0013,000 stars on GitHub in just 5 days. That's not normal. That's viral. And it all started with a Reddit thread that caught fire so fast, it broke the internet. So, in this video, I'm going to be breaking down exactly what Agency Agents is and why it exploded and why it matters to you. And show you kind of some of the mind-blowing AI agent personas that people are going crazy over. This isn't just another AI tool. This is a collection of 51 specialized AI agents that can basically replace your entire team. So, what exactly is Agency Agents? It's a GitHub repository that was created by someone with the username Mister Azecki. And here's the thing that's really cool about this is it didn't come from someone that's in

46Big Tech. It didn't come from an OpenAI or Anthropic. It came from a Reddit thread. Think about that for just a minute. The whole story starts about a week ago when this person posted in one of the AI subreddits asking if anyone would be interested in a collection of specialized AI agent prompts. Not just hey, generic help me code prompts, but actual business personas like what if you had an AI that thought like a marketing director or a sales manager or a project manager. The response was immediate. People were like, uh yeah, uh I could use that. We need this. And within days, the person had put together 51 different agent personas and designed for specific use cases for different businesses. So, this all came from a retreat from Greg Eisenberg. He had

31picked up on it, talked about it, which would really help blow it up and gain traction even more. The crazy part is is how fast this thing actually spread all through X and Reddit. We're talking about 13,000 stars in 5 days, which is pretty rare for a GitHub repo. For context, most successful open source projects take months or years to hit those numbers. So, what makes these agents different from just regular AI prompts? Well, each one has a specific persona, a specific way of thinking or specific expertise. They're not just answering questions, they're thinking like a person you would hire for that role. This is crazy. Let me walk you through some of the coolest ones that I found because when I saw the list, my mind was blown because I'm doing something similar with my OpenClaw here,

17tailoring agents for my specific use case. So, this is basically just plug and play for people that are running big business. So, first you got like a marketing director agent. This isn't just to help you with marketing. This agent actually thinks about brand positioning, market segmentation, competitive analysis. It asks the right questions. It challenges your assumptions like it's having someone who's done marketing for 20 years sitting next to you. Then there's the sales manager agent. This is the one that's really clever because it doesn't just help you write sales emails. It helps you think about the entire sales process. Lead qualification, objection handling, closing techniques. It's thinking about metrics and conversion rates and pipeline management. But here's where it gets really interesting. They have a

03technical debt specialist. Think about that for a second. Most companies don't even have someone whose job it is to think about technical debt. But this agent is designed specifically at your code, your architecture, your systems, and identify where things are going to break down the road. So, having someone that constantly audits the code to make sure things don't break. And when you're running a big business like this, that's the last thing you want to have happen. So, there's a customer success manager agent that focus on retention and expansion, a product manager agent that thinks about roadmaps and user stories, a DevOps engineer agent that can help you think through development strategies and infrastructure decisions. And get this, they have a crisis communication specialist. So, when things go wrong and

49they pretty much always do, you have an agent that knows how to craft the right message, who to communicate with first, how to control the narrative. That's the kind of specialized knowledge that usually costs companies hundreds of thousands of dollars to have staffed. But that's the one that really caught my eye and the one that caught my attention the most, I would say, is the AI ethics advisor. Because as we're building more and more and integrating AI into our products and workflows, someone needs to be thinking about the implications of this. This agent is designed to help you think through the bias, the privacy, the transparency, and all the stuff that can get you into trouble if you don't handle it right. You might be moving too fast. This would be a good agent to have. Now, you might be wondering, how do these actually work? They're designed to work

34with Claude and ChatGPT and Cursor and with any other AI coding tool. You basically just load up the persona and then you interact with the agent as if they were a real person on your team. So, instead of you saying, help me with marketing, you say, I'm launching a new SaaS product. What should my go-to-market strategy be? And the marketing director agent responds like a marketing director. It asks you your target market, your budget, your competitive landscape, other people in that niche. It gives you a strategic framework, not just tactical tips. The reason is why it's so powerful is that it changes how you think about AI. Instead of using AI as like a better search engine like most people are, you're using it as a team of specialists. Each agent brings a different perspective, a different set of questions, a different way of

20approaching problems. Opens your mind a little bit. And here's why I think this exploded so fast. We're all dealing with the same problem. We're trying to build businesses. But we can't afford to hire specialists for everything, especially if you're just starting out. You can't have a marketing director and a sales manager and a customer success manager and a DevOps engineer when you're just starting out. But with these agents, you can actually get the thinking patterns and the expertise of these roles. If you plug in your Claude subscription or use it through the API, it's still worth it. Now, I have to be honest with you, I haven't actually tested all 53 of these agents yet as I have my own agents built out for what I'm trying to accomplish. But I have been building the AI agent team for the last 30 days and I can see

06exactly why people love this. It's just about time that it had to come out. You know, I have my own setup I've got agents running on daily cron jobs. Atlas, the brain and the coordinator, is the chief of staff. The Rizza handles my content pipeline. Inspector Deck manages the social media. It's completely different way of thinking when you have specialized AI that handles different parts of your business. But the cool thing about all of this agency agents GitHub repo is that they've done the hard work of figuring out the personas. Creating a good AI agent isn't just about writing a prompt. It's about understanding how the role actually thinks, what questions they need to ask, what frameworks they use, and what their priorities are. Like a good marketing director doesn't just think about only campaigns. They think about brand

52positioning that are like relative to other competitors. They think about customer lifetime value, LTV to CAC, acquisition costs. They think about messaging hierarchy and marketing timing. All of this has to be baked into the persona for the agent to actually be useful. And who's thinking about that when they're building agents anyways, especially if you have no experience? And that's what I see in this collection. Those aren't just surface level prompts. Someone clearly put thought into how these actually work within these roles and how they operate in real businesses. So, let me talk a little bit more about what caught my eye and why I even made a video about this. Is there is a content strategy specialist. It doesn't just help you write more content, but it helps you think about content pillars, editorial

37calendars, content distribution strategies, where you should be posting the most based on your niche. There's a user experience designer that can help you think through user flows and interface decisions. They've got a financial analyst agent that can help you model scenarios and think about unit economics. I'll put a link to this repo down below, by the way. I highly recommend you check it out. It has a legal affairs specialist for when you need to think through contracts and compliance issues. Even a sustainability consultant for companies that want to build environmental considerations into their operations. But here's the thing that really strikes me about this. Each of these agents represents knowledge that usually lives in someone's head. Someone who went to school for 4 years,

22worked in the field for 10 years, made mistakes, learned from them, developed frameworks and mental models. I made that video about Amazon earlier, how Amazon basically had their workers track their SOPs, document them, write them down. And Amazon did something jacked up and basically gave all those SOPs to an LLM and fired them all. That's what you see happening now right in front of you with Agency Agents. Taking specialized people that have actual experience in that field and dumping it into an LLM and then creating an auto autonomous agent with it. This is a wild time. So, now think that knowledge is available as a AI persona that can you can interact with whenever you need it. That's crazy. That's pretty incredible when you think about it and back up and go, wow, this

07is a wild time. The other thing that's smart about how they've structured all of this is that each agent has a clear scope. The marketing director agent isn't just trying to do sales or product management. It stays in its lane. That makes the advice more relatable and reliable and actionable. Because here's what I've learned about building my own AI agent system, the more specific you can make the role, the better the output. When I have the Rizza focused on content creation, it doesn't it does a much better job than when I was trying to do one agent for everything. And when you're setting up OpenClaw, you shouldn't do it that way, especially if you're trying to save on tokens. So, what does this exactly mean for you in watching this video? Well, you're probably wanting to try to build a business. You're probably trying to figure out how to use AI. You're trying

53to probably help you grow your business. So, basically this gives you like a board of advisors that you can consult with anytime. You got a customer success question? Talk to customer success manager agent. Need to think through a technical architecture decision? The solutions architect agent can help you work through the tradeoffs. This is crazy. But, here's the bigger picture. This is what the future of work looks like. I'm sorry to say. It's not just that AI is going to replace humans entirely, it's that AI is going to make it possible for small teams to have access to expertise that was previously only available to big companies with big budgets. Not anymore. A two-person startup can now get advice from a marketing director, a sales manager, a devops engineer, a legal specialist, and

38a financial analyst for pennies on the dollar. All of the costs for an AI subscription. Think about that. A $20 a month Claude plan, and you're going to be able to start dipping your feet into the water and get this experience for yourself. So, that's a complete paradigm shift on how businesses get built. And think and what I think is why this repository went viral is because there was demand. There is so much demand for this for cutting the bottom line, making more money without spending more money. This is going to help businesses be more efficient. And if you're starting a business, that's how you want to start and build your foundation on. You don't want to have a needed overhead. This just isn't a cool tech demo that was released. This is a practical tool that can make their businesses more effective

23starting today as well as yours if you implement this. So, there are some limitations to think about. Don't just jump right in and think it's going to solve all your issues. These agents are only as good as the underlying AI model. So, if you're using a llama or chimera two or minimax, I'd pause right there. They can't just replace actual experience and judgment, and they definitely can't replace the kind of deep domain expertise that comes from years of industry and market experience. But, it is getting started, and it's for people that want to start, right? So, for thinking through problems, for getting different perspective on challenges, this collection is really valuable. The other thing I like about this approach is that it's open source. You can see exactly how each persona is structured. You can modify them for your

08specific needs. You can add them to your own industry knowledge or company context. That's very different from the black box AI tools where you don't know how they're thinking or why they're giving you certain advice. Kind of scary. So, if you want to learn how to build stuff like this for yourself, that's exactly what we do in Shipping School. We just had our boot camp end an hour ago. People that are interested in building, automating in their specific niches. That's what we do. We hold you accountable. We got three boot camps done every week, and I help you get from idea to a shipped product using AI tools like Claude code and open claw. We have courses in there as well on how I built my three SaaS products. We do three live calls, but there are going to be up to five every single week starting at the

54end of the month. And I literally work with you to get your app built and get it shipped and get something on the internet. I'll drop a link down below. You could check it out. Get in now because the price is going up. Whether you use agency agents to build your own system, the key insight here is that AI works better when it has specific role and clear area of expertise. The days of generic AI assistants are ending. The future is specialized AI agents that can think like experts you need on your team. That's why I built my agents that serve my specific need for my businesses, for my resell business, for my SaaS products. Maybe you want to tailor it for what you're trying to do. At least this gets you going in the right direction. So, the repository hitting 13,000 stars in 5 days isn't just about one person's cool project or

39a special tweet that went viral. It's a signal that people are actually ready for this next phase of AI tooling where instead of asking AI to do everything, we're asking it to be really good at specific things. And that's going to change how we all work. Whether you're a solo founder or leading a team, having access to this kind of specialized AI expertise is going to become table stakes for building competitive businesses. So, go check out the agency agents on GitHub. I linked it down below. Try out some of the personas that are relevant to your business. See how it changes the way you think about problems and solutions. And if you want to actually start building something and stop just thinking about your idea, we got Shipping School linked down below. I'll help you get your idea off the ground and turn it into something actually real. We'll see you in the next one, guys. Be blessed.
