents is going to be completely normal. This is where it's headed and there's no stopping. This is bigger than just efficiency or cost savings. This is about fundamentally rethinking what's possible for individual entrepreneurs like you and me. When I took my own setup with Mission Control and my agent crew, it's not just saving me time. I'm doing things that would have actually
10been impossible before. I'm producing more content, analyzing more data, and reaching more people than I ever could do manually. I don't have time to reach out to 100 people to get on the podcast every day. But we have the Jizza doing podcast outreach, so it's able to at least get me 90% of the way there where I can read through some of the, you know, DMs that we send to them and you know, make sure that it's humanized and not AI slop. It actually sounds like So every week I'm adding in new capabilities, new agents, new automations, and the system gets smarter and more capable over time. I think that the real power here is having these agents set up and once they get set up, they will get better and learn on themselves and work autonomously in the background. So there is a lot of work
55you do need to put in up front, but once it's done, it's really rewarding. It's not just about replacing the human work because I love working. It's about creating systems and those systems compound and improve themselves. The person running Anthropic's marketing probably started with a simple automation and built it up to a full operation over time. That's exactly the path that I'm on just at a much smaller scale, obviously, and it's the path that I help people navigate inside of our community. So if this story inspires you, if you're thinking about what you could build with AI, don't just think about it, start building. The age of the one-person billion-dollar operation is here now. The only question is whether you're going to be one of those people or whether you're going to keep doing the things the old way while everyone
41else is automating their entire life. If you want to learn how to build systems like yourself, whether it's personally or in business, join us.
